I recently moved out to Denver, and I don't know anyone or have a job. Despite having all that going for me, I haven't met any nice ladies out here, yet, but I'm now making an effort to do so or embarass myself trying...I like self-deprecating humor, but I'm not very good at it...I recently joined an elite rugby team here in Denver. I'm hoping that, with a lot of determination and persistence, I'll work my way up to waterboy. At my first practice, I told the team that I may be slow and out of shape, but have patience, and once I get back in shape, I'll just be slow. I'm trying to get a few more years of high-level rugby out of my career, so I'm doing everything slower to drag it out a little longer. I'm active in the Knights of Columbus...They make me feel young again. I started volunteering with the high school youth of my parish...they thought they were volunteering at the old-folks-home again. I can be serious sometimes, but it is usually accompanied by dizziness and short-term memory loss. I do take the faith quite seriously. I'm 10 out of 7 on the faith questions! I'm always looking for ways to put my Theology degree to use, and any suggestions are welcome. Family is extremely important to me, and while I am blessed to have a wonderful family (six nieces and nephews and two godchildren), I would love to have my own wife and children to devote myself to. See how selfless I am? I'm not sure what God wants me to do in life, but it is usually fun figuring it out. I did a year of law school before realizing I don't make a very good student and would be miserable as an attorney, but I took a year of graduate psychology classes to confirm that I didn't need to be in school (and I still can't tell what people are gonna say before they say it). I do know that I have diverse interests and find myself happier when occupied by multiple projects dealing with diverse interests. A great day for me would be giving a talk on the Eucharist to a youth retreat in the morning, coaching my rugby team in the afternoon, grabbing some darts and brews at a local pub with some good friends (or making some friends at the pub), and talking about whatever is on our hearts until two in the morning. I've had many days like that and hope to have many more, but it sometimes feels empty or selfish to only focus on the things I like. It would be nice to have someone to push me to do better(and for me to push) and with which to embrace our Catholic vitality.

I am a single father of a teenage daughter. I enjoy spending time with her by going to the movies, going to the mall (her idea) and just hanging around. I have a large family that I also like to spend time with. I enjoy golfing, fishing and going to sporting events.

I consider myself as someone who is loving, caring, respectful, open minded, adventurous, have a good sense of humor and do look at the brighter side of life. I do also consider myself as someone who is kindhearted. Family is very important to me, and I hope to find someone with similar values.

I really don't like to brag, but I think I have plenty to offer the right woman: full set of teeth, don't take any psychiatric meds, I'm quite adept at underwater basket weaving, and I make Chuck Norris look like a wuss. Seriously though, I'm not very keen on talking about myself so send me a message if you're curious to hear more.

Hello! About me: High intellect, great conversationalist, debater, occasional news/political junkie, regular attendee at the gym, a hiker/biker/runner/swimmer/generally active outdoors-man, serial entrepreneur, non-conformist, critical thinker, speculator, reader/studier/researcher of many topics, cowboy (not really but I love horses), traveler, business executive, optimist, smiler, road-tripper, car singer, injector of positive energy/smiles/perspective, deeply spiritual pray-er and meditator, traveler through this life that is looking for a life long partner, a very best friend, a trusted confidant, and my future wife and mother of my children. I'm passionate about God, tradition, freedom, justice, and my businesses, among many, many other things...maybe even you someday! Whosoever would be a man must be a non-conformist. -Thoreau

I am a goodhearted, optimistic, Catholic guy, who loves enjoying the great outdoors. Living in Colorado provides the opportunity to take advantage of one of Gods greatest creations, the Rockies! My faith is very important to me and I realize that all the blessings that have been bestowed upon me, such as coming from a great family, having a great career as an engineer, and my optimistic attitude and outlook on life are a testament to God's presence in my life!

Hello! The first thing you need to know about me is that I am very passionate about my faith. There is nothing rigid about my faith though, it flows from this deep reservoir of joy and a living relationship with God. I am most passionate about getting outdoors, even at work I will sneak a hike in during the day! This past summer I used a book to seek out hiking trails and marked them off as I tackled them. I love to ski, bike, hike, water ski, swim etc. I also love to go out to restaurants and festivals to enjoy good food, entertainment and especially meaningful conversations with friends. I can also enjoy a quiet evening at home.watching a good movie, cooking a wonderful meal (yes I can cook and I love it!) or just sitting in the silence in front of a fireplace. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to treat you to a lovely meal! :)

I try not to dwell on things that are out of my control, such as, if a gal like you would ever take a chance a guy like me. I can't worry about if I said the right thing in my profile or if my picture looks just right. All I have to be concerned about is being the best man I can be, which I'm sorry is not perfect. Of course, it's only fair to give the woman the freedom and encouragement to be the woman of God she is meant to be. I'm a writer and a hopeless romantic, a dreamer but I am also realistic and down to earth. I have a variety of interests and would like to learn a love other activities. Maybe I'm the one for you, who knows. C'mon give it a try... Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. If you read more maybe you'll find something you like.

I'm a bit more than one year removed from a 23 year marriage. I'm finding some traction and excited to start my new adventure. My work schedule keeps me plenty busy but also coveting my down time. My faith, sports, movies, coffee and a leasurly walks provide the consistent reboot I need. I'd like the opportunity to share my new slow moving journey with another.

I'm a man who has been fortunate to have been protected by the virtue of God's Grace, even through times when I haven't lived in a State of Grace. I have always felt God's favor and I hope to be a soldier for God in the Afterlife. On this plane, I would love to marry a virtuous, righteous Catholic woman who will truly love me and empower me to be a Righteous Man. I want to be the Husband, endowed with the moral authority to guide and direct our Family through Life, whether that family consists of just my Wife and I, or also includes a child / children. I don't like the new words to the prayers in Mass, and I still say the old words. I'm headstrong in general, and I'm very knowledgeable and intelleigent. Trivia is fun and I do quite well at it. I have a knack for discerning people's goodness, and I am generous with compliments when they are deserved. The woman I am longing for inherently knows how to act in all situations, even when she doesn't know what to do. She has class and conducts herself with dignity, and would never consider getting a tattoo.
