I am a trendy, family-oriented, conservative, catholic guy. I enjoy cooking, biking, running, playing tennis, swimming, skating, skiing, and golfing. I am grateful to have an awesome career as an orthodontist and for the personal fulfillment from improving people's smiles. I am the youngest of three kids in a close-knit Catholic family. My parents have been happily married for 40 years and they are now retirees from the medical profession. My brother (the oldest), his wife, and son live and work in NC. I try to stay active, I go to the gym at least 3 times a week. I like doing simple things but I do once in a while look into activities I haven't tried yet, like sky diving lol. I am passionate about getting God's life and righteousness to the whole world including into the culture so that everyone can grow up being taught the truth and goodness of God, so that there is goodness for people to dwell in instead of the lack and corruption they replace it with.

I am on this journey of living life to be honest and to love my family. I have loved and lost and I am not discouraged by the obstacles that life presents to us. I have seen the worst and the best of human nature. The life were given is no accident. My handshake is my word. I search every day for my purpose. The people who selflessly give up there life for the service of others have been the most influential to me. It is my passion to see as much of America as I can. I have traveled to many places already. But there is so much more to see. I would like to share that experience with a partner who share the same values. I enjoy Bluegrass music, 60' thru 90's most country music. Theater, Plays, Concerts RV'ing, Lite hiking, Biking, The Beach and the Mountains. Long drives during the Autumn colors.

Hardworking man who is seeking to find someone to spend his free time with. A man with a strong personal faith who believes our faith needs to be put action not just words on a page. I am conservative in my political views, but also feels it is a duty to help the less fortunate when able. Born in Midwest , I developed a love for the area pro sports teams and I love to watch Cubs, Bears, Bulls and Blackhawks when I can. Enjoy the beach and the mountains but don't get to either as much as I would like. Enjoy spending time with family ,particularly my nieces and nephews.

As a retired college professor, I started a charitable organization in Guatemala to bring impoverished Guatemalan youth to the United States for high; some of them went on to college here. I am an author and have several publications, mostly scholarly but I have recently finished a manuscript about Guatemala.

I started messing with computers when I was about 8 years old. Ever since I've really enjoyed software development. For me it's kind of like having an adult Lego box and I've been able to turn it into a career. Since I spend the majority of my time in doors for my job, I love to get outside in my free time going to the beach, camping and snowboarding. I've recently started back into the gym again and I'm hoping to get back in shape enough to start running some of the obstacle courses around here. When I'm not out doing something active, I enjoy just spending time with my friends either just relaxing or playing board games.

I enjoy travel and experiences. I haven't done as much of that as I want, so I'm looking to do more. My children are important to me even though I don't have them all the time. They come before any relationships/activities. Durham transplant (16 years ago) from a tropical paradise. Sometimes I wonder why I left! :) I do enjoy Durham and it's a great place to be. I'm a child of the 80s. The decade that gave us Big Hair Bands, Whitney Houston, Cyndi Lauper and many more talented voices. But we were not just individualists, we learned how to give back with Farm Aid, Band Aid and We are the World. I admit my crush on Molly Ringwald. Sixteen Candles is one of my favorite all time movies! The 80s gave us hope in the underdog (Revenge of the Nerds, Sixteen Candles, Rocky) and I still root for the underdog. I'm not much of a movie watcher, but do enjoy movies from the 80s and horror movies. That little rush of adrenaline when you're scared out of your wits is fun! (this is not a requirement, my kids and I enjoy watching.) Riding my motorcycle is something I enjoy and at least once a year I like to unplug and just take a weekend trip. No cell phone or internet. When I can, I go scuba diving. Two of my children are certified as well and it gives me QT with them. Plus it's water! I love cooking and cook just about daily. My kids say I should go on a show like Chopped, but I would never win. I'm too simple - sometimes just salt and pepper and you are done. Maybe add garlic and onions. Chef's that mask the flavor of the underlying item by smothering it in sauce or so many herbs it loses it's flavor is a turnoff for me hence my love for sushi - really good sushi not the 'California Roll' type. (yes, I'm spoiled there..)
