58, Tonawanda, NYUltimately, I'm a simple guy with many experiences that have shaped my life. While I have a formal education, the "times of my life, both happy and difficult" are what make me the man I am today. I'm a true friend: trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, thrifty, brave, clean--and reverent...LOL

36, Tonawanda, NYHi, I'm new to internet dating so ill give this my best shot. I am passionate about life itself and enjoy the many blessings God has provided me with. I'm positive and always try to find the good in others. I look forward to the possibilities that each new day brings. The most influential people in my life are ordinary people who do extraordinary things. I appreciate others who are open, of strong mind and will, non judge mental, honest/sincere and strive to do the right thing whenever possible. In my leisure, I enjoy outdoor activities, being with family/friends, reading, listening to music, relaxing with a glass of wine by the fireplace and great conversation. I'm pretty active and enjoy weightlifting/powerlifting very much. Trail running is fun too - especially near the lower niagara river- it combines a good mix of danger and excitement! I'm usually an on the go type of guy, but enjoy spending time at home by a fire especially when the snowflakes fall. My personality tends to be more serious/reserved when you first get to know me, but I'm very friendly, easy to get along with and have a natural charm. I'm very relaxed and confident, but don't like to waste time when things need to get done . All in all, I'm always open to fun ideas and new experiences.
35, Buffalo, NYHello, my name is Jonathan. I am subscribed to this site, so if you wish you may email me. I treat everyone the way I would want to be treated. I value hard work, kindness, honesty, trust, and loyalty. I have a great job. I work as an accountant for an all inclusive senior care organization. I'm at the point in my life where I'm looking for someone to know better and see where things go. In my spare time I like to relax, exercise, and maybe go somewhere I've never been before. Trying new things keeps life interesting. My personality is generally laid back, but I know when it's time to be serious. I usually plan out activities ahead of time and I like to arrive early.
75, Fredonia, NYI love the Lord. I believe in helping the poor. I look forward to being with Him in heaven. I am an affectionate man who wants to share my love with a woman who feels likewise. Being a school administrator has taught me that honest communication skills and integrity are essential to any positive relationship. As a retired person most of my time is what one would consider leisure. In fact there is no such thing. Time in prayer, reading scripture, serving on the school board of our Catholic School, spending as much time with my wife as possible, being a granddad, gardening (flowers and vegetables), kayaking, being a sous-chef to my spouse, helping with the household chores, doing repairs, weaving, grilling and smoking meats take up my time.
77, Sanborn, NYI am very involved with my parish in the music ministry, singing at most of the funerals and cantoring at Sunday Mass. Our pope has been a great influence in my daily prayer life and in helping me through some sad times. My great interests are in my restoring antique furniture as it has been my work for the last 46 years. In my leisure time I enjoy gardening, cooking, and baking, and of course restoring antiques. I also enjoy catholic radio and EWTN tv and good music.
54, Clarence, NYI like to learn more about the world around me. I'm a musician at heart and strive to learn more about music from theory to playing. I enjoy bicycling, walking, and weight lifting to stay healthy. Reading is part of my life being somewhat eclectic in the books I read. I look forward to trying to write music. I have had my official hearing and now it's a matter of time. I was told definitely by mid-June. I know I need to be patient still, but will be very happy to change my ability to marry in the church status, whether I ever get to that point or not. Many people have influenced who I am, I can't state any one person or event. There are some teachers that have left a lasting impression, most positive. Some of the most positive were in college. Leisure time includes walks, reading anywhere, such as a park or coffee shop. Watching movies that have some appeal is another leisure activity. There are more, but it depends on what time of year and what events may be occurring.
46, Lakewood, NYHello! Looking to find someone who shares the same faith as I do. Would like to find that someone special to share life goals and grow closer to God.
