48, Charlotte, NCTime to update this. I've been living in Charlotte about 15 years now. I've lived in Erie Pa, and Auburn Al previously. I received my degree from Auburn in 1995, Which may cause some issues if you're Bama fan :-) I have been working in law enforcement since 1999 and love my job. I have been rediscovering my faith lately. Like many people I let other things take more importance in my life. Then I realized something was missing. The search led me back. I try to stay active, although truth be told I sometimes get lazy. I spent most of the last year inactive due to shoulder surgery, which aggravated the lazy part I love mountain biking (not very good but getting better), fishing, movies, music, and shooting. I am an ok cook, but I'm learning. I love going out with friends for a drink and darts or watching the game. Staying in and watching a movie or relaxing on the deck with a good book also has its time. Thanks to my job I have a bit of an odd sense of humor, but not too weird. I believe in honesty and understanding in a relationship above all else. Trust is the foundation. Without that, everything will fall apart.Being honest, I do tend to procrastinate and sometimes start one project before finishing another. But they all get done eventually. I love kids and most critters. I'm more of a dog person but have a furry monster who looks like a cat. BTW, I don't smoke cigarettes. Where is says I smoke occasionally, I smoke the occasional cigar. I don't smoke in the house or in cars or around people it annoys. I'll amend this as I think of things. :)
49, Hillsborough, NCI grew up in the midwest, but have lived in NC for nearly 10 years now and I am still trying to find my way around. I was raised in a traditional catholic family attending mass regularly; even on family vacations no matter where we went. I also chose to attend a Catholic liberal arts college for my education. I enjoy doing d-i-y home projects and have completed considerable renovations on my current home as well as previous homes. I enjoy being outdoors working or playing. I like playing golf and being in or near the water. I love travel of all kinds and have visited 46 states and 6 countries. I have 4 nieces and 3 nephews and love spending as much time with them as I can. Love Notre Dame football and Cubs / Red Sox baseball. Running is a new passion. I completed my first 5K in December and I am now training for a 4 mi race in April.
37, Belmont, NCThe spaces in your life and fingers were created so that another's hands could fill them. Life is one of the most important gifs that God has given us. I attend Belmont Abbey College. I have a strong bond with my family and they have been a huge influence in my life. I rent a two bedroom house and they live with me. 22, Fort Bragg, NCI love the outdoors and running! The longest race I've ever completed is a full marathon, and my next one is going to be a 50 miler. My goal is to work up to a 100 miler and possibly more! I only run outdoors, and hardly go to gyms. The only upper body workout I get is through pushups/pullups, but I try to do a lot of those! Running makes me feel alive! Going to the gym and lifting weights makes me feel... boring haha. I'm also a paralegal/paratrooper in the U.S. Army! As a paralegal I assist military attorneys with their day-to-day clerical work. As a paratrooper I jump from planes regularly, but I will be getting out of the Army soon to pursue a degree in Logistics. After I get my degree and do ROTC, I plan on going back in to the military as a Logistics Officer.

I am a very busy man with a demanding yet rewarding career, but I will make time for the right person. I do have two children (a daughter and son 11 months apart) with a woman I was married to for 6 years. Becoming a parent and being a father is one of life's greatest blessings. I hope to find someone to share this with for I have so much to offer the right woman. The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
56, Kernersville, NCI am 56, Divorced 3 children and 4 Grand Daughters The Lord has blessed me throughout my life, and I am not perfect by no means, I strive on a daily basis to live my live for him and most of the time I fail at doing just that many times. I thank the Lord each and every day for those that he brings into my life. I was raised on a farm in a small town in central North Carolina, where my father taught me to tend the fields, even though at the time I didn't realize how much I would go to appreciate what he was teaching me. My Father also taught me to be honest, Loving and to follow my dreams. Although when I told him I was going to be a police officer, he wasn't thrilled, but was alright with my decision. While in the service I began going to Mass, The Mass and Rosary brought me close to the Lord and the church. I converted to Catholicism in 2006. Serving the Lord is very important to me I joined the US Air Force and spent my first 3 years in Upper Heyford England, Living in a small village called Milton under Wychwood and loved it. I have visited most of Europe and some of the states in the US. I love to travel and meet new people and learn about their culture. I enjoy Cycling, Camping, sky diving and serving the Lord. I look forward to spending the rest of my life serving the lord and spending time with the people that he graces me with. I pray that he will bring that one special person into my life so that I can share it with

52, San Juan, PHI am honest, down to earth and easy going man,I'm well aware of who I am,but since I've yet to find that special someone, I can't be certain who exactly she is. Therefore, it's not imperative you match every ideal trait I can think of,I appreciate passion and so I don't mind a little drama at times. It's fine if you want to argue with me once in awhile.I'm interested in a long-term relationship with a thoughtful, affectionate woman. A good match would be someone who's expressive, sincere and has a humanist perspective. I like to do just about anything outdoor for fun, camping, bowling, playing pool, movies, traveling and sight seeing, hiking or just staying indoor with that special woman watching a good movie.
