53, Crownsville, MDMy primary goal in this life is to make it to heaven, and to bring as many of my friends along with me! I am still trying to figure out how... I know the path is there, but sometimes it isn't the easiest to follow. It is tough to love one's enemies... I've been studying my Catholisism a lot lately, including Theology of the Body, and varoius other theological books. I do think of Marriage as a vocation, and have been building my "nest" to support a family. I have a great example in the strength and faith my Parents, who now live in Florida. I grew up in a Navy family, and have lived around the country. I attended the Naval Academy, and spent 5 1/2 years in the Marine Corps. I've been working in the Computer/Communications industry, supporting customers throughout the world. I've moved around a bit, in 2003 to the Portland Oregon area. I enjoy all the friends I have met here in MCF (Metro Catholic Fellowoship). I am close to my family, I have 6 little nieces , 4 god-daughters, and would like to have children (They all ask me why I am not married, and don't have kids... hard one to answer). I think of myself as "classically normal", a gentleman and a pretty nice guy. I am a "dog" guy (I guess this site calls it Sanguine), I'm pretty laid back, and like to have fun with friends.
48, Catonsville, MD+AMDG+ I'd say I'm a man who's defined first by my Catholic faith which I strive to live with fidelity and joy. I am an American patriot, and am very traditionally minded. I am loyal to my family and friends, honest to a fault, place great stock in personal integrity, and pursue all of my interests with gusto. My fourteen year old son, Ezra, is the greatest earthly joy of my life. I am also passionate about Christian education, politics, and music (Medieval, Renaissance, Scots-Irish, classical, bluegrass, and classic rock). I like to cook and am that rare breed of man who keeps a clean house, irons his own shirts, but will spend a Saturday shooting a game of paintball in the muddy woods with my son and his friends. I'm a voracious reader (history, lives of the saints, sci-fi, classics). Most mornings, I get up and thank God for the love of my work...I'm a Catholic educator currently teaching fifth grade at an independent Christian school. I see my work as a vital ministry and consider it a great privilege to be invested with such trust doing such incredibly important work. Obviously, being a devoted dad and teacher, I am deeply invested in young people and pretty good with kids!
29, Marriottsville, MDI was born for foundly deaf and was cured at the age of three ( long story). I love my family alot, I love traveling and seeing Gods wonderful creation. I love to hang out and chill and talk about almost anything. I love to sing praise and worship songs. "Singing is praying twice"-St Augustine
24, Taneytown, MDI'll keep this short. I love the outdoors: scuba diving, kayaking, hiking, backpacking, rock climbing. I love science and almost anything to do with space. I like to read, but I'm a slow reader. My favorite genre is sci-fi and fantasy. I would rather have a few close friends than many friends.

65, Annapolis, MDWow! Describing myself in just a few words is not easy. But here goes. I really do want to "put my best foot forward", but first I have to decide which of my feet is actually the "best"....(:-) I am a newly retired government worker and I'd really love to spend my new-found free time with someone special. I'm a reasonably attractive guy. (No, I don't resemble a Greek God, maybe an older Irish God.) (:-), with a positive attitude and a zest for life. I've never been married, but have enjoyed several long-term relationships, with several fantastic women, who are still friends to this day (References available upon request.) (:-) I fancy myself a writer, (No Pulitzers yet.) mostly poems and short stories. My friends say that I have a good sense of humor and a compassionate heart for those in need. Hope to spend my retirement doing some volunteer work for the church or elsewhere. I have a particular interest in the Pro Life Movement and participate in many of their events. I like movies, plays, dinner theaters and sporting events. (Go Orioles and Ravens!) I love taking short getaways. Any small historic town is fair game. Two of my favorite places are the beach in Ocean City, Maryland and the Amish Country in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. But I could be quite happy spending a quiet evening at home watching TV, while holding hands and cuddling, with someone special. If you have some of your own favorites, I'd be more than happy to try something new. So, if you're looking for someone who is fun, caring and kind, we just might be a match. Let's chat!
26, Millersville, MDOk so I'm not really good with technology and this is the first online stuff I've done! That aside, I'm looking for a woman who can be my best friend, and my prayer warrior! I love my job and my family. I'm an officer at my local Knights of Columbus council. I teach ballroom dancing on the side and I'm sucker for Sinatra! Anything else message me!
22, Emmitsburg, MDHi, I'm Chris. I am currently a senior at Mount St. Mary's University; double majoring in criminal justice and sociology. I will be attending Sacred Heart Univerity for a masters degree in cyber security after graduation. I am a very laid back kinda guy, I was raised in a small country town. I have a passion for helping people, which I found when I became a volunteer firefighter 6 years ago. Firefighting is basically my life when I have free time (which is not often during senior year of college). The fire service has become one of the most influential parts of my life. My senior research project focuses on the impact of mental health stigma in the fire service. This project is very close to my heart and I am so blessed to be able to publish this research next summer with a big publisher. I asked God to let me do one really big/good thing before I graduate, and I believe this is what He had in mind for me. I am hoping to continue this topic area with my Master's Thesis and possible a Ph.D. dissertation. If you want to know anything about me, just ask.
26, Cheverly, MDNOTE: As of now I am trying this out bc of a friend's request but it's worth a shot. I'll pay more attention to it when I'm more settled. I like history, music, nature, and having fun! As a History Major I'm mostly interested in early American (Colonial to just the beginnings of the Old West/Post Civil War) and a little bit of Medieval European history. I practice musical instruments now and again that mainly belong to the Folk-type genre, but I like other styles as well. I love listening to rain and thunderstorms, the sounds of the ocean, and relaxing on a nice warm day. My family is a strong influence in my life along with my Faith.
