I'd like to get to know someone and spend time with that person; talk, eat out, go for a walk, watch a movie; go to Mass together, do other things together, and so on. That would be nice I think. I'm not loud or extroverted; more quiet, relaxed, and pensive. I like to joke around with my friends and have a good laugh. I do like to try and stay in shape so I visit a gym just a few times a week but I'm not obsessed about it.

  • James, 26 from Hattiesburg, MS
    26, Hattiesburg, MS
Hello! My name is James, but my friends call me Jamie. I am an assistant office manager for a contractor in the Hattiesburg area. Aside from that, I really enjoy reading, photography and biking. In my spare time, whenever that is, I like to watch movies or catch up on one of my favorite shows. I have been trying to become more involved at my church and have done some work with the programs for the homeless. Most recently I have volunteered my "cooking services" a couple of times to help feed the college students after the CSA meetings ( I do love to cook, but I wouldn't consider myself a chef ;) ). Generally, I am a quiet person who much prefers intimate settings over a loud bar or club unless going to see something like a Darius Rucker or Brad Paisley concert! I consider myself a very caring and compassionate person with a laid back personality, so with that, I'm looking forward to getting to talk with you, whomever you may be!

I grew up in Tallahassee, Florida with my parents and older brother. My parents were so loving that when they were worried that I wasn't speaking, they took the time to figure out what I had. I had something called apraxia which means I was not able to move my lips like most babies can. Through this diagnosis, I learn to be hard working and know that I can work through anything. If though I will always struggle with my English skills, I know I can always figure a way to become better. After this, I was in Boy Scouts for as long as I remember. It has taught me how to value people and learn many skills that I will use for the rest of my life. I can never say enough about my parents because they encourage not only to be something different from them and my brother (all of them are lawyers), but also pushed me to go to a school called Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee. This was one of the greatest things for my parents to push me to do. I got to follow my passion which turn to be mechanical engineering with some wonderful professor. The Honors Program was a great group of people that really helped me open up to understanding all different types of people no matter their background or what they believe. I got to meet the Christian Brothers who are some of the most dedicated men to their beliefs. They really help me find the path which was graduate school. This ended leading me to Starkville, Mississippi for more schooling. I am studying mechanical engineering but have also found the world of kinesiology through my research. Right now, the plan is to earn my Masters and PhD in mechanical just so I can learn more to make lives easier for everyone. I know this is long-winded but this is just a piece of who I am. If you got this far, I am impressed especially since I am know to make quite a few mistakes based on my past. Please feel free to ask me anything and I will be as honest as possible.

New to all this but god will help me find someone who enjoys the same things as me, someone to share mass with and maybe if things work out we can take it a step further from there. Also I'm not an artist but have a love for it especially my mothers work as you can see.
  • Tim, 27 from Gulfport, MS
    27, Gulfport, MS
I enjoy the simple things in life, but I don't think that makes me a simple person. I've grown tired of the other "dating" sites and I would like to find someone who wants a real and meaningful relationship in the Catholic faith. My parents have helped shape me and provided the foundation for my faith to grow as an adult. I like to do the usual things: fish, golf, shoot pool. But I'm interested in a lot of things and I'm always down to try something new, within means of course.

I love to learn. When I was a child I would read books, write, and try to create short stories. I work in the National Guard, I was sworn in October 2016, I will get shipped off to basic training at Ft. Leonard Wood, MI on May 24th. I am currently in 11th grade, after I graduate I am hoping to move out of town and go somewhere more urban and up-to-date. After that I will attend a community college; then maybe, West Point Military Academy. There has been many people that influenced my life, one of them would be my father, he raised me into who I am today and I thank him for it. I would work out, read a good book, spend time praying, or hang out with some friends.

Hello. I recently moved to Mississippi from Georgia. I work as a journalist and am looking for someone to take adventures with. After graduating from college at FSU, I spent eight months teaching English in Spain and traveling Europe. I caught the travel bug during my time overseas and look forward to seeing more of the world.
