35, Ellicott City, MDI spent most of my life growing up in a suburb of Cleveland, OH. After high school I went to college in Ohio and earned a Bachelors Degree, eventually moving out to the D.C. area to take a position as a contractor, and most recently as a federal government civilian. I am socially and politically conservative, do not smoke and drink very rarely. I enjoy watching comedy and sports movies (although I do like some dramas). I occasionally watch R-rated films, but stay away from horror movies. While I am not a risk-taker, I do like trying new things. I enjoy eating out, going to amusement parks/water parks, visiting area attractions, as well as attending festivals and events only found in the D.C./Baltimore area.

36, Silver Spring, MDI am passionate about finding collaborative solutions to problems especially in ways that help other people. I love the process of figuring out why something works or doesn't work and then developing and implementing a plan to bring about the best results.
25, Baltimore, MDAs someone in hard pursuit of a fascinating PhD in cancer cell biology, I must admit that I currently spend a good deal of time in a laboratory. But wait! I'm not a crazy scientist, and not just because I can no longer pull off the Einstein look, haha! Although research can indeed be a demanding mistress, I really do endeavor to live a holistic lifestyle: one which is undoubtedly active, but contemplative first! Ordinarily, I like for my shenanigans to reflect life's own variety and thrill. Even my musical tastes are eclectic, and - dare I say it? - my dancing feet electric. ;) I relish adventure, and delight in the opportunity to survey new places: anything from a bustling city to a luscious forest! While all of these good things are certainly cause for immense pleasure, there is one enterprise for which I reserve a special affection: personal discourse. I love talking to people, and especially cherish conversations that are deeply personal and span the whole spectrum of life. And since the best discussions are metaphysical and natural, silly and witty, all at the same time, they will also often refer back to God spontaneously; because what facet of Creation does He not cradle in His loving Hands?
26, Parkville, MDMy formal name is Donald Joseph, III, but everyone calls me Joe. I have grown up in Baltimore most of my life, spending four years in Philadelphia as a student of LaSalle University. I am an active Catholic, attending mass weekly as part of my religious faith. My influences in my life have mostly been through my parents and grandparents. Even though I was baptized as a Roman Catholic, I am also active in the Ukrainian Catholic community in downtown Baltimore. Most of the time I look forward to making other people feel better whenever they are stressed. I am also fiscally responsible, making sure that I pay off my bills on time and in full. I still live with my parents, but that is only until I am financially strong enough to live on my own. I have an older sister and a younger brother around my age. My job states that I work with computers all day, and my degree states that I majored in both Mathematics and Computer Science. However, I do find passion in singing and playing the piano. Take any part of my life and you will see that I was a member of some choir and band simultaneously. I am a huge Ravens and Orioles fan, and I do like to draw during my spare time. I believe that I am a mix of rustic Western Maryland, cosmopolitan Baltimore City, and country Eastern Shore. I do love to travel to places and see new experiences. I feel that my maternal grandparents are the most influential part of my life, as they taught me the values of patience, gentility, hard work, dedication, and ethics. When I have spare time, I like to write music and draw.
58, Denton, MDMorally grounded! I was born and raised in the south, consider myself a gentleman, I always put the seat down.I was brought to Maryland courtesy of the army. I am retired twice, army and law enforcement. I've seen most of the United States and Europe courtesy of my military service. I still enjoy day trips, weekend getaways or excursions to far off lands. Just your average Joe. My wardrobe of choice is flip-flops, linen shirts and shorts but will dress to any occasion. I have a cat, she came with the house. The previous owners didn't want her and I didn't have the heart to throw her out, even though I'm allergic to cats. I have two bicycles, a hybrid and a road bike. I do get out and ride in nicer weather. I make it to the gym at least 3 times per week and have decided to start running again, although it's more like a very fast walk. I'm now seriously contemplating getting a kayak, the eastern shore thing to do. I may even try my hand at golf, retired thing to do. I believe honesty is the best policy and without integrity a man is nothing. I also believe in monogamy. I'm not looking for a notch in the headboard. We enjoy time some alone time but cherish time together. We like holding hands and the occasional kiss in public. We aren't afraid to let people know are a couple, best friends. You make me weak in the knees when I see you across the room. You won't mind dancing in the rain. Singing and dancing in the kitchen as we cook a delicious meal. Grabbing a blanket, hot chocolate and gaze at the stars. The possibilities are endless. What do you think, ready for an adventure?
