Hi translate my Spanish message on My Ideal Match & you will know how to reach me. I have been actively practicing my faith all my life and it is the foundation of who I am & philosophy of life. I attend St. Joseph's Church in Modesto regularily & usually at the 7:30am Mass. I would love to spend time with someone with whom I can attend church, share special times with family, friends & be there for each other during the highs n lows that life's experiences, we will encounter. I want to develop a friendship with a lady who is kind, has a sense of humor and who has done her own growing and knows who she is and what she wants. Honesty and integrity are paramount. I am often honest to a fault. I consider myself an active person. I love the outdoors, exploration, travel near and far, spontaneity and playfulness. My life is uncomplicated and filled with a passion for living, so no drama. Communication on all levels is important. I love feel good movies, theater, sports, concert & music events... almost anything that expands my experience . I am very social but also value a balance of quiet time and taking care of myself & I extend this to the person I am befriending. Good relations with family and friends is very important. I am loyal & trustworthy & expect the same in the friendship we develop. Financial sufficiency is important, financial dramas at this stage of life is not my cup of tea. My life has been filled with many diverse and unique experiences, just the way I like it. I want closeness, but I am not needy. We all have baggage at this stage of our lives. What occurred in the past, stays in the past. The here n now is paramount to building a new future. I want a partner/best friend who will support me emotionally, and vice-versa. I've read where everyone wants to meet a "normal person". Well, what the heck is that anymore? LOL :>) No way can one paragraph describe the depth of my being, so if you want to know more, just inquire with an Email. Friendship first, then who knows.

Im pretty passionate about my faith as it pertains to my daily living and what I do everyday. Starting with a Daily Word prayer. Eating g8 food for my body, which means cooking, which I enjoy and love to try new ways to prepare foods. Exercise to keep fit with as many outdoor activities as possible. Hiking, running, biking, horse riding, kayaking, weight training, yoga, a good vigorous walk, the symphony, to name a few things I like to do. Family is very important to me, very close to my son and daughter, Mom and Dad, and even with my three brothers and their family members! Looking for that special person to share my life with and to learn from her the things she likes and be a team.

I'm a practicing Catholic and quite serious about the Catholic faith and Catholic moral teachings. A friend and I started a Catholic organization, Knights of the Holy Rosary (check it out). I live with my 88 year old mom on beautiful Murphys Creek in the Gold Country. In a few years I may be alone here. I'm a writer, editor, and sometimes poet and I like to work out, cook, read, and study. I cut my own firewood and do a little gardening. I'm of a relatively calm disposition. For fun I like to ride motorcycles and I'm an avid pool player (I have my own table), besides hiking or going for walks. I don't support our govt.'s bogus 'war on terror' and growing police state based on 'false flag' terrorist activities like 911 and many others. I like to study history and am what is called a 'revisionist historian', like David Irving (see YouTube). I believe we've been fed the most terrible lies re- what has happened in history and what is happening today, in the world and in Church as well. I'm also interested in preparing for an eventual loss of the electrical grid, whether caused by man or nature, trying to be as self-sufficient as possible. But i don't do it out of fear but prudence. I have a fairly good idea of what the Judeo-Freemasonic cabal who control our govt., etc. are up to. I mention this so as to save both you and me time and trouble, since most people find this kind of thing too uncomfortable to think about, much less acknowledge. The reasons for this kind of psychological aversion reaction is explained by psychologists re- 911 on YouTube but can be applied to other matters too. Other than that I'm a big cuddly teddy bear :) Re- tattoos, I have one of Our Lady of Fatima, not usually visible. I prefer the Tridentine Mass, but that means I would go to it if it were nearby, but it isn't so I don't have much choice. I next prefer the Latin Novus Ordo, but that's not around either. I like Latin, and I used to teach it. I was a teacher in Catholic schools before. I also spent some years in the seminary and in a monastery. Another thing - if you don't like the idea of living in a house where there are guns you'll probably want to look elsewhere. (I think guns and rosaries make a good combination. Sounds like a good name for a band too.)

Hi There, I'm from a large Catholic family where I'm quite blessed to still have my parents with us. With a many siblings, I have plenty of nieces and nephews - resulting in never a dull moment at those family gatherings. A great bunch! My passions are fairly simple: God, Family and Country. Keeping those in mind it helps with the tougher decisions. Leisure Time,,,, What's That??? I do quite a bit of volunteer work besides my regular (paying) employment. I'm open to other activities. With fall and winter just around the corner there's plenty of those festivities and gathering to attend.

I do bereavement counseling at my parish and had my own group at Sutter Gould for 6 years. My passion is music and I have a large collection. I served our country for six years in the Air National Guard. I was married for 14 years and after that I had a long relationship and lost her to cancer over a year ago.

I look forward to a lasting relationship with someone who is willing to participate in each other's activities that they enjoy., while, at the same time recognizing that each must have some personal time. I'm not into the traditional dating scene i.e. dinner and a movie. (Dinner is ok) You don't get to know someone sitting in a dark movie theater. A Starbucks would be just fine. It isn't necessary to be a big spender just to impress someone; being together and enjoying each other's company is more important. I'm also down-to-earth and enjoy the simple pleasures of life, including going to Starbucks, drinking tea and reading a novel. Classic rock and classic country concerts are most enjoyable. I like to go to Vegas occasionally and also attend college baseball and football games. I would especially enjoy a quiet evening at home watching movies and eating popcorn with that special someone...
