70, Morrison, COI'm pretty laid back in most ways, but Im on the go constantly. I can also be outrageous whenever I feel it fits or whatever. Having fun being myself is great. I definitely like many types of music especially folk, classical, Celtic, classic rock, pop... but never rap! I like to camp and hike when I can. I am considered to be a Mr. Fix-it by some. I have a large and growing circle of friends because I try to "be a friend". It works wonderfully! I'm seeking a woman with whom I can develop a deep and lasting relationship. When I find her marriage is my goal. There are many things which contribute to a relationship and also some that will sabotage one too. Seeing which is which is important and I believe that I have acquired some skills there. I don't have a list of musts or anything like that. I look at the entire person to see if there is a promising chance of a good relationship. With that in mind I hope that any woman would see me in the same manner. I don't play mean games with other's feelings; Ive had that game played on me. Rather I think it is important to play a good game to see if I can make a woman feel better about herself again, it works wonderfully! I am a true romantic; feelings are important because they are what make us human. They are what can touch us deeply and make life a wonder journey rather than an arduous trek. I hope I have sparked your interest as I am looking forward to meeting YOU!
62, Englewood, COI think I consider myself as a caring, generous, loyal, honest, healthy, active, and a true person. Some things that inspire me are the lessons and the experiences of learning about my faith, personal developement, business and management. The outdoors are a great source of recreation for me where I am often fullfilled and spend a portion of my free time. I like to hike, cycle, ski, and scuba. I try appreciate and enjoy life and look to see the presence of Jesus in those I encounter.
81, Englewood, COI am retired and in excellent health. I like outdoor activities; hiking, the mountains. I have three daughters in their forties; two married and one single. I enjoy working out regularly. I like to travel. I regularly attend cultural events; the symphony, plays, concerts. I have been widowed for 8 years.
61, Colorado Springs, COI'm Ken, live in Colo Springs. Former military officer. Retired from full time work in early 2014. Enjoy hiking, skiing, water sports, bicycling, volunteer work. I'm energetic and active; in great health. I wish I were 20 pounds lighter ;-). I would like to meet someone that I can enjoy my life with. I don't need to be with someone every minute of the day, but it would be great to find a person with whom I could share a mutual passion for life, travel, outdoor activities and adventure. Someone who has enthusiasm for learning and new experiences. Every day, better and better in every way! I enjoy outdoor adventure: snow and water skiing, biking, canoeing, kayaking, rafting, flying, scuba, riding horses. I've done all of these quit a bit, but don't do any of these as much as I would like -- some not in years. I would love to learn to sail. I would also enjoying doing these activities with someone who can teach me, or who wants to learn. The glass is half full! I'm ESTJ -- if that means anything to you. I have some great friends (if you need references, just ask). So, in measuring myself by my friends I feel very fortunate. While I love to be active, I can also and need to -- chill out. I love to relax on a rainy, stormy weekend. I like classic rock and roll, country, classical music. In moving to Colorado (2008), I'm fulfilling my dream "to ride to the ridges where the west commences; I want to stare at the stars until I lose my senses". Any chance you can supply the horses? I am very interested in politics, international affairs, and the care about this country and its place in the world. I am a former military officer, graduated from West Point, lived in Russia (where they thought I was a spy), Greece and Germany. I have a few KGB acquaintances (1 or 2 friends), and have been threatened by Russian and Chechen mafia. I tell you those stories if you want to hear them I think a big part of loving someone means accepting that person for whom they are, while at the same time knowing that together they can be better than each by themselves. It's not trying to change someone, but trying to grow with each other. This quote from a surprising source describes part of my attitude: Life is tough, and if you have the ability to laugh at it you have the ability to enjoy it. (Selma Hayek). I think people should be able to laugh at themselves.
66, Pueblo, COI love to travel and enjoy my partner. I am loyal, real and not into games. I am old fashion and respect a woman. You know, like open doors, etc. :-) I believe in taking care of myself and take care of my home. I am your typical weekend worrier who will try to fix just about anything :-) I am a touchy feely type person and believe that is important part of intimacy in a relationship. She should enjoy holding hands and kissing. Affection and caring bring you close.
70, Colorado Springs, COI love the outdoors. I enjoy fishing, biking, hiking. I also enjoy eating out or cooking at home. I love good movies or sitting at home and watching TV. I like playing poker. I love going to church early on Sunday mornings. It reminds me of when I went to mass with my mother.Good memorys.
