An online meeting people place? Yeah, it's crazy, but God has done crazier things in our lives, right? I am an active man who is serious about his faith. I am always updating my career skills and also energetic in health/exercise and keeping fit. During my free time, it's usually chores around the house or getting together with friends for a board game night, movie, restaurant, or sport. I am quick to laugh but also enjoy that never ending serious conversation. I hope to find the right woman to serve God beside, to join me on the road ahead.

I recently went to a time of trial where I came to know myself IN a more clear way. I have realized that I am such a blessed man and that God is constantly looking after Me and throwing one blessing after another in my path. I am ready to bring a new stage in my life. One that I am living not only for my personal well being but for someone else as well. If you want to know anything about me here I am. I look forward to talking.

I feel like I have finally made it through the "growing up and going to school" phase of life, so what now? I guess I'm working on that haha. Anyways, after college, I decided to be brave and move here from Idaho for my first engineering job. I have to say leaving everyone you know is pretty hard at times, but I've managed so far. I have a little 1-bedroom apartment in Greensboro, but I'm dying to get a garage with a house attached so I have space to put the truck and some new toys. I actually work in Martinsville, so I have lots of time to contemplate life during the commute. There's a long story about why I'm working there and living here. I would say I fit in more with the country type. I didn't grow up on a farm and I'm not a redneck or anything, but I would like to think I am what people would call a "good ol' boy". I like almost everything you can think of outdoors like hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, kayaking, mountain biking, dirt bikes, 4-wheeler, taking the truck off-roading, archery, floating the river, playing frisbee golf, and so on. I've also played hockey since I was 12 and still do on the rec leagues in Greensboro. I'm very motivated professionally, work hard, and am always trying to get ahead. I'm currently studying for the GRE so I can get my master's degree online. I can, and have fixed just about anything you can think of on a car. I'd love to be a design engineer in the automotive industry someday (preferably Dodge). I love building and designing things, and I think that's probably why I went into mechanical engineering...well that and I come from a family that is densely populated with engineers. The good thing is now I can build and design things all I want, and use other people's money to fund it haha. I value friends and relationships in my life, and am the kind of guy that will gladly help them move or paint or rake leaves or long as they have cold beer afterwards :) I'm very down to earth and value being open and honest with each other in a relationship. I'm also kind of a smart ass at times, it just comes out. That being said it's always fun to have someone that doesn't get offended and can throw it right back at me. My faith is also important to me. I'll admit I've slipped at times in my life, but I still go to church every weekend and have a good relationship with God. I would love to find someone with who has similar values and beliefs that can help me pass them along.

When I characterize myself to myself, I often find that I am - or desire to be - equal parts poet, philosopher and saint (Many good things come in threes!). That is, I try to be well rounded, and balance the life of the mind and spirit. I am introverted, but love being around people. Passionate, energetic people pull the most out of me, but I love quiet times of conversation, as well. I love the variety of a diverse community, or of being a part of several different communities. I am currently a (public) school librarian, and love it. I split my time between two schools, one elementary and one middle. I'm still working on my Master's in Library Science. I came to this because I have always loved to read, and reading is still perhaps my most beloved past time. This does mean stories (fantasy is my favorite), but I mostly read non-fiction and love learning about so many aspects of the world. In short, I'm a nerd. However, I am also passionate about diet and exercise. I study kung fu, going on 3 years now. I do write poetry on occasion. Finally, I try to have an active social life.

INTJ/INTP, depending on the day apparently Definite Type B person - I enjoy my downtime but I also don't mind adventure, especially with someone worth adventuring with. I enjoy writing, but am somewhat controlled by inspiration (which is sporadic) Currently a freshman in college on the path to an International Business degree I am a thinker; there is rarely a time when I'm not thinking about the future/philosophical concepts/literary concepts/politics Not trying to avoid making the first move or anything, but if you want to

Hello I'm Solis! I enjoy being active! My hobbies include running, hiking, exploring cities and parks, reading, and getting to know my friends better! I'm an optimistic person that believes in making the best of anything! I am a firm believer of seeking self improvement because the better person I become, the more I am able to give to my closest friends and family! I am very approachable and easy to get along with. A weird habit that I have is making cashiers, waiters/waitresses and store employees laugh with corny jokes! Haha I'm sure their job gets boring, might as well make their day with a bright personality right? Well there is plenty more to tell you. If you have any questions for me, please feel free to ask!
