63, Newport, KYI am a very active 5,500 year old man. I am a flight respiratory therapist for a midwest childrens Hospital. My hobbies include: dining out, running, bicycling, gardening, sport shooting, fishing, and holding Pentecostal snake handling tent revivals. ;-) Indoor activities include: building large projects and furniture. For relaxation, I enjoy reading and playing the bass guitar. I love traveling to big cities, national parks, the beach. Discovery everywhere. I love the crash of the surf on the beach, walking across slippery stones in cool mountain streams, soft pastel sunsets of the desert southwest, and lovely, fragrant colorful flowers. However, I also enjoy simple pleasures such as a glass of wine outdoors on a warm summer evening, laughter with family, holiday traditions, etc. I have rebuilt my entire house with an artistic flair in which I have woven into it's design, expressions of peace and serenity. I am setting the table of my life and am inviting you to reply. I love to write, so you might fully understand my goals, values and dreams. "I wish to have no connection with any ship that does not sail fast; for I intend to go in harm's way." John Paul Jones
60, Florence, KYI am spiritual, confident, energetic, kind, compassionate, strong, sensitive, loyal, and trustworthy. I am generous, thoughtful and romantic. I am attentive, trustworthy, sympathetic, direct and straightforward with communication (which sometimes gets me in trouble). I love to laugh and have fun. I see myself as a tiny part of God's creation but realize what I do really does matter in this world. So, I take my Christian responsibility seriously. I see the glass as half full no matter what is happening to me. I am an eternal optimist. I live my life with passion and would like to share that passion with someone special. I believe in good old-fashion values, working hard and loving with every ounce of one's heart. At the center of my life is God, then my significant other and family.
68, Louisville, KYI am active, enjoy traveling nationally and internationally as well as spending time in the great outdoors (beach, plains or mountains). I have two sons, two wonderful daughter-in-laws, two terrific granddaughters and one handsome grandson - all very important to me. I've been widowed for over three years and want to move on with life and share the future with someone special. I'm easy going, enjoy being physically active and have a dry sense of humor. Although I retired after spending +40 years in banking, I returned to work part time. I look forward to sharing life and traveling with someone special.
66, Paducah, KYLooking for someone who sees the significance of enjoying the mundane things in life together with the wonderment of a child but the experience of an adult, can you turn a trip to the grocery into an adventure? I think enjoying each others company is kinda like the meat and potatoes of a meal and everything ,else, is simply icing on the cake. I'm active in my work daily ,can talk about ideas and things other than the 6 o'clock news and seek the same. A sense of humor is mandatory, ones life would be pretty unbearable, if we can't laugh at ourselves, as well, as others.
62, Newport, KYI am away from home a lot due to my job. I don't mind it because I love to travel, see new things and dine at unique restaurants. When I'm home I like to stay active dinning out with groups and going to wine tastings. I volunteer at the Cincinnati visitor center which helps me keep up on whats going on. If not going out to the theater or dining, I love to cook and have friends over.
69, Lexington, KYI am looking for the mutual magic of a love between a man and woman that is so strong that we love each other selfishly for the rest of our lives in a covenant relationship called marriage. I divorced in Feb 2014 after 42 years of marriage and moved into a condo during Summer of 2014. I am learning to live a single life (what do you cook for one?). I just started ballroom dancing lesions in March 2015. It is a fun challenge! I am partially retired but fully employed. Working for the company I started in 1993. I was raised on a farm 60 miles West of Louisville KY. I went to a two room Catholic grade school and was taught by nuns through high school. I still have a brother and sisters in the area and dearly love going back down to the farm. It is so peaceful and quiet. I have lived in Lexington KY for most of my life and raised three children here. My children and three grandchildren all live out of state. So I am potentially available to move and have considered a few options. My business has some strings attached that would need to be considered. I remain active in my church and would love to have someone to participate with me. I am a kind and forgiving person, full of smiles, philosophical at times, and love the Kentucky Wildcats. I am off the chart with optimism! I always look for good things to happen. I definitely do not want to live the rest of my life alone. Traveling alone is absolutely no fun. I desire to come home to someone. I am quite romantic and love the affection and tenderness of a female companion.

71, Covington, KYHi, I am a retired plant engineer after working for the same company for almost 40 years. I enjoy music, especially show tunes, music from the "American song book", and the big bands swing era. I have had subscriptions to the Cincinnati Pops but lately I haven't been to crazy about their programs. I like all things aviation and have flown both airplanes and helicopters. My educational background is partly liberal arts and partly technical. I served in Vietnam as an avionics repair tech. I also have an interest in guns and have a small collection, mostly historic military firearms. I've been to Europe twice in the last five years and would like to travel more. I'd like to tour the American West. I like the water and have been house boating several times. I've lived most of my life in a red brick colonial house which I bought from my father's estate after he died last year at age 95. I really intended to move but haven't found just the right place . I come from a close family of six kids (I'm number three), and enjoy spending time with my brothers and sisters, but I would like to meet someone who shares my values to share my leisure time and possibly my life. I consider myself a conservative Catholic and since my retirement, I try to attend Mass a couple of times a week besides Sunday. I think my favorite saints are Mother Theresa and John Paul II. They are heroes for our time.