68, Castle Rock, COAfter being on another web site, I decided that my faith is extremely important and I want a Catholic woman in my life, preferably nearby. That being said, I have an goofy sense of humor and can laugh at many things. Music, reading, writing, selective TV watching, movies, and yard work occupy my time. A lifelong exerciser (now mostly walking), I have been limited lately due to back issues, which I am addressing soon. It is good for us to both have our own interests so the time spent together is special. I am big on, not just conversing, but meeting face to face. Out of state relationships are not for me. Even the drive to/from Denver is getting to be uncomfortable due to the numerous texters/phoners on the road. My wife of many years came down with early onset Alzheimer's, and for 10 years, my life was devoted to making her as happy as possible. For recreation, I did a furniture drive for the poor and sent 94 trucks full to Pine Ridge/Rosebud Reservations, then for the local poor. We (The Little Woman) and I sang in church for decades, weddings, but mostly funerals. People were dying to hear us sing. (Uff dah!) Since she has been gone, I sometimes sing in restaurants. Oldies, country, classics. I trip the light fantastic - and I also like dancing, but it has been some time. A Medjugorje pilgrimage changed my life, and I try to get to daily Mass and pray the daily rosary - and more. Ideally, the woman whom God brings to me will have her own interests to pursue, so that when we come together, we can share those things. I am generally a night owl, but my wife was a lark, so it worked well. I had my quiet time at night and she had hers in the morning. Whatever. Long distance relationships are out of the question; and I only consider profiles with photos. Sorry for being shallow, but there must be some physical attraction. God Bless.
63, Arvada, COI am a very healthy, active 62 year old 'empty nester'! After being a very active Dad, I am now ready to 'get out there' and see if I can find a smart, fun & healthy lady! I am fairly new to Colorado after spending a majority of my adult life in South Dakota & Minnesota! I am somewhat of an 'event nut'--attending lots of concerts, shows, sporting events & fun gatherings. Spending time with a special lady would certainly make the fun times more memorable! (I will write more once I have a better understanding of Catholic Match.)
60, Hudson, COIt is all about family and seeing the smiles on my 2 grandchildrens face. I was so very fortunate that I had great parents which instilled a very good set of morals and work ethics. I can see how that has pasted down to my 2 children. I recently retired and starting a new chapter of my life. I do love the outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing in the mountains with my family or just working in the yard. I also look forward to our family vacation where ever it might be.
66, Thornton, CO*Photos taken 08/03/16, yeah I know I have a perfect face for radio :-) ! My name is Richard and after 38-years of service I am a recently retired police detective. I now do some consulting and training, and also some work helping the mental health community. But, all done on my schedule, which is one of the joys of retirement. I have two grown children who have always been my pride and joy. My son is married and my daughter working on finding her ideal match. Both are very successful. Yes, I am a proud dad. I am not a proud grandpa yet but hopefully it is in my future! I grew up in So. Calif. so I love the ocean and the beach. My near future plan is to relocate to San Antonio, TX. I love traveling to places that have some kind of water and beach. I mean, isn't playing sand volleyball, roasting something on an open fire, listening to the waves and watching the sun sink into the ocean just the best? During the day or night the beach is my favorite place to be. I don't have the beach body that I used to have (geesh...who does?) but I am committed to going to the gym 5-days a week and work with a trainer to stay healthy and in shape. I love all types of movies and documentaries and stimulating conversations. I like sitting outside on warm evenings and looking up at the amazing universe that God created. I am looking for someone who likes to laugh, hold hands, eat breakfast on the patio, and do fun spontaneous things. I am looking for someone who wants to join me as I do some of the things on my bucket list. Things like; going to the little town in Sicily where my grandfather, lived before he came to the USA (died before I was born), visiting the Vatican, see a show on Broadway, go back to Tahiti, jump out of a perfectly good plane (with a parachute), cooking classes, visit the Mayan ruins and Many other things. I admittedly have 2 vices; hot popcorn (yum) and occasionally I smoke a cigar (1 or 2 a week) but NEVER in the house, car, or around anyone it might annoy. Just when you thought I was perfect..ha ha!
60, Vail, COHI, my name is Pat. My family and friends have been encouraging me to start trying to meet someone that might make a good companion for me to move forward in my life. I have been divorced for 5 years. Up to this point I have not dated because I am very serious about my faith. I am bound to my vows to God that my marriage was "until death do us part". I have since decided to pursue an annulment under the grounds that my ex-wife committed adultery. Ever since the divorce was final there has been a zero chance that I would have considerd trying to reconcile our differences and get back together again. I already tried that once the first time she had an affair. It wasn't long before she started seeing another guy. Between the affairs and being just plain miserable I was happy for it to be over. Well, enough of that. Now I hope to meet someone that has the same interests as me and wants to develope a permanent and lasting relationship.
