63, Saint Cloud, MNI've been divorced for about 17 years now. Would like to find someone to share my life with. A good friend and a good person. Someone that has family as a priority and knows how to enjoy life. Someone supportive with a great sense of humor that knows how to take a joke. I'm friendly, with a good sense of humor but knows when to be serious. I also coach wrestling so am very busy in the winter months. I need someone that can understand the time commitment that takes and can handle it. Would like it if my partner could come to most of the matches.
69, Rosemount, MNIf you are looking for a loving and affectionate guy then look no further. I will treat you to lots of kisses and hugs and be someone you can trust and always be there for you. I love to share a good laugh as well as engage in serious conversation. My friends would describe me as a good and loyal friend and someone that is very caring and generous. I am looking for someone that is also affectionate, sincere and is open to a possible long term relationship.I recently retired from a major airline after 27 years. In addition to travel, one of my passions has always been music since I was very young. I play guitar, however, I am most known for my singing ability. I also enjoy good movies, plays, concerts or a romantic candlelight dinner with a very special lady (maybe you?) Sometimes it is just fun to stay home with someone special by the fireplace and watch movies, listen to music or play cards or board games. Another of my passions is trading stocks, options, etc. I have always been interested in technical analysis and trading the markets.
63, Burnsville, MNIm a widowed father of 4 (ages 15 to 32) and grandfather of 2 very cute granddaughters. Im the Scoutmaster of a Boy Scout troop. I love camping, hiking, photography, gardening, kayaking, challenging games & puzzles, waterfalls, and the North Shore. I'm looking forward to another backpack trip this July on the Superior Hiking Trail, along Lake Superior, and a canoe trip in the BWCA in August.
62, Minneapolis, MNI have spent much of the past 30 years working with young children. When my 3 older children (now in their 20's) were young, I was involved with cub scouts and boy scouts as den leader, cub master and assistant scout master. After they completed the scouting program, I became involved with a startup cub scout program and served as cub master at my church/school. At the same time I started a dads and daughters camping group which was a blast after I adopted my daughter (my 4th child). I have been a foster/shelter dad to 72 children. Most of them were under 6 years of age. I have been told that there is a gleam in my eye when young children are around. I like to camp, when my children were younger, we camped at 36 of the 63 Mn state parks. In recent years since the children have grown, I have only returned to my favorite park which is Gooseberry Falls State Park. I have visited most of the 50 states. I have taken all of my children to Hawaii. Other things I like to do: Drive a lazy country road on a motorcycle. Drink home made wine with good friends. Reading my Breviary with Jazzy (my cat) sitting on my lap. Sharing what God has blessed me with by entertaining groups of people in my home. Praying the Rosary at weekly visits to the abortion clinic. Sitting on my deck in February while taking in the rays together with Jazzy. Things I would like to do (preferably not alone):Go to the Holy Land. Visit all 350+ National Parks via Motorcycle and/or RV. Return trips to Hawaii with someone special.
73, Rogers, MNI want to grow older with the right person. One who enjoys the same things and wants what I do. I need family, friends and faith around me. I enjoy the outdoors and everything it gives. I want to give to the right woman all the joy and love I can.
93, Minneapolis, MNi have been a caregiver for five yrs. i know how to take care of a woman i tend to spoil my mate, if we get mad at each other we must make up before we retire. i'm not looking for a nurse or purse. i'm witty at times and easy to get along with
62, Osseo, MNI've always been interested in the direction of our country on many levels including some elected officials push for more secular approach and anti Judeo Christian values and principles by which this country was founded. I feel that the decline of our country has been led by these elected officials. The most influential people in your life were my Mother and Father, and my late Wife. The passing of my Parents had an effect on me, and after my Wife's passing, my faith has become even more of an integral part of who I am. I do enjoy dining out as well as cooking on the grill. I am a pretty simple low key guy who even enjoys grocery shopping, yes grocery shopping. I havent done much biking over the years and would be open to that as well as going for walks (I used to golf a lot but gave it up). I am a laid back type of person. There was a time (before I got married) I was into sports both as a participant to some degree and as a spectator. I do enjoy a variety of music, and enjoy visiting friends and relatives. I will not respond if you do not have a photo...Thank you.
67, Inver Grove Heights, MN**please note-I have met someone through this service!!**I am 65 years old, retired from Hospital Pharmacy for 40 years. I have 4 grown children who are living on their own with three of them living in the Twin Cities area. I recently moved here from Traverse City, Michigan after 12 years. I moved here for two reasons; to be closer to my children and to attend graduate school at St. Catherine University studying theology. I am pursuing a certificate in pastoral ministry. I like many things outdoors; golfing, kayaking, camping, walking, etc. I would like to meet a lady who has similar interests and who is looking for a causal get-to-know each other beginning. And then see where the Spirit leads!
60, Hugo, MNCareer oriented with an outgoing personality. Family and friends are most important but I tend to expend most of my energies on work....I need a reason to move on to the next phase of my life.
65, Hoyt Lakes, MNI usually think before I act. I believe deeply in personal freedom and individual responsibility. I believe that actions have consequences, and people need to accept the consequences of their actions if they are to learn from their mistakes and grow. I believe that compassion plays a role to play in my life encouraging people to take care of themselves. In an emergency, of course, you're there to offer help and if someone has helped you out in the past there is no question about your loyalty. Whenever it is realistic, I am convinced people should take care of themselves. I devote adequate time to taking care of my own needs and wants because it makes me happy with my life and because that's what I truly believe every person should do. I cherish personal independence for myself and others. I like the way things are in my life. The ideas and beliefs that have served me well serve me still. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it," and as far as I'm concerned, "It ain't broke." I've held on to these beliefs for a long time, and held on earnestly. Novelty and intellectual experiments and "the next new idea" hold some interest for me. I like the practical, down-to-earth ways of thinking and believing and living my life that have served me so well. We're born with the capacity to feel deeply, so it's as natural as breathing to experience a range of emotions. Fear and joy and sadness, anger and shame and disgust lie somewhere within each of us. I believe I am a person who is emotionally steady. Some days I want to hang out by myself, not answer the phone ,and make the world go away. The next day I am oot and aboot. It may be the phases of the moon, or something I ate; some days are just like that and then there are the days where everything goes right - which are to be cherished as they are few and far between. To be with others or to be alone are equally good. Sometimes I am more comfortable alone or with one or two friends, while other times I like the crowd at a parade or a fair. By the way, I don't do Twitter any more and if you find me on Facebook, it's not me - I've never done Facebook. LDR is a place I can drive to and be able to do 5 dates in a week for at least 4 weeks in a row.
63, Rochester, MNI look forward to how God surprises me everyday, with the words of a priest at a daily Mass, with a new task at a volunteer job, with music I have not heard or have forgotten, with something different a friend says, with a thought during prayer, or with a sight I have not seen in nature. I enjoy listening to music, reading magazines and books, bicycling, using my computers, eating out with friends, going to concerts and plays, and watching movies.
69, Grand Rapids, MNI am a retired high school teacher of German language. For thirty-two years I lived and taught in Germany. I am passionate about our Catholic faith. Having just moved to Grand Rapids very recently, I am still getting settled in. I plan on attending daily Mass. I love Holy Mother Church and all her teachings. I would very much like to meet a like-minded Catholic woman who is also passionate about our faith. I am a non-smoker and have a very infrequent alcoholic drink. I have never taken an illegal drug...and am healthy...mentally, physically and spiritually. I am looking for the same in a woman.
