61, Sunbury, OHI love God and I love people. When I awake each day, I ask Him "who can I Bless today?" No hurry here, it took a lot of effort to feel this good about me and life, after a divorce that was not of my choosing. I started a missionary life, 2010 in Belize. In August 2011 I took over seeing after my mothers needs. she passed away with me singing to her in the spring of 2013. My grieving is now complete, so I am missionary with out a mission currently and recently retired.. The grandchildren keep coming with six now. Grey/White hair has taken over and yet I still want to play everyday. I accept growing old, but never wanting to grow up.
49, Columbus, OHLow key, cool, calm and collected. I don't get rattled easily. Love to read anything that helps me become "The Best Version of Myself"...Mathew Kelly. Reading scripture, the Catechism, church teachings, the Saints and other spiritual reading are enjoyable to me. I'm one of them "converts" that are still on fire 10 years later. I fell in love with Jesus and try to never look back at where I was. Unless of course it's to help others find Him too. I've been employed by the state of Ohio since 1993 and in the same profession of public safety. Even though a ride a long-board to work most days! No...I'm just kidding...lol. My Buckeyes & Big 10 football, big pancake breakfasts, barbeque burgers and bratts are pretty much what make up my Saturdays in the fall. Its always grilling on the deck season! I'm looking for someone to share my life with. And it's official per the church that I can try it again! It takes 3 to stay married...period. Do you understand and appreciate what a sacramental marriage means? It's vitally important to me and is my purpose to find a woman to be in-love with the rest of my life. Being able to articulate and express our feelings is key in building a lasting and monogamous relationship. To love and to be in-love are not the same. I fell in love with Jesus and can't live without him. But I have room in my heart for you too...:) I love to travel but it doesn't have to be somewhere exotic. Love to see the world but exploring my home state is fine too. Driving the countryside searching for small towns, finding quaint B&Bs, antique stores are great too. Heck, on a spur of the moment I love to just get away for a weekend at a local hotel and enjoy the room service! (PS my temperament is melancholic / choleric)
56, Pickerington, OHBicycling, tennis and downhill skiing are super-fun for me. I'm approachable, sensitive and outgoing. I was blessed with a loving family and an affinity for sports, recreation, the great outdoors and for music. I love to play softball, volleyball, football, etc., However, recreation doesn't address our call to know, love and serve God w/all our heart, mind, strength and soul. Therefore, I try to discern and do this. And that means spending time in church activities during the week - continued learning (e.g., Bible Study, lectures), Mass, Pro-Life, Adoration, etc. I plan to continue these things, single or married.
35, Columbus, OHMy journey through life so far has been interesting with many unanticipated twists and turns. Why did I create a profile here? Well, I'm one of those folks who has more of a smaller social circle and I tend to fall into routine easily and tend to not actively put myself into situations to meet new people for the purpose of dating. So I figured I might as well give this a shot, especially as I have been actively discerning my vocation. I don't know what God has in store for my life, but the surprises never cease to amaze me, and at the very least I hope to be able to share my experiences with others! A brief background -- I was born and raised in Columbus. Attended Catholic school from elementary through high school. Received a bachelors degree from the University of Toledo. After spending a few years working in IT back in Cbus, I took a gamble and ended up spending 2 years in Japan teaching English. It was an amazing experience! After returning from Japan, I resumed working in IT, and then switched it up again recently and now work for a window and door wholesaler, where they jokingly refer to me as the "quoting machine". It's a small company and the majority of the people working there I have known since high school! My main interests are anything tech/science related, which includes PC games (hey, gotta be honest). I am also a huge Buckeye fan. I've always found it easy to relate to others, and yet I tend to over think things. I suppose this is normal, but it can frustrate me at times. Whether or not I sound interesting enough is up to you. Either way, I pray that God blesses you in your journey. Does anyone else find it difficult to describe oneself in an internet profile? LOL! Always remember, it is better to light a candle than to curse the darkness.
39, Grove City, OHA little new to the online thing. Let me finish my set up and I'll write more once I'm a settled in! I can say that I love the Church! I also find joy in singing with my choir.
37, Canal Winchester, OHI can best describe myself as a conservative, humorist. I feel in my heart God put me here to make people laugh. It's what I feel good doing. I probably won't show this side of me right away, but sometimes I will. It depends on the person. Someone who brings out the best in me will sing terribly in the car, laugh at things we probably shouldn't be laughing at and revive my faith with I lose it. I'm very active in sports. I play soccer twice a week, softball and starting in June an Australian game called Ausball, a co-ed, tag version of Aussie Rules. I'm a marketing designer for a cell phone distributor, but that's boring. I would like to one day say I'm a novelist and am currently writing a Sci-fi book. Bonus points if you like that sort of thing, but not necessary.
28, Carroll, OHHello! My name is Alex, and I love the Catholic Church. I have been getting more involved in my parish the last couple of years, and I have grown in my relationship with Jesus Christ. I enjoy watching sports, especially hockey and baseball (go Blue Jackets, and Indians and Clippers!). I also like to play golf with my friends and my Dad. My Grandma has a farm, and I love going over and helping her out any way I can.
69, New Straitsville, OHI try to live my life based on Christian principles. I am honest, loyal, trustworthy and kind. I keep myself in good physical condition and exercise regularly. I enjoy the company of others and have made strong, lasting friendships with numerous people I've come to know over the years. I operate a bed and breakfast in my home and raise llamas. I enjoy time with my children and grandchildren. I enjoy outdoor activities including hiking, camping and fishing. I like to cook, read and listen to music. I like to experience new places and cultures and have traveled and worked in many places around the world.
35, Pickerington, OHHello! My name is Sean, and I'm a lawyer by day, and a church music director by night/weekend. My favorite way to spend my free time is by going to concerts - there is nothing better than live music! I love taking part in outdoor activities like hiking, golf, and other sporting events. I jog several times a week to stay active, although I don't think I'll ever really enjoy running. I'm very passionate about my faith, and enjoy participating in Catholic young adult activities, as well as volunteering with youth groups. My great group of friends and I get together as often as we can to hang out, and I'm blessed to have awesome parents and a brother.
25, Columbus, OHHello, I'm Jevon. I realize that you already know that, just feels weird to start an introduction any other way. I'm a gallery educator for a Catholic museum. I love history and philosophy. Which is what probably lead me to my job and my favorite hobby, Dungeons & Dragons. And no, I'm not part of a cult. Incase anyone still believes that is what is involved while playing D&D. Other than that I'm just your all around nerd. Video games, fantasy novels, movies, all that good wholesome stuff. Well anyway, message me if you would like to chat.
27, Columbus, OHHi, I'm Zach. I want above all to go to heaven, and secondly to have a family to lead there with me. I think every day about what will be best for my children. I love music and I dream of using this for the glory of God and the good of the Church. I want to live as fully Catholic a life as I possibly can, and I hope and pray for a woman to share that vision with.
