54, Tonawanda, NYI've recently relocated back to western New York, living in Tonawanda. I am licensed Professional/Civil Engineer. I'm six feet tall and would describe my frame size as large with an average-to-athletic build. I have never been married and have no children. I have darker blond hair with a short well-groomed beard and have been described as ruggedly handsome by members of the female gender. I'm intelligent, athletic and adventurous. I like to be spontaneous, romantic, generous, sincere, honest, playful, open minded and spiritual. Some of my interests include sailing, skiing (I'm a Ski Instructor on the for fun this past winter I worked in the children's mountain program at Holiday Valley), rollerblading, backpacking, camping, cooking, dancing, picnicking, stargazing and watching thunderstorms. As a practicing Catholic I would describe myself as progressive. Father Tom once told me as long as I follow the laws of Moses, beleive the the four Canonical Gospels and accept the Nicene Creed I was considered a good practicing Catholic. After that all other scripture is open to interpretation. Since then practicing Catholicism has been very easy for me and is pretty much what I'm all about. That also explains why I have only responded yes to five of the seven faith questions. I have been involved in a research project for almost 20 years that started with the Shroud of Turin, the burial cloth of Christ, which led me down a path of studying the early history of the church, it's polital alliance with the Roman Emperor Constantine, the Gnostic Gospels and other early scripture, metaphysics and ultimately quantum mechanics. After a while even Father Tom suggested that my conversation with him were more suited for the university level because he was afraid of lossing his faith as a priest. So I am as complex as any Christian could possibly be; therefore, be forwarned if you reply to my profile. I enjoy philosophical discussions about Christianity and the Holy "Roman" Catholic Church. My argument is, "Truth is where you find it!" and I would consider myself a seeker of the truth. My soul mate would also be a a seeker of the truth and appreciate the depth of my belief in Christ.
69, Buffalo, NYI am widowed for 9 years. I took care of my wife at home, no one should die in a hospital alone. The most important of lessons of life should make one understand how precious life is. A woman is God's greatest creation as is the Blessed Mother Life would be much easier if one gave their all to God
