64, Beverly, MAFriends describe me as easygoing, mellow, cautious, casual, industrious, candid, creative, sensible, stable, sensitive, conservative and kind. I'm somewhat soft-spoken and reserved at times, but a good listener. My sense of humor is sometimes subtle sometimes dry and quick-witted. I try to find humor in the situations I encounter and admire others who can do the same. I find that by doing this it helps me to have a positive attitude about life which has helped me overcome cancer and other adversities in life. I have a degree in Electrical Engineering and work as a communications engineer. I live in Beverly Ma. in the family home where I was raised and now own. My favorite hobbies are those which use my hands and engineering background, like car repair, electronics, computer programming, metalworking, home repairs, bread-making, reading and investing in the stock market. ITo keep in shape I really enjoy bicycling, and hiking. So that's me, just a honest, open, down to earth, sincere type of guy.
72, Stoughton, MAI emigrated to Boston in 1955 at age ten. Lived in East Boston, and briefly in Quincy and now in Stoughton, MA. I've been a widower since 1986 and am currently retired. Until 2007 I was employed as a cost analyst. I have two children, a son, 37, who is a brother in a Chicago order, and a girl, 33, who is married. I am a compassionate conservative and am interested in state and national politics. I enjoy good humor, dancing, walking by the ocean (yes, I really do!), and romantic comedies.
41, Marlboro, MAI am a professional musician and actor and passionate about them both. I love Bishop Sheen and great television shows and movies. In my leisure time I enjoy going outside or to the gym and getting exercise. I am a hopeless romantic and looking for my best friend to share my life with. I am far from perfect but looking for someone to help me grow and become a better man each and every day.
29, Waltham, MAI took the plunge and am now a full fledged member of Catholic Match, with email capabilities and all! I started an account on another date site but, although there are more people on that one, I think I have a better chance of finding what I am looking for on this site. Quality over quantity, I guess. Anyways, here's a little bit about me: I find that board games are the perfect solution for when I am bored. Its getting all of my friends together to play that makes me want to flip over the table. I am a thespian of sorts and, by the nature of theater, I fall into the type of "people who need people." However, I am by no means a fan of the drama in the drama department. All of the virtues I admire, I consider Prudence to be the most prudent choice. Although lightheartedness also weighs heavily in my opinion. I find villains to be much more interesting than heroes. They get to have all of the fun! I prefer to save rather than to splurge. If I was the kid with the marshmallow I could definitely hold out for that second marshmallow. But that's my two cents. Conservative in thought and in temperament, I tend to be firmly anchored while the sea rages around me. My convictions are roots that run deep. I like my humor like I like my wine: dry. Family is predetermined but friends you can choose. One is the crazy you love and are stuck with, the other is the crazy you love and you stick with. Finally, love is indeed a battlefield. And it is worth fighting for.
56, Quincy, MAI would describe myself as a person who is devoted to my faith, loyal to my family, and passionate about living life to the fullest. The biggest influences in my life have been my parents, friends, several teachers and priests, and many authors I have learned from. G.K. Chesterton, St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas come to mind. In my free time I like to write, play golf or tennis, take day trips to explore new places, play guitar and ukulele (fun!), or socialize with my family, cousins and friends.
24, Waltham, MAHi, I work as a compensation consultant. My faith and family are of the utmost importance to me. In my free time, I enjoy playing and watching sports. I have recently really got interested in skiing and have always enjoyed playing basketball. I'm a pretty laid back person but also like trying new experiences. My favorite saint is St. Maximilian Kolbe for his courage and devotion to the faith. I would love to meet a match who has a strong love for God and someone who I can continue to grow in my faith with.
37, Boston, MAAlways up for new adventure. I am very spontaneous. I don't usually plan my weekends. Passionate about exploring, learning new cultures, and taking long city walks. I try to enjoy my weekends and free time, because I work very hard during my week. I am a co-founder/ VP.engineering at health care startup and also founded my own consulting company. I'm passionate about making a difference and helping people. I was brought up with good morals to respect and treat people the way you want to be treated.I am the youngest of 4 siblings who thought me sharing and caring as the two utmost important virtues in life. I'm loyal, truthful and committed man! I've been raised through hard times and now have been blessed and am grateful to have a financially stable and secured life. For fun, I like all forms of latin dancing, ballroom, bollywood, hiking, long walks, running, soccer, watching New England teams play, reading, dining out and trying out different cuisines, cooking at home, I'm a big fan of diners.... Thanks for reading through my profile. :)
24, Barnstable, MAThe Catholic faith is very important to me. I seek God's direction in everything I do so that I'm living my life according to his will. It is through seeking and growing closer to him that I'll find the woman of my dreams. I like keeping introductions short and sweet, so here's my attempt at it. Having graduated from university in 2014, I've been building work experience as a Financial Analyst with the goal of pursuing my MBA later this year. I love traveling, playing sports and music. Soccer, badminton, table tennis and volleyball are some of my most frequently played sports. In addition, I also enjoy gaming online in my free time. My interest in music drove me to learn the piano at an early age and gave me the opportunity to play for a few gospel and social bands at church. Family life is important to me and I love spending time with them. For education reasons, we live far apart but we talk often and when we do meet, we always make the most of it. I know God is busy writing the best story for me. However, it may be time for me to go and find the queen as she could've gotten herself stuck in a tree or something while searching for me ;). God bless everyone here.
51, Canton, MAI enjoy hiking, biking and playing soccer. I also enjoy reading and cooking particularly on weekends. I volunteer at the school my children attend as well.
31, Boston, MAMy name is Peter and I am currently living in Boston. During the week, I enjoy working hard at my job, staying active, and exercising. I spend my weekends with my family, nephews, and close friends. My prayer life is very important to me and I try to live out my faith every day.
21, Malden, MAHi I am just a regular guy trying to find someone special and hopefully be able to build something with. I believe that there should be no regrets in life.
64, Boston, MAI'd rather gaze at the stars in the heavens than watch teams compete. (I do like to watch the Olympic games, though.) I'm drawn to sound. The sound of music and languages from all corners of the world and the sounds of nature from gentle raindrops to birds, to wind in the trees. The sound of what you want to express. I tend to tune in to people's feelings and I think I can sense "vibes". I'm a listener and quite agreeable though not to everything. My expression emerges when I play the piano. I'm the guy that plays all the Christmas carols and songs without needing any book, able to render all the melodies and harmonize them spontaneously at will and whim. I'll not have a lot to say but I'll ask searching questions. I love people. If a pun occurs to me I might just utter it; such as when I asked my daughter if my grandson had any teeth yet and when she said yes, I then asked for a tooth pic. (I hope you're chuckling.) Well, that's a snapshot of me.