28, Buffalo, NYHello, thanks for checking out my profile, I hope you are doing well. My family and God are the two most important parts of my life. How blessed I am to have received all of their love, unconditionally, my whole life! In addition to Mass every week, I really desire to deepen my relationship with Jesus outside of the church building through prayer and service. Whether we stray a little from God's path every now and then, it doesn't matter as long as we keep going down that path. No one is perfect, we are all sinners. But can we keep Jesus in front of us, our hearts set on following Him? I hope I can do so. Adventurous is probably one of the best ways I can describe myself. Hiking, and any outdoor activity, just makes me happy. I have been active in several sports my whole life, including ice hockey and tennis. Having a curious and adventurous spirit, I always like to seek out interesting places and people, and discover what's just around the next bend. Learning about cultures and languages, and anything history related, is one of my other fascinations. But with that said I do also cherish slower times, with my family and friends, being at peace. Reading, taking a meander through some nice museums, eating a hearty meal with good stories being passed around. I value these types of things beyond words. I care a lot about protecting the environment so that is why I mostly eat organic food. In that same spirit, I have done a lot of things to reduce my impact on the planet. At the end of the day, I hope that I have become a better person than I was before. Some other things I like: * Timber framing (old-style building technique - I teach a class on it and have built my own structures) * Reliving my childhood memories * Disney There are many more things I could mention, and you might have gotten the impression that I am serious (which sometimes I am, you gotta be at least somewhat when doing engineering!). But I am goofy a lot too. Being the kid at heart that I am, I love life and hold a wonder for all it has to offer. And I want to grow in faith every day, hopefully with a partner by my side.
45, Williamsville, NYThanks for taking time to view my profile. My son and family are the most important things in my life, as well as my faith in God and seeing His beauty all around us. My grandma was my spiritual inspiration in my life. She was also my confirmation sponsor. Building a strong faith community is important to me and encouraging others to be more active in their faith too. I feel I blessed with a wonderful life and family's a key part of it. I am also a proponent of living my faith in action. My son and I lector at our church. We give back to our community supporting local charities with our time talents and treasures. It is in those activities I am humbled and inspired seeing the face of God in others. I like organizing activities helping the needy and invite others to join in if interested. It's amazing how many people actually want to help but just don't take the first step to figure out how to get involved. This online meeting is a very new experience for me. We'll see where it goes. If you are interested in learning more about me send a note. I'd like to learn about you.
57, East Amherst, NYHello, I am interested in sharing my life with a special lady who has similar interests where the relationship has the potential of turning into a serious one over time. I look forward to quiet evening discussions, fun adventures and exploring all that the WNY area has to offer. I also look forward to ensuring that she knows she is very special every time we are together. I enjoy spending time holding hands whether it be over dinner, a picnic lunch or a cup of coffee. I am interested in being involved in a positive relationship where the important things matter and the inconsequential things do not. I believe that it's a waste of energy to "sweat the small stuff". It's more important to enjoy life and embrace all that it has to offer in as positive a manner as possible.
59, East Aurora, NYGreetings; first and foremost being involved in the Catholic faith and knowing that this is the one Church established by Jesus Christ himself is extremely fulfilling. I believe that the 10 Commandments are just that and not merely 10 suggestions so I try to lead my life accordingly. I'm not perfect by any means but do place God, family, and my country first. I'm sad to say that i'm divorced which was not my idea as i believe that the sacrament of marriage is forever. I'm currently working on the annulment process though. There were no children in the marriage which troubles me. I would like children but in all reality that may be impossible at this stage of life. I am involved with classic vehicles to a great extent and all it entails...shows, cruise nights, and swap meets. Flea markets, estate sales, and Antique World are equally swell too. I'm committed to my career which requires me to work odd and long hours at times. I'm really not a city guy, it OK to visit but i would rather leave it there and much enjoy the quiet country life. I guess when it really comes down to it I do not mind being alone but being lonely is not good. I would enjoy someone who I can share my life with, who has similar values and has a good deal of patience.
