I am family oriented, hard working and have a good sense of humor. I serve multiple ministries in the church and I am active in other service organizations. I am kind, considerate and believe in old fashion values and I believe everyone has a special person (soul mate) to meet in their life.

I'll keep this short. I love the outdoors: scuba diving, kayaking, hiking, backpacking, rock climbing. I love science and almost anything to do with space. I like to read, but I'm a slow reader. My favorite genre is sci-fi and fantasy. I would rather have a few close friends than many friends.

    34, Hyattsville, MD
I am obsessively introspective and that colors my approach to my relationship with Christ and other relationships which make up my life. Those people and experiences which have been most influential on me have been my parents as well as a variety of life experiences which I am happy to share with someone whom I get to know. Those things I enjoy doing with my leisure time include reading non-fiction; having relatively deep conversations about topics I know or do not know; getting back into physical fitness through running; going to a restaurant and enjoying the atmosphere including the company I may keep.

Each day brings new challenges that I look forward to. None of my days end up being the same, and I imagine if I had some sort of 9-5 job in an office cubicle I would be driven crazy. I love sports. I root for the Orioles, Redskins, Capitals and UGA, and have season tickets to the Orioles this year. I also own a sports-gaming website, and I love playing video games. I also golf- and would love a partner to play with- as well as hanging out with friends in a variety of settings- usually out watching a game or at the golf course. While my job has required me to be a morning person of sorts, I am for all intents and purposes a night owl.

Hi, I'm Chris. I am currently a senior at Mount St. Mary's University; double majoring in criminal justice and sociology. I will be pursuing 2 master degrees starting this coming fall, one in cyber security and a second in computer forensics. I am a very laid back kinda guy, I was raised in a small country town. I have a passion for helping people, which I found when I became a volunteer firefighter 6 years ago. Firefighting is basically my life when I have free time (which is not often during senior year of college). The fire service has become one of the most influential parts of my life. My senior research project focuses on the impact of mental health stigma in the fire service. This project is very close to my heart and I am so blessed to be able to publish this research next summer with a big publisher. I asked God to let me do one really big/good thing before I graduate, and I believe this is what He had in mind for me. I am hoping to continue this topic area with my Master's Thesis and possible a Ph.D. dissertation. If you want to know anything about me, just ask.

  • Mark, 39 from Baltimore, MD
    39, Baltimore, MD
I work in children's health, both here and overseas. It's sometimes challenging, but also very satisfying. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, cycling, and running. And bowling, which is not to say that I'm any good at it.

  • Patrick, 38 from Bethesda, MD
    38, Bethesda, MD
Hiking and climbing rocks as we dominate the Billy Goat Trail. Exploring new bars and restaurants in the city. Screaming our heads off at a concert or ballgame. Yes, it's not a weekend if your heart isn't beating a little faster. Monday through Friday I wear a tie with a sharp looking blazer, stand in front of groups while I discuss the day's topics, and race from one room to the next as I bounce off the walls. No, I'm not in politics-- I'm just a teacher who loves his job and throws his whole heart into teaching his kids. It's an exhausting profession, but it's an absolute blast. My favorite part is when a student's eyes light up because they finally understand something, and turn their failing grade into at least a B+. Things I refuse to go without include: Getting outdoors with my camera- whether its exploring a new city or going on one of my favorite hikes. Sunday family dinners- especially when my little niece and nephew are in town! Catching a ballgame or live music with friends. As for you... you're someone who likes to play as hard as I do, and at the same time makes Christ the center of your life. I'm attracted to intelligent, kind, and creative women. The sarcastic types always get extra points. During the week, I teach my classes, but come Friday and I are going out to play. If you can handle it, message me, and let's talk...

I actually live in Niger where I work for a Catholic humanitarian organisation. However, I'm from San Diego and travel to Baltimore for work from time to time so that's what I've put as my location. There were no other memebers in Niger.

Hi, I love meeting people and treating them equally irrespective of their faith, race, culture, social backgound or political views. Listening to music especially the classical because feeds my soul. The piano is my favorite musical instrument i like playing whenever i have an opportunity. I wish to learn and play other musical instruments. I learn alot each time i travel to places by meeting people and sharing ideas. Nature is the greatest gift from God to mankind and its my duty to contribute to its preservation for the earth is our home. Great people/Stars like Micheal Jackson, President Barack Obama, Nelson Mandela just to name a few have thought me this lesson about life. To be successful or to realise a dream, i need to set out my goals and objective and stay focus irrespective of the trials and tribulations i encounter in life. i hope to meet someone with home we can share are ideas, grow positively intellectually, morally, socially and spiritually.

I am a high-energy person that finds a lot of motivation in my hobbies. I especially enjoy reading books of fiction (James Joyce, Leo Tolstoy, Samuel Beckett, Kurt Vonnegut, Joseph Heller), history and current events, working out, going to concerts, doing all kinds of projects around the house, target practice with my friends, coin collecting, and playing with my pup, Oreo Onassis! Above all, I love my work as a history teacher and gain a lot from working with my students. *I am also a passionate lover of Dunkin' Donuts and their coffee products.
