I am looking for a relationship with a lady who wants to share the Catholic faith with me. I like outdoor trips and quiet times at home. There are plenty of places to visit in this beautiful area of San Diego. I like to go hiking, camping, amusement parks, sports bars (the usual fun stuff). I do want to travel back to Europe and other places around the world but I would like a traveling partner.

Easy going, optimistic. I'm somewhat of an introvert, though I enjoy social time with quality people. I exercise regularly and am involved heavily with youth basketball. My favorite pastime is coaching my girls basketball team. I also like to get out and ride my bike and run hills. Love coffee and craft beer (not together though, and not to excess!) I do volunteer work with my church and in my community. Making my community a good place for families and children is important to me. I'm recently divorced with two children who I cherish. My son is 18 and starting to find his own life. My daughter is 15 and lives with me. We love goofing around together and are very close.

My pastime is gourmet cooking, especially Italian and French cuisine. My direct connection to life is caring about people and helping others to reach their maximum potential.

Life is an ever growing, ever evolving thing. Learning new things and self improvement are a couple of my favorite things. My biggest passion is rock climbing, I go to the gym four times a week to practice and then go outdoors on the weekends. Yoga is also quickly becoming one of my favorite past times, maybe I'll even be flexible enough to touch my toes one day. I work as a design engineer for a diesel engine company. Perfecting a trade is only fun if it involves a lot of study and applying yourself dynamically, and that is exactly what I get to do. Its hard work but I get to go to work with a smile on my face every day! I thank God every day for the gifts He has given me. I think it is much more beneficial to give thanks rather than to ask for more, it makes for a happier life. God will give me what I need when I need it and other than that I will do my best to take care of the rest.

I am an outdoor person and love to be active and fit. I love my family and would do anything for them. I love good music and concerts. The Eagles is one of my all time favorite bands. I consider integrity and forthrightness to be absolutely essential qualities in any relationship. More to follow later...

Where to start!? Well, my name is Guy and I'm from San Diego. I am the oldest of 4 and was born and raised Catholic. In all honesty, it wasn't until fairly recentely that I started taking my faith seriously and stopped living life for myself. I have been actively trying to discern and pursue the purpose God has in store for me. I fail everyday, but I get up. I'm a fighter and don't quit so I won't ever stay down...I think Father Larry Richards says it best in his book Surrender, "I'm a sinner doing my very best to become a saint." I love just about everything outside i.e. Camping, fishing, hiking, the beach, playing sports, bbqing, pool days, traveling and exploring new places, especially in love with Europe. I have played sports since I was a kid and as I'm sure you can tell from my pictures that football is what I was most passionate about. After going to University of Arizona as a freshman and then coming back and doing a year at a junior college in San Diego, I accepted a football scholarship to go to school and play at Humboldt State University in the Redwood Forest of Northern California. Spent 4 years there and absolutely loved every minute of it. I started all 4 years of my collegiate football career, played free safety for all you sports enthusiasts. Was even blessed to be voted Captain by teammates. After graduating with degrees in Business and Recreation and my collegiate football career came to an end, I was given an opportunity to play professionally in Europe. I lived for a year each in both Sweden and Germany playing football and getting to explore and travel and create a ton of awesome memories experiencing what Europe has to offer. I want to go back one day with my future wife and get to share experiences like that with her.

Hey :) I am a devoutly Catholic guy studying neuroscience as a pre-med student at Saint Louis University in Missouri, but I'm from San Diego. I love all things nerdy/geeky and, because this is critical information, I am a proud Ravenclaw from Hogwarts and Horned Serpent from Ilvermorny. I must admit that I never seriously played nor understood sports, but I love the sciences and the arts, in particular musical theater. I have a tendency to burst out into songs from musicals in every day life and in high school I played trombone, but now I mostly play guitar (which I admit I am not fantastic at) because it allows me to sing while playing. With the Church I am in choir, a lector, an E.M.C., a Knight of Columbus, and the son of a Deacon so I take Church teaching very seriously. As a result have every intention of taking only my wife, whose soul is my soul and whose life is my life, into bed, not in lust but in free, total, faithful, fruitful love. That being said, I also love to search for the reasoning behind Church teachings and then few things excite me as much as a hearty debate with people who do not believe the teachings to be true: I love to show them the logic and evidence behind the doctrine. My goal in life is fairly simple: save a life. I can't think of anything more important for a person of science to do then to buy people more time on this earth, so that is what I feel most called to do...and if I get to learn about the most complex and interesting machine in the entire universe (the human brain) in the process, then so be it :)