40, Baltimore, MDI work in children's health, both here and overseas. It's sometimes challenging, but also very satisfying. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, cycling, and running. And bowling, which is not to say that I'm any good at it.
26, Rockville, MDI like to stay active outside of work by going to my CrossFit gym 4-5 days per week, and on my off days I enjoy fishing and hiking. As a big-time sports fan I am loyal supporter of the Baltimore Orioles, Liverpool FC, and the Washington Redskins (yes, there is grace in suffering). In terms of my interests, I love to read books (John Krakauer, CS Lewis, and Shusaku Endo are some of my favorite authors). I always look forward to deep conversations about Catholicism, politics, and philosophy over coffee. On a rainy day I will binge watch sitcoms like The Office and Arrested Development. I have picked up cooking recently and am perfecting my fish taco and pulled pork recipes, I am always looking for people to sample my culinary creations!
29, Baltimore, MDI actually live in Niger where I work for a Catholic humanitarian organisation. However, I'm from San Diego and travel to Baltimore for work from time to time so that's what I've put as my location. There were no other members in Niger. My next visit home is June 17 to June 30 in San Diego and June 30 to July 5 in Baltimore/Washington. One of my guiding quotes right now is from one of the great Southern poets of our time T.I. : "life is an interesting journey/you never know where it will take you/peaks and valleys/twists and turns/you can get the surprise of your life/sometimes on the way to where you're going you might think this is the worst time of my life/but you know what/at the end of the road/through all the adversity/if you can get where you wanted to be/remember that whatever don't kill you make you stronger/and all the adversity was worth it." I've spent most of my adult life living in Africa but it's starting to wear on me. What I do is rewarding but it's also troubling emotionally and physically. The latter because I can't enjoy the blessings and privileges that modernity has afforded to people from California (parks, cafes, taco shops, clean public transit, baseball). Emotionally because my job requires me to make borderline life-and-death decisions. On top of that, I'm isolated from my family, friends and culture. One casualty was my marriage. I was married (outside of the church) for a while but she wasn't honest and I put work before the relationship when I should have been trying to fix things. Needless to say, being in Niger, which is basically 100% Muslim and rather conservative at that, hasn't proved a particularly fertile ground for meeting eligible women. So, I intend to quit this hustle in June 2018 and look for a better work-life balance. Maybe in America, maybe in France, maybe in New Zealand, maybe in Australia. I'm open to moving just about anywhere for the right person. Continued below...
21, Mount Airy, MDHi, how are ya? <- Spongebob reference lol Although I may seem introverted at first, once you get to know me you'll find out how energetic and silly I really am. I have a great sense of humor, which at times can be pretty corny. I'm also very empathetic, gentle and authentic. My greatest passions revolve around creativity. I like to spend my time in a multitude of ways. I enjoy writing poetry and short stories. I also like drawing on occasion and I've recently gotten into music creation! I'm also a huge movie fanatic and I love me some gaming! I suppose you can call me a nerd, as a matter of fact, feel free! Although I like spending time doing things that are indoors, I also like hiking and spending time outside.
27, Forest Hill, MDMy name is Craig. I was raised in Maryland for most of my life. I am now a law student looking for that special someone. Basically, I love life and I love living life. I enjoy traveling, laughing, going to cultural events, and socializing with quality people. It's just better living and sharing life with someone else. I love spending time at home watching movies, viewing Netflix, and playing games with my sister and family. In the summer, I like visiting friends, seeing new places, and going on picnics. My hobbies include reading, movies, exercise, and music. I'm looking for someone that wants to build a relationship on a strong friendship and someone that enjoys going out and doing things together. I plan to stay within Maryland after graduation to become a licensed attorney.
