I am a fairly easy-going fella. Socially, I enjoy meeting my friends for pub trivia and having a few pints, and the monthly(ish) game nights hosted by various friends. I am quick to make a decision about whether to trust someone or not but am generally amicable to most people I meet. Basically, the more you hear me talk to you or others, the more I trust them. I enjoy listening to people and often try to get them to talk to me far more than I want to talk about myself.

This is always hard for me because I prefer for others to let me know what they think of me, but I'll give it my best shot....Well, I consider myself a nice, caring, modest guy, and I'm a very devout traditional catholic. My faith means everything to me and has guided me to where I am today. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, but I also enjoy meeting new people. I can be very laid back, but I do know when to turn on my fun side and have a good time! When I hear salsa music come on, turning if off is the only thing that will stop me from dancing LoL. Some of my other hobbies include going to the gun range, exercising, cooking, working with computers, web design, and many more. I'm always willing to try anything new, so there's never realy a dull moment in my life. If you ever want to know more about me, just ask :)

    30, New Orleans, LA
I am passionate about music, film, acting, art, laughter and times with genuine friends. I love to spend time with my family and live for moments when we can all get together and truly enjoy each others' company. I look forward to the growth of my character and faith. Especially when it will be shared with someone who encourages my soul's development as I do theirs. The experience of my father's death when I was 19 played a crucial role on how I look at life. My mom is a major influence of love in my life. I enjoy time to myself for my artistic endevours, as well as a time to decompress and talk to God. A genuine smile and gut busting laugh is what I live for!

I am a native New Orleanian who likes outdoor activities and sports, as well as the arts, music, reading, cooking, etc. I work hard and play just as hard and would love to meet someone who shares my values, interests, and simple love of life. Obviously I'm not a great writer.

I am a teacher at a Catholic high school, and I teach all teenage girls. Working off purgatory, you know! I enjoy cooking and mixing drinks on the side and hanging out with friends and going out to eat and seeing movies and stuff. I'm pretty much up for anything when with the right person. I am certainly an intellectual and fall squarely within the Thomistic philosophical tradition. Sometimes I will play piano (but I need to know people for a while before they ever hear it). I enjoy reading--with the Lord of the Rings and Hitchhiker's Guide series being my favorite. "Suits" is absolutely my favorite show ever, and Harvey Specter inspires my wardrobe. Most people describe me as a southern gentleman, as respectful, and polite. I can be a little shy, especially at first. Let me also just disclose here that I don't currently have a subscription to this site. The whole "online" thing hasn't exactly been successful for me. So right now I can't send messages to people--but I can read them!

My name is Jared, and I am extremely passionate about liturgical music. I am an organist and cantor at several local churches, and I am also a parish and high school choir director. I also am a high school catechist. Mother church and her teaching are a huge part of my life as a member of the body of Christ. I am studying to acquire a major in theology, and I plan to be a high school religion teacher.

I am a traditional Catholic hoping to find a traditional Catholic marriage. I am a member of my parish choir and made the Total Consecration of St. Louis de Montfort last year. I manage a resaturant. I have two dogs, a lab and a German Shepherd. I moved to the South from the East Coast several years ago.

So far, I've been lukewarm in finding anyone to match my personality and tastes. Hobbies include, cooking, computers and graphics, art, photography of extreme sports and drag racing, and sound reinforcement. Unique hits hard, as I have an incurable illness that requires infusion every three weeks and a boatload of prescriptions. Living with an illness that gives you no horizon presents one with a very different outlook on life. The meds you take can only maintain - not cure. Metaphorically, it's like having your ankles tied; You must tread carefully and avoid falls. The only physical activity I can enjoy is cutting the grass once a week, and i love to play paintball. I know it is an extremely physical activity. If I play once or twice a year, it's a winner. Goodbye frustrations! And if I get an hour or two, it's a success. Music is the one that gives the most enjoyment. A very large music collection with lots of unusual selections and artists is one place I like to call home. Rock, in many various forms, from the Dixie Dregs to A Perfect Circle, Brand X to Genesis. They're more enjoyable to my tastes. And quality audio is important. Then classic Rat Pack music, (Sinatra, Davis, Martin), Lady crooners like Rosemary Clooney, Helen O'Connell, Rose Marie and Margaret Whiting, who I had the pleasure of working with. Opera and hardcore rap don't particularly hit my switch. Then there's self-entertainment. Wait. No, no. I attempt to play the guitar. Have lots of fun playing what I can squeeze out. The mirror approves, and I think it looks good! Then, in a proven method of scattering my Jack Russell and Bengal manx mix, I break out the case with the harmonicas. After sufficiently harmo-traumatizing the pets, I put the harps up for another day. It makes for a very happy cat and dog! Jokes, of course. (I would never hurt my pets. They're my buddies...) So is there a lady who can see past the perceived problems of an "invisible disease"? Are you willing to try? I like to think I belong to a group of men out there whose parents taught them manners. Or should I say that they brought them up as - here's the magic word - gentlemen?

I'm a small fish in a big pond. I'm currently pursuing my passions in medical school in New Orleans and all I know is that I want to use my passions for healing in the service of God and to be a witness for His saving grace. I enjoy artisanal coffee, craft beer, fantastic stories (especially those written by JRR Tolkien). I enjoy discussing theology and philosophy (though I'm admittedly not the most learned in these studies), and I'm simply looking for a companion who I can grow with and learn from.
