31, New Orleans, LAI am passionate about music, film, acting, art, laughter and times with genuine friends. I love to spend time with my family and live for moments when we can all get together and truly enjoy each others' company. I look forward to the growth of my character and faith. Especially when it will be shared with someone who encourages my soul's development as I do theirs. The experience of my father's death when I was 19 played a crucial role on how I look at life. My mom is a major influence of love in my life. I enjoy time to myself for my artistic endevours, as well as a time to decompress and talk to God. A genuine smile and gut busting laugh is what I live for!
73, Lafayette, LAIntelligent, well-read, take-charge personality. Vietnam U.S. Marine Corps veteran, but I am not crazy. Some friends have called me a curmudgeon or a renaissance man, I call myself tough but sensitive and loyal and faithful. I cannot abide lies.
55, Baton Rouge, LALike many of my generation, I drifted away from my Catholic faith on an invisible tether, quite unaware that a deep and profound God consciousness had been lovingly instilled in me as a small child by parents, by the very early and numinous experience of Mass and of the Holy Eucharist and that I would surely and inevitably be gently drawn back into the arms of the Mother Church that originally gave birth to this consciousness. Someday soon, I would like to rediscover the wonders of my Catholic faith with a compatible woman who has herself experiencing a similar reawakening.
27, Rome, ITWell, Hello There! I just want to start off by saying my passion is sharing the Gospel until the WHOLE world hears...ahem...well now that is out there, let me begin =) My name is Brian and I come from a small town in Lockhart, Texas! (BBQ Capitol of The World!...at least that's what we say.) But now I live in Rome, Italy on assignment as a Family Missionary! I'm quite known as an "open book" as you can tell already that my personality is "QUITE OUT THERE, but not in that socially awkward way, ya know where the person really just has no sense of humor?? Haha well that's me! From there answered a call to be a FULL time Catholic Missionary with the Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS) and served at Benedictine College for the past two years. (GO RAVENS!) I really look forward to living my life as a family missionary with my family, and a crazy enough gal who shares the same vision for her life! I figured I'd spare you the lame "I love long walks on the beach...yadda yadda..." but really...I do love long walks on the beach. =) Anywho...this is me in short and maybe look forward to getting to know you more over a cup of coffee?!? Always up for a New Adventure!
30, Metairie, LAI am a teacher at a Catholic high school, and I teach all teenage girls. Working off purgatory, you know! I enjoy cooking and mixing drinks on the side and hanging out with friends and going out to eat and seeing movies and stuff. I'm pretty much up for anything when with the right person. I am certainly an intellectual and fall squarely within the Thomistic philosophical tradition. Sometimes I will play piano (but I need to know people for a while before they ever hear it). I enjoy reading--with the Lord of the Rings and Hitchhiker's Guide series being my favorite. "Suits" is absolutely my favorite show ever, and Harvey Specter inspires my wardrobe. Most people describe me as a southern gentleman, as respectful, and polite. I can be a little shy, especially at first. Let me also just disclose here that I don't currently have a subscription to this site. The whole "online" thing hasn't exactly been successful for me. So right now I can't send messages to people--but I can read them!
19, Metairie, LAMy name is Jared, and I am extremely passionate about liturgical music. I am an organist and cantor at several local churches, and I am also a parish and high school choir director. I also am a high school catechist. Mother church and her teaching are a huge part of my life as a member of the body of Christ. I am studying to acquire a major in theology, and I plan to be a high school religion teacher.
29, Mansura, LAHello ladies, My name is Caleb, and I'm a former traditional seminarian, who is now looking to get back in the game for finding my future bride. I'm looking for a realistic possibility a dating someone within driving distance, getting to know them but also being able to have a good time with her (i.e., going out to dinner, going see a movie, learning to dance together and then putting that knowledge into practice, etc.) No doubt some of you will think (once you read my unemployed status) - "Oh great, a bum that wants a woman to support his lazy *#@$." Quite the contrary - as I mentioned earlier, I'm a former seminarian (they told me I didn't have the calling, I didn't choose to leave), so I'm now looking for work, and not just some "flipping burgers" type of job. I'm looking for one that will pay well, well enough that in a few months I could have enough establishment to start a family. I'm not here for games, I'm looking for the real deal. Why not give me a shot? If I happen to catch your attention, please contact me so we can chat. God bless!
30, Baton Rouge, LAI am a medically retired combat medic who is going back to school for biochemistry to one day hopefully veer some students in the right direction. I brew beer and make wine, I do enjoy a good drink at the end of the day, but when it is accompanied with good company and family. I am not big on the bar seen, I would much rather have a cook out or fire over at my house and eat and find some games to do. I most always will not go out to eat crawfish, when you can boil them it just seems more enjoyable to do a sack or two and call a few friends and family over to eat.
53, Rome, ITI am a Catholic, born in Rome and live in Rome. Unfortunately, my marriage was invalid..I have two daughters aged 14 and 12 who live in half the time with their mother
33, Houma, LAI'm not really into online dating, but work keeps life busy and good catholic girls are hard to come by these days. If your faith is important to you, you enjoy spending time with family, cooking, traveling, tradition, are feminine, and aren't crazy then odds are we'll probably find something in common
26, Rome, ITHello! My name is Justin and I am from Norway but I am currently living in Rome. I moved to Rome in February 2016 to do post graduate studies in Theology at a Pontifical University. I will be moving back to Norway this summer and finish my studies there, hopefully I will be finishing within the year. After finishing my studies, I want to pursue doctoral studies in Theology. I converted to the Catholic Church in 2015 after a few years of studying Lutheran theology in Norway. The Catholic faith is an important part of my daily life, it has transformed me as a person such that my values, philosophical convictions and political opinions are all rooted in the tradition and faith of the Church. I am grateful for all the blessings God has granted me, especially the great gift of having the opportunity to study theology. For some time now I have realised that the great gift of having a life partner is something that I am longing for and I am now committed to try to find the right person. In my spare time, I enjoy being with family and friends, I enjoy reading, seeing a good movie, walking in the mountains, traveling, visiting historical and sacred places.
26, Holden, LAI'm passionate about Catholicism and the values of our church and doing my best to live by those values. I look forward to establishing a life for myself in which I can help others. The most influential experience in my life has been finding a stronger connection to my faith in recent years through God's Grace. My, grandparents, parents and especially my younger brother have been an inspiration to aspire to be an on fire catholic and not a Lukewarm Catholic. In my leisure time I love to read, go to movies, theatre, or concerts. I'm a fan of the arts in general. I love to exercise as well.
