At the present time, I work many hours as a material handler at FedEx Express at Indianapolis International Airport. This means that I unload planes coming to Indianapolis and then load planes which fly back to a location. I have done this job for 24 years. Since I have had a physical job, I am in very good shape. I hope to maintain this shape by going to the gym to work out when I retire. I was married at 32 years of age after finally meeting the love of my life. We went through four pregnancies and raised three children. We lost a son in the third pregnancy. We were deeply committed in our love and learned and then practiced Natural Family Planning. The concept strengthened our married lives until Jackie returned to heaven and Jesus. My oldest son and his wife blessed me with my second grandchild - a beautiful baby girl. Her five year old brother will guide her. My son is an audit accountant for a top accounting firm. My oldest daughter has been a renal oncology nurse for two years and her new husband are on their second transfer in a year in Phoenix. They recently celebrated the birth of my third grandchild. My youngest daughter is a special education teacher for Indianapolis Public Schools and is an active parishioneer at Little Flower Catholic School in Indianapolis. Her husband works at UPS. I lost my best friend 15 years ago January 21. I miss her and the companionship, but I was single for many years before finding her. I am active in the Knights of Columbus and became a Fourth Degree Knight, like my father and John F. Kennedy, the first Catholic President. God knows my ideal match and I pray. If I had to describe her then she would be attractive, physically fit, engaged in life, love and Jesus Christ.

I am a father to four wonderful young ladies and four beautiful grandchildren who is looking for that special someone to enjoy life with. A one woman man who isn't interested in dating just to date, but is interested in the development of a long term relationship based on shared faith and mutual respect. I am an accountant and am currently employed as a company controller. Don't let that frighten you....we aren't all nerds! Lover of classic movies, all forms of music, enjoy cooking, and a good bottle of wine. I do like sports (attempt to play golf, the key word being "attempt"), camping, long walks, and all forms of outdoors activities, especially if water and beaches are involved! I have also been a member of the Knights of Columbus for many years, participating in fundraisers for charitable organizations, participating in charitable events, and contributing to my parish. Enjoy meaningful conversation, time spent with my family, holding hands (a lost art), cuddling, and spoiling those I really care about. If I have to describe myself with one adjective, it would be "giver". Looking for someone willing to give back. I am equally comfortable in groups or one on one, going to concerts/other public activities or a quiet evening at home.

This area is under construction for now. Had a very recent death in the family: one that will left a huge hole in my heart and soul. Not sure if I'm going to continue with this. So, good luck and please excuse the rest from here..

I would like to meet a woman who shares my love for the Catholic faith. After practicing law for many years, I retired and now live a humble and simple life. My primary purpose in life now is to be the best Catholic man I possibly can be. I study the Catholic faith every day and would like to meet someone with whom I can share the faith. Photo available upon request. I bought a small house in the country on 6 acres and now am in the process of remodeling the home. Eventually, I hope to have a garden, a few chickens and maybe a few head of cattle to raise. I would like to be self sufficient as much as possible.

Greetings I am Herbert, from Connersville Indiana. I am seeking one good woman with whom I can share all the experience of life, from standing on top of a mountain and seeing the whole world, to being out under the stars at night seeing all that's there. I love walking through the forest,"Just Listening", or out under the stars with my telescope, or just relaxing at home, especially with my sweetie. I am retired from the factory, but I also am a mobile Festival Concessionaire. I travel between various festivals, fairs, and flea markets to sell "phair phood" to the general public. This way, I get to go to interesting places, and meet lots of new people. However, I love doing it, as it provides me the freedom to do as I want, and have the resources to do it. I have no plans to retire anytime soon, and will continue until I can't do it anymore. So, if you like meeting a lot of new people every day, (during the days we're running the joint), and interacting with the public, seeing new things, and be willing to share your thoughts and prayers with a good man who will love only you, come along with me, and we can see the world.

Thanks for taking the time to view my profile. I was widowed about a year ago when my wife of thirty-five years died of cancer. My wife was a special person who gave of herself without reservation to others. I am hoping to meet another special person. I retired to care for my wife when she was in hospice at home. Now, after a lifetime of sitting at my attorney desk trying to fix other people's problems, I am interested in getting out and having fun. I enjoy grilling out and entertaining. I'm a big fan of Disney World and other amusement parks. I have a nice tandem bicycle that needs a rider for the rear saddle. I want to play tennis and go for hikes at state and national parks. I enjoy gardening (there's nothing better than a ripe, homegrown tomato) and looking at the stars. I have lots of interests, so if there's something you especially like to do I'm probably up for it. My actress daughter thinks I'm a nerd. Some time ago she recommended that I watch the Big Bang Theory since some of the characters reminded her of me. (I'm not as smart as those guys.) After watching the show, I sympathize most with Leonard who, with all his insecurities, still gets the girl. I enjoy studying a problem and trying to find the best solution. When I decide to do something, I commit to it wholeheartedly because, as my daughter says, "go big or go home." My tomato garden is bigger than I need, but I enjoy eating heirloom tomatoes and sharing them with others. And, after reading about astronomy for many years, I recently purchased a really big telescope. I'm hoping to combine my interest in the stars with travel by visiting dark sky areas in the U.S. This may involve camping. When I retired I started exercising regularly. At sixty-one years of age, I'm in relatively good health. At a recent Super Bowl party, however, I observed how quickly that can change. Out of fifteen or so people of my age, there were two widow/widowers (myself included), one person using a walker and another person who had suffered a stroke. Surprisingly, most of the people I talked to planned to work as long as possible. I would rather spend my time having fun with some special person.

Apr 24, 2017, Feel like I need to add this, that I'm not on here but once or twice a month so be a little (OK a lot patient) with getting replies from me. I enjoy travel, both in the U.S. as well as abroad. There are many places that I want to visit and explore. I traveled to Israel on a pilgrimage this past April and found it to be incredible. And yes I intend to go back. Also through a stroke of very good luck I was able to go on a pilgrimage to Lourdes in May with the Warriors to Lourdes program and I hope to do it again. Having said all of that home is also wonderful to come back to. If traveling in the U,S, I like to go by R.V. My idea of camping is definitely NOT tent! I like almost any kind of food but my favorites are Mexican and Italian, but then again a good burger or steak with all the trimmings is tough to beat. I tend to like casual dining but for very special occasions Carnegie's in Greenfield. As far as music is concerned a little of almost everything, oldies-60's, classical, country, you get the idea. Many times the T.V. will be on but it will be on one of the cable music channels.

I am looking for the last love of my life. I enjoy being married and living in that environment. Currently I have a very active social life which includes, cards, dining, beer tasting, my annual Howl at the Moon Street Dance, Turtle Run Winery Sunday dances, Hotel Louisville Sat. dances, and Shakespeare in Central Park, and several other activities. Relearning to play Bridge and golf. When my daughter was one I started hosting foreign exchange students for their senior high school year. All total we had 14 students with many wonderful memories. I taught both daughters their next year math class starting in kindergarten and continued this through Algebra II in high school. I also coached a lot of basketball AAU teams. Spent lots of time with the girls.
