42, Ventura, CAA little about me: I'm Catholic, have lived in California for almost 10 years now. I lived in TEXAS where I consider my second home. I'm an engineer and love what I do. My interests vary from being at the gym to dancing or just spending a calm day at the beach, enjoying nature. I enjoy practicing sports: soccer, volleyball, basketball, jogging. I also love to travel. I would like to meet a girl who is down to earth, passionate about life. I value my faith and family and would like to be able to share the same priorities. I'm open minded and look forward to getting to know the right girl. I trust God and know he knows what is best for me ... "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, on your own intelligence rely not; In all your ways be mindful of Him, and He will make straight your paths" (Proverbs 3:5-6).
31, Ventura, CAHi, I'm Vince. I am a Catholic man as you might have guessed. I love God and the Church. I pray daily and I go to mass on Sundays and every weekday that my work schedule allows. Originally from Pittsburgh, I'm a graduate of Franciscan University in Steubenville. I also love my family and friends. My family is spread out, but I still consider us close and I at least talk to my parents regularly. When it comes to hobbies, I enjoy traveling abroad or locally, dancing, games, hiking, and anything to do with the arts. I'm a film buff, but not a TV addict. I enjoy dynamic discussions, but I'll goof off and have fun with the right people. Work is important to me, but faith, family and friends are even more important. My most important quality, besides being a Christian, is my capacity for change and self-improvement. Here's a quote I try to live by: "A gentleman never makes himself the center of attention. His goal is to make life easier, not just for himself, but for his friends, his acquaintances and the world at large. Because he is a gentleman, he does not see this as a burden. Instead, it is a challenge he faces eagerly everyday."

30, Ventura, CAGenerally, I'm a nice guy with a good sense of humor and a dog (Pembroke Welsh Corgi named Sparky). I was born and raised in Bakersfield CA, and just recently moved to Ventura to begin a new career. Personality-wise, I would say I'm a deep thinker type, and you'll often find me staring out into the sky lost in thought. I come from a strong academic background, and love to discuss the latest in scientific research and philosophy. I've stayed away from the bars and "club scenes" and would rather go out and fish, golf, or oil paint. Admittedly, I haven't gotten out much since the new job, but it does allow me a lots of time off, so I'm open to devoting more time to traveling/ road trips. I feel I have grown a lot in the last few years, and have learned that there is so much unlocked potential inside myself. I tell everyone that I'm in a "building mode". I want to achieve a state of stability and advancement in both my career and personal life. Therefore, I'm looking for a kindhearted, independent, intelligent, and laid-back type of women. I hope to begin a relationship where we are equal partners in decision making, and being aware of each other's feelings. Ultimately, I believe I am ready to find a special women with whom I can build a bright and happy future :).
36, Ventura, CAGod is first in my life and it is my desire to be the spiritual head of my household and lead my future spouse and family to Heaven. I am looking to date with a purpose and am not interested in hook-ups or playing games. I consider myself intelligent, educated, ambitious, kind, creative, and a leader. I am sensitive to the needs of others and am extremely caring, but can often be found being outrageous and over-the-top. Just completed a Master's in Business Administration and am currently living in Ventura, CA working as the Director of Youth Ministry/Confirmation at a parish. I'm originally from West Texas but I'm loving the Southern California sun and being close to the ocean. I LOVE to travel and spent ten months abroad in 2012-2013 and visited 17 countries in Europe, England, and the Middle East. I enjoy trail running, hiking, biking, beachin', and weight training. I workout 3-6 days a week and bodybuilding is somewhat of a hobby. I LOVE live music and it would be great to experience more of the local scene in Ventura. I have worked freelance in film and television (both in front of and behind the camera) for over a decade and have been blessed to sing all over the world. These two things will most likely continue to be a huge part of my life moving forward. Trips to L.A. for business and pleasure are frequent and it's blasting music in my truck that makes highway driving out here bearable. I'm a recording artist, actor, creative professional, business owner, motivational speaker and have been blessed to serve the Lord for over a decade in Catholic and ecumenical youth ministry. I have a huge heart and consider myself a deeply spiritual man, but I'm not a prude. Looking for a woman who wants to have fun, laugh a lot, and is willing to dream BIG!

34, Ventura, CAHello, just trying this site to see whats out there. Not into writing too much about myself. Actions speak louder than words. Looking forward to meeting someone to date and more. Thanks :)
57, Ventura, CAWork in progress... I cherish my faith, my family, and traditional family values. I enjoy a wide variety of activities including, but not limited to, hiking, camping, backpacking, fishing, sitting around a campfire, the beach, (especially walks on the beach with someone special), bicycling, dirt bikes, baseball games (Go Dodgers!), football, ice hockey, Nascar, performing arts, movies, (at the theater or at home), museums, travel, road trips, or just hanging out with family or friends. I'm also completely open to sharing any activity that you might be interested in. I am courteous, kind, thoughtful, and generous, and will open doors for you if you'll let me. :) Maybe we can share some interests we have in common and then see how it goes!
24, Ventura, CAI am old-fashioned, like rock and country music, hiking, and traditions. I played football in college and like to watch football. I still love to stay active. My roommate and I have been going on hikes in the Los Padres area and going to the beach a lot. Volleyball and throwing the football around in the water are favorites, plus exploring. Road trips are great too. I like going out to bars. I'm not so big on clubs, but when you're with the right group they're fun. For the day-in-day-out, I go to the gym early morning during the week, so I don't do late nights Sunday-Thursday. The trade-off is I have weekends off from work.
41, Ventura, CAI wish I knew what you'd like to know but I'll guess for now. Perhaps you want a little about my family history: I was born in Africa and as a young boy juggled between tending cows, sheep and goats, harvest firewood, collecting water from a well, and working in my dad's 10 acre fields with various crops. School attendance was more a by the way. So yes, I love gardening but at some point it was necessary for my survival. I later studied at universities in Africa, Europe and US. I feel very good about where I've been and what I learned from different places where I lived, studied and worked. I have my family still in Africa, but we talk often though we don't get to see each other that much. I have two daughters who live part-time with me who are both very charming cuties. They make me laugh a lot, and they keep me busy some of the time. Professionally I am an occupational therapist working with adults at a hospital. I get to work with people when they most need compassion, love, care, encouragement, and healing. I help people recover physically, emotionally and holistically, and I am happy to see individuals return to doing what they love to do. It's the joy of any medical professional who loves what they do. Things I love to do: I have a big range - from travelling internationally and locally, to walking by the beach which is close by thankfully, to singing, to hiking, to socializing and volunteering. I like eating out but I also love cooking some African and other dishes. I love movie theaters but also watch movies in the comfort on my living room. I enjoy to read, write, and present at conferences. I am philosophical, contemplative, reflective and may be seen by some as intellectual but I think we all are intellectual. Although I am better with someone that thinks critically in conversations I accommodate a wide range of personal qualities from a potential spouse. We are made to be different after all, and the difference is often what makes interactions to be exciting and funny. I enjoy humor, a trait that my patients and friends have always found fascinating about me.
25, Ventura, CAI am a strong Catholic who would like to get to know other Catholic women.I tend to play sports a lot. I'm starting to get my masters in theology. I love beer.
59, Ventura, CAI believe in love, the forever kind. There is so much beauty in the world created by both God and man, and I hope to see as much of it as possible in my life time. I also believe that a smile or kind word will improve another person's day. I find a good heart and a good attitude attractive. A quick wit and a sense of humor are also endearing. No one is perfect or should be expected to be, but we should all desire to become a better person each day.
