62, Twin Falls, IDI love challenges. I believe in myself and trust my decisions. I have accomplished a tremendous amount of good in my life but in no way think that I've done what I need. I am altruistic but willing to define boundaries and accept other's boundaries. I am an achiever. I have a witty sense of humor and enjoy making others laugh. I can laugh at myself. I am a very loyal person and believe that trust and integrity are core to having a rewarding life. Everyone I meet starts with 100% of my respect when we meet. Their actions and words are the only things that subtract from my opinion. I try to see the good in everyone. You can find me at events outside ranging from social gatherings involving horses, motorcycles, arts and music. I have a curious soul. I enjoy learning. I watch the Discovery, Animal, Military, SciFi, Travel, NetGeo and news channels primarily. I have been considered a champion for the underdog. Always willing to lend a helping hand. Sometimes my generosity has been a weakness but then I believe in every strength there is a weakness and in every weakness there is a strength. I have lived in Japan. Have traveled throughout Africa, Europe and the middle-east. I've covered just about all of the contiguous 48 and have been to both Alaska and Hawaii. I believe God has finally told me what I need to be when I grow up (not sure if Ill ever do that). God has given me opportunities in my life that have molded me into a unique individual. I have listened and He has told me that he wants me to become a clinical social worker. By telling me, I mean that He has given me the wisdom to look at my life introspectively and learn that I am here to serve others through therapy. I work with at-risk people now. I am attending Boise State University full time to achieve a Masters in Social Work. My goal is to have a facility that operates with the EAGALA horse/human therapy model. What a wonderful way to live life; using horses to help people heal. If you havent guessed yet, Im in no way intending to slow down anytime soon. There are a lot of people that need help and I have a lot of work to do. I am totally committed to doing Gods Will. With me you will laugh and learn, I guarantee it!!! But wait! That's not all! If you call within the next five minutes I'll throw in a lifetime supply of friendship with unending affection, support and love, a priceless value for free!
47, Boise, IDHey there, I work as a reporter and like to read. I spend time up in the mountains when I can and enjoy finding new places to explore. I was born and raised Catholic, and still attend church and like to stop in at the adoration chapel from time to time. I don't put a lot of stock in material things. Mostly, I appreciate my family and friends. I'm looking for a like-minded woman who is "on the same page" when it comes to faith and family. Thanks, Phil
61, Idaho Falls, IDI have a strong interest in the arts... they are a bit like the heart and soul of humanity. I am a decent artist in visual media, but don't pursue it professionally. Dancing is something I really enjoy, too, even though I still need more lessons. And, simply talking about things of mutual interest is a greatly satisfying pass-time. Everyday life is certainly interesting, with its many challenges and unpredictability, but I wake up everyday hoping to find new evidence of life in the smallest of details, along with what is most obvious. I try to make the best of every situation, so I guess you could say I'm an optimist. However, I've noticed most people who enjoy life to the fullest don't put a dollar figure on it, regardless of how deep their pockets are. Currently, frequent travel regionally is great for me, but international travel may come later. The most influential people in my life were my parents, both farm-raised. Their values along with a healthy catholic upbringing informed my sense of self. I admire people who are giving of their time and who are wise, yet humble. What seems fun for me are shared quiet walks, watching a fire, laughing together, exploring quaint shops, travelling, hobbies, music, and dancing.
46, Lewiston, IDI am spiritual and outgoing. Very much a family man. I am mostly soft spoken but not shy. I want to find a lifetime partner who puts God and family first. They must love children and understand the chaos of having five kids.
60, Osburn, IDI 'm a retired pilot, having lived and traveled many places I decided to return to Idaho and enjoy the peace of the mountains. I believe its a good environment to raise my son and daughter. Jesus is the most important person in my life. We are put on this earth to know him, love him and serve him. Then, after a very short time here we return to our true home in heaven, where we will enjoy paradise with him for eternity. My important responsibility at this time in life is to teach my children to know him as well. I enjoy all water sports, flying, teaching flying, and being outdoors. Setting next to a camp fire with a glass of wine, listening to good music and marveling at Gods wonderful creation. I would very much enjoy meeting a catholic lady and share each others thoughts and feelings about life, love and God. One of many pleasures of life is to share the love of God with someone.
37, Nampa, IDFamily is a VERY big part of my life, both immediate (my three daughters) and extended. If I'm not doing things with/for my family, I'm usually either working or working out. I love to read, I like movies, tv, camping, hiking, etc. all the usual stuff.
27, Boise, IDMy name is Scott, I love running, I do it everyday as well as play guitar. I enjoy being out with people listening to music, playing music, going out to dinner and drinks. I am currently looking for someone who shares the same views on religion and have had a rough patch of long relationships that ended due to this, so I guess I'm on the right site :)
22, Spirit Lake, IDI enjoy learning things, and teaching them to others. It could be anything from how people behave to how a car operates, figuring out how something works is something I'm very passionate about. And then taking something I've learned and teaching it to someone else, watching their mind click when they finally understand something that they've seen or used for years but never really thought about, is one of the coolest things ever. Much of my leisure time has been spent at Civil Air Patrol, an organization that I joined as a cadet when I was 12. I learned most of what I know about leadership from them, and now I work as a Senior Member (adult person) to teach cadets all the things I learned before. I was homeschooled, but my dad is a public high school teacher, so I've seen both sides of that coin for most of my life (homeschool is definitely my preference). I played piano for the high school jazz band, I was a programmer and team leader for a robotics team, and I was a Boy Scout for many years, eventually making it to Eagle Scout. I'm also open to other ideas, I'm willing to try just about anything.
23, Coeur d'Alene, IDI love the outdoors some of my favorite activities include hunting, fishing and camping. Family is very important to me. 26, Parma, IDOne of the things I'm passionate about and look up to the most Is my family. We are all really close and enjoy spending quality time with each other. We have family reunions at least evry sunday afternoon. Besides being with the family I also enjoy fishing and almost anything that has to do with being outdoors.
32, Lewiston, IDI'm a big teddy bear of a man who enjoys kickboxing, lifting weights, going out with friends and wearing our kilts while singing karaoke, and I'm a big goofball. I'm the kind of guy that you can have a serious conversation about philosophy one minute and have a good laugh with the next. I'm teaching myself German as a fun second language Haha. I love riding my motorcycle whenever I can and finding the beauty & peacefulness on the road. My faith is a deep part of my life in many ways and I hope to share it with someone.
73, Grangeville, IDI am totally pro-life, 'most passionate about Christ and Mary. Most influential people: mom, dad, football coach, several priests, one sensei. Most enjoy: RCIA, sharing communion service in the absence of a priest. visiting sick, doing for others. Experiences: Our marriage ceremony. I could only glance at her as she came down the aisle. Later, when her veil was raised, she received baptism and Christ. When the veil was raised again, it was my turn to kiss her. I am honored to have continued that after four births and more than forty-one years of marriage when I kissed her just moments before she passed to heaven. (I never associated this with the legend of Veronica's veil until now, but it was all one experience.) Leisure time: Music Celtic Woman, Abba, Limelighters, Tom Lehrer, Western, Classical, Guitar (maybe 7 chords don't know which ones they are) harmonica, Scripture Research, writing poetry, humor one book, occasional articles.
