I have been a catholic all my life, I attend mass a couple of times during the week. I'm Always doing something. I like helping others. Like being with family and friends doing a project or just sitting and talking. I like to go fishing where I can sit by the river or lake and just enjoy the day whether I catch anything or not. I'm a good listener and like to talk. I believe in being honest and caring and living my life that way. I am proud to be a catholic and like talking to good solid priests. I like helping out at the local catholic school too.

First, Merry Christmas, I know for us single Catholics it would be nice to be sharing it with a significant other of the Catholic faith. But hopefully like myself I do have a close family, actually all but one lives in Boise now. So if God willing perhaps next Christmas that part of my life may change. Demographically Idaho is only 11% Catholic therefore meeting a single Catholic has found me looking in other states and to me that is no difficult a hurdle. When I see and read someone's profile I feel over time a serious relationship might be the right one, I will send a note and favorite them to let them know I am interested. So should some lady feel the same to want to start a dialogue then please do. In my leisure time like everyone else I must keep my home and yard clean and presentable. I take my collie on a couple walks a day and since the foothills are basically out my front door it makes for a walk with a view. My parents were hard workers, my dad passed when I was young from injuries firefighting and my mom just this yr at 92.

Grateful for all my blessings, but praying for our USA. Being an engaged listener. Praying to see and ears to follow God and observe God's blessings. Respecting others, living in the 'now' and being inconvenienced for others. Spend time learning to be a more informed Catholic; listening to EWTN Catholic Answers, etc. Watching and hearing educational/talk radio.

I love music and working with my hands. I like to laugh, and to hear others laugh. I love my Lord and my faith. I try to look at life as it should be rather than as it is. I have a music ministry at two parishes, ( Youth Mass; Praise and Worship Music with the youth group at St. Mary's), and Music minister/director at Sacred Heart ( on the Nez Perce Indian reservation.) I also go on missions whenever I can. I have been to Guatemala and Mexico and will be going to Haiti in the near future.

There comes a time in life, when you walk away from all the drama and people who create it. Surround yourself with people who make you laugh, forget the bad, and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right. Pray for the ones who dont. Life is too short to be anything but happy... I tend to approach every day as a gift from God and try my best to make the most of the opportunities and challenge it presents... So with that said: Hi... I'm very much a country person, being capable and self-reliant whenever possible. I'd describe myself as talented easy going and fun loving person with true eclectic interests. I am typically quite happy given a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. Then I am even capable of carrying on an intelligent conversation. I like the usual, dinners at interesting restaurants and backyard Barbeques, good meals along with a little wine, stimulating conversation and another glass of wine shared with friends afterwards. I want to spend my time with someone who has a positive attitude, who smiles in the morning, and just enjoys living. A people person who is kind, caring, and desires a playful affectionate relationship with a spontaneous and a touchy partner. I am fit and try to take care of myself, eating right and always working at something, goal oriented (but not driven). I am creative, intelligent, seriously minded, yet gentle, good humored and fun loving with a good nature. I am not self-effacing or ostentatious. But I am a guy who has evolved no longer the caveman type On the political front I am a flexible open-minded independent, listing towards conservatism and thats from someone who went to Berkeley? But then I think that comes with age! I have good listening skills, and enjoy sharing knowledge. Being educated I tend to have well-developed opinions, with an analytical eye along with a small dose of common sense. So then it would be only natural that I am fiscally and financially responsible. I enjoy a good discussion on just about anything. I always come away having learned so much more about people, ideas, and myself. I enjoy the bantering for knowledge and information, as it leads to growth. I have never met a person I didnt enjoy talking too. Harmony and balance are very important to me. I am open-minded and people oriented. I thrive in social situations and have no problem connecting with others on a personal or intellectual level. People are fascinating... I believe successful relationships are based on the give and take between two people. A delicate balance that ebbs and flows in a heal

My Faith is of foremost importance to me. I attend mass several times a week. Annulment proceedings are in the process and now it appears that it will be granted. I am pragmatic, but with a sense of humor, and a photographer of senics and wildlife. I would appreciate a lady that would encourage that activity. I am interested in developing a close relationship that will lead to marriage. Long distance relationships are difficult but can accomplished with someone special. I am a supporting, and practical person and call things as I see them. When it comes to dealing with concern of others, they get respect and courtesy. Doors are stll openend for a lady to enter first. I love the outdoors, hunting and photography. I have traveled considerably and would love to do more if the opportunity came.

I am a very passionate person and in touch with my feelings. I am a very effective communicator and would want my match to try very hard in this area, expressing in a clear way what they want and need. I love the outdoors, with primary emphasis on hunting, fishing, golf and hiking. I am crazy about music in general, with my primary interests in blue grass, folk, classical and some rock and roll. I enjoy Netflix, watch occasional sports when outdoor activities are not available, go to movies occasionally and appreciate good conversation.

Only been in North Idaho for 3+ years, after retirement as construction project manager in Omaha, NE moved to CDA to be closer to family. I have always been active and recently joined the Kroc Center. I love most sports but now limited to playing golf but am an avid fan of baseball, football, and basketball and like to attend local high school games. I want to find someone to help me explore North Idaho as I love the naturalness of the area and its history. Important people in my life include my mother and my grandmother, both very strong women and two different business owners that I work for as they taught me the value of hard work and honesty. Growing up I was the oldest of 3 boys and one girl. We were of Irish and German descent and were a working class family. I was a paperboy and loved sports and participated in whatever season it was. I was a particularly good baseball player but hurt my arm as a sophomore and it ended my dreams. I started college after high school studying accounting but then join the Navy for 4 years. After the Navy I went back to school and studied construction technology and received a associates degree and started working in the construction business for the rest of my working life. I attended college part-time at nights and received my bachlors degree at age 50. As far a travelling I saw a lot of places while in the Navy like the east and west costs, Hawaii, and Japan. I travelled to Germany for a vacation to see my sister that lived there at the time, and then there were family trips to Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma (the Midwest family thing).
