34, Killingly, CTHello, I am pretty patient and easy going. I have a great sense of humor, and I have fun making people laugh. I enjoy watching and participating in sports. 34, Clinton, CT*Currently discerning the contemplative religious life (9-10-15)* God bless! I come from a very large family - I'm the oldest of nine children, and while we have had the typical sibling issues occasionally, I would not change it for the world. There are many things in this world that I am passionate about, but the most important thing is Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I'm a very traditionally-minded person, and that shows in everything I do, from the tailoring business I run, to the music I enjoy, to the way I try to live my life in general. I'm sometimes a reserved, quiet person, especially in a new social situation. I prefer to listen and think rather than have a boisterous conversation. But to those who can draw me out, I can be very humorous, outgoing, and fun. The most influential people in my life have been my friends, whom in their own little ways, have each taught me something important about myself. I believe God sends people like this into our lives to help us further ourselves, if we have a mind to. In my leisure time, I love to play and teach music, read, watch a good classic movie, or learn a new skill or hobby. Woodworking is the latest hobby. Everything is culminating to the way I want to live my life in the future - hopefully on a small farm out in the country somewhere.
26, Middletown, CTName's Bryan. I'm an aspiring business tycoon with big goals in life. I'm also a goofy guy who likes animation and martial arts :P Someday I want to be a great husband and father, and be a part of a beautiful family. I enjoy film and theatre. In fact I do animation as a hobby. I can animate hand-drawn, digitally drawn, CGI, flash tweening, you name it! I've also found new interest in travel. It started with Japan in Spring 2016. Now I have plans to visit a whole bunch of countries. I'm also a martial artist. I have a 4 year background in Kenpo Karate; and most recently I've picked up Japanese Sword.
24, Groton, CTI'm a 22 year old navy brat from Virginia Beach currently serving in the Navy now here in Connecticut. In my free time I read, watch movies, and (when my schedule permits -- rarely these days) swim. I also used to play the piano when I was growing up and hope to get back into it some day. I like to joke around a lot and I try never to take myself seriously.
26, Columbia, CTI was born and raised in Salzburg, Austria and lived there until I was 11 years old. I then moved to the US where I went to high school and college. I'm back in Salzburg now, living with my brother, but frequently visit my family in the States. Interests After studying abroad in Spain for two semesters last year, I fell in love with Spanish culture everything from speaking the language, to the food, to dancing salsa and merengue. Even though Im back in Austria now, I try to keep up with those things with me wherever possible. I'm very into music. Ive been playing the piano on and off since I was 6. Drumming I picked up along the way, and I sing when I get the chance, such as in open mics. Lastly, I love sports. This past year I played semi-pro in an Austrian national league.
28, Vernon Rockville, CT"It's like in the great stories, Mr. Frodo. The ones that really mattered. Full of darkness and danger they were. And sometimes you didn't want to know the end. Because how could the end be happy? How could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad had happened? But in the end, it's only a passing thing, this shadow. Even darkness must pass. A new day will come. And when the sun shines it will shine out the clearer. Those were the stories that stayed with you, that meant something, even if you were too small to understand why. But I think, Mr. Frodo, I do understand. I know now. Folk in those stories had lots of chances of turning back, only they didn't. They kept going, because they were holding on to something. That there is some good in this world, and it's worth fighting for." "How monotonously alike all the great tyrants and conquerors have been; how gloriously different are the saints." "Man is the only animal that blushes...or needs to" "Cauliflower is nothing but cabbage with a college education" "Miracles are not contrary to nature, but only contrary to what we know about nature" "You aspire to great things? Begin with little ones" ""Thou must be emptied of that wherewith thou art full, that thou mayest be filled with that whereof thou art empty." "If you can keep your head when all about you Are losing theirs and blaming it on you, If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you, But make allowance for their doubting too; If you can wait and not be tired by waiting, Or being lied about, don't deal in lies, Or being hated, don't give way to hating, And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise... ... If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue, Or walk with Kings--nor lose the common touch, If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you, If all men count with you, but none too much; If you can fill the unforgiving minute With sixty seconds' worth of distance run, Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it, And--which is more--you'll be a Man, my son" "

23, Jewett City, CTHey! I'm Mike! I'm a hard worker with a strong work ethic--when I'm at work, I'm working! I thrive when I'm in a position of authority or management; I have great organizational skills, balance details and the big picture, and people say I'm a great leader. Gee, that sounded like a cover letter introduction. I'm fun too! I love bad puns, good friends, and making people laugh! I have eccentric intellectual interests like Canon Law and Metaphysics, and nerdy ones like Star Wars and House of Cards! Did I mention I love law? Still thinking about law school, but for now I do marketing, IT support, and a host of other duties. I wear many hats in my job, and I like it that way! I love being a valuable worker in all the jobs I do. I'm not really into sports. Let me rephrase that: I don't like sports. I'm very competitive in other areas, however, and I live for intellectual debates! I love politics and I keep up-to-speed on news and ideas. I think it's important to have reasons for the things we believe, and I'm always open to being challenged in my views, since it gives me the opportunity to refine my way of thinking and make corrections if necessary. I'm new to the online dating word, but I'm so thankful for this opportunity to meet a Catholic woman whom I would never have encountered otherwise. I'm very loyal and I don't like to play games with women, so if you're serious about marriage, feel free to message me! I hope that you and I soon find the ones whom our souls love (cf. Song of Songs 3:4).

22, New London, CTI grew up in a sorta big family, and they are super important to me... I'm close to my two younger brothers and two younger sisters and parents and try to spend time with them all, which is getting harder to do now that I live in CT and they live on the other side of the country! I love doing things outside.. Snowboarding, kayaking, sailing, mountain biking... You name it. Also love music--especially piano. I try to keep my faith central in my life and it's a huge part of who I am... Faith is definitely a roller coaster ride for me but Christ always brings me closer to him through everything. Currently a senior at the Coast Guard Academy, studying marine and environmental science with a focus in biology and oceanography. I also love Spanish and I'm always looking to practicing speaking it... I guess I'm also a foodie/beerie (word?), I love making/eating food and going to breweries... And I love going new places... My best bud is from Ecuador, so I sort of have a second family there! I'm a fan of dogs, nice people, and the ocean... I hate lines, traffic lights, horseflies, and my inability to grow respectable facial hair.
