I've lived and worked on the farm all my life, I consider myself honest, hard working, compassionate, loyal, find describing myself dificult. I like observing the beauty of nature, try to mimic it, I draw, I've started making flowers out of steel. I farm with my brother, grain and cattle. If I get time in the summer I ride a Harley. Since we have a dwindling population here social events are becoming more scarce, bars- ugh! I'm not into sports either, so I don't get out much, some might think a rather dull existance.

What am I passionate about? I guess I would have to say that I am passionate about my work and making sure that I serve people to the best of my ability. But beyond that, I am passionate about my faith and I try to do the will of God as best as I can. What do I look forward to? I like to travel, although I haven't had much time to do so lately. My last trip was to Rome and Florence which were both special. I also like to hang out in NYC where I can enjoy great food and wine, as well as the theatre. I have seen The Lion King three times. Lol. I have spent many vacations in Mexico, mostly on the Pacific side but I have not been back in recent years due to the situation in Mexico. I am passionate about my children. As a divorced father of two grown children, I try to maintain a supportive and loving relationship with my kids, and most of the time I feel that I have been successful at that. For the past few years, however, it has been somewhat of a challenge with my kids due to the fact that they have both strayed away from the church and have bought into the secular way of life. The people who have had the most influence on my life have been political and religious leaders. In high school and college, I was mostly influenced by John and Robert Kennedy. Later on in life, I was mostly influenced by people like John Paul II and Mother Teresa. I feel very blessed by my Catholic background. I would like to visit the Holy Land some day, as well as Lourdes and Fatima. With regard to my leisure time, I enjoy reading, exercising, tennis, golf, old movies, as well as watching football and baseball.

First and foremost, family is most important. I have two daughters and one granddaughter, whom I love like she was my own daughter. My parents are also still living and I try to visit them often. I am well read and can carry on a conversation on many topics. Except politics, I find politics and politicians depressing because Ive heard the same old rhetoric my whole adult life. Ironically, I still believe the US is the greatest country in the world because of our political system. I just dont care to indulge in political conversations anymore. The US has provided me with many wonderful opportunities which allowed me to retire at an early age. I write for a hobby because it keeps my mind sharp. I try to write every day and have published a couple of books in recent years. I am passionate about keeping physically fit. I eat well and work out every day. I run 30 - 40 miles each month but I also lift weights. I enjoy hitting the bike trails in the summer months especially in places where I can enjoy nature at the same time, such as Itasca State Park. I believe, God gave me one body - my life is short and I need to take care of it. I live a healthy life, move my body every day, eat with a consciousness, trust on my faith to get me through difficult times, I dont worry about how much money I have, or the house I live in .. its how I live that is most important. I love to camp(no tenting)and the evening camp fires with a glass of wine. I am a outdoors person and think there is enough to see in the US before going out of the states.

I am a retired school administrator that is looking for a serious relationship with a Catholic woman. I enjoy life to the fullest every day. I love to travel and would like to show the country to the woman of my dreams. I play cards, golf, read, watch tv when I'm not with my family. I like to smile and have a good time at movies, dinner, concerts and any place I can make a lady happy. My mother inspired me with her work habit and the love of life she displayed. I look for happiness and someone to give us hope.
