65, Cleveland, OHThanks for looking at me! I live alone, in an apartment, and in Lakewood (suburb of Cleveland). Right off, I don't plan to go anywhere; but, who knows what the future holds. Now, I guess I'm just set in my ways. If I find the right person, the #1 enjoyment is simply to be with her. I will then feel comfortable and will share all of life's experiences. I am a bit slow in showing any affection and wait for just the right time. My #1 activity is bicycling and that keeps me in shape. Touring the U.S. is a major desire. I enjoy the outdoor scenery, especially from the seat of a bicycle. I socialize and look for new people. Hopefully, they share the same interests as myself. I see couples on bike tours and wonder what it must be like to ride with one's spouse. As for trivial matters, I enjoy being with crowds of people; people-watching. I also lean towards the urban surroundings. I do not let the factor of age prevent me from attempting an endeavor. Of course, mine would be riding my bike. (Did I mention I like biking enough?) Hope you're inspired to read more.
61, North Ridgeville, OHI have been divorced for about 20 years. Outside of my strong faith I place a great deal of my time keeping in shape at a fitness center. I have a wonderful group of friends I have met there, but nothing relationship wise. Some weekends I will follow attend cross country or track meets. My oldest son coaches in college. Although I have dated occasionally I realize that I want to develop a realtionship with someone who wants to enjoy life. I enjoy activities related to the outdoors - biking, long walks, tennis , golf etc. I do however enjoy the theater and movies. Enjoy quite time at home as well. Would also love to find a person who enjoys traveling. Just got back from Maui and I go down to Florida at a family condo in Naples, Florida for a couple of weeks in the winter.
60, North Olmsted, OH2016-Aa of August, I am free to marry in the Catholic Church by way of Annulment 01/09/16 A few new pictures, a few more challenges-which equal blessings and patience, a new sea kayak, a new hand cycle, a new tennis chair, and teenage boys-no explanation required, but prayers are welcome. 2010-Long ago, in a land far, far, away, called Cleveland, lived a man searching for...someone... I have my 2 teenage boys (15 '01 & 17 '98) at home part time, therefore, I'm losing it. Suffering. I am medically retired from the U.S. Army.where I served for 13 years until having a spinal cord injury in a car accident in 1985. After retiring from the Army, i completed my BS at the University of Illinois and began working as a full-time Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist for 23 years. I am now retired yet again. I believe that a look, a glance, a hug, a touch is an important aspect of showing love. I long to make someone happy and shall give of my trust and myself. I try to be out kayaking at every chancewell when North East Ohio provides me some open water. I am trying to get back into tennis and have a brand new tennis chair in the garage calling my name. Now that the weather is better, I'm out on my Handcycle. It is also new and I haven't made rain flaps for the front fender. Therefore, rainy days-nah. I greatly enjoy Christian Rock since the late '70's and have gone camping at the Alive Christian Music Festival (alive.org) since 2007. I do all this insanity using a wheelchair. Still Reading? Okay! Note: I cannot relocate right now, but maybe in 3-4 years...2019 or '20.
69, Mason, OHI am handsome, intelligent and fairly fit and active for a man of my age group. I am retired from the federal government where I worked for 42 years. I was also in the Army for two years as a young man. I have grown children and grandchildren. I have a grand daughter at West Point of which I am very proud. I am interested in almost everything to some degree and still have a good deal of curiosity about everything. I enjoy taking small trips, riding my bike on any trail, watching old movies and listening to great crooners both men and women that sing the great american songbook. I like almost everything actually just some more than others. I have lived alone for over ten years now since my divorce. I have had a few relationships but they never went anywhere. I would like to get an annullment but honestly need some motivation. I like animals. Cats are my favorite but dogs too. I love the outdoors and nature. I love good comedy past and present. Like most people my age I have many good qualities and probably some annoying ones. You don't get to be into your 60"s without having some rust on the old chassis.:-) Anyway, if you are interested in getting to know me a little more please let me know.
67, Independence, OHI am passionate in doing the best at what I am doing and enjoying it for what it turns out to be. I enjoy life and have many other interests. Since I have traveled in the US and overseas I appreciate the midwest way of life. The most influential person in my life has been my best friend. We went through college together and have been each others sounding board. He influenced me by his character and understanding. Some of my leisure time include: boating, fishing, jet ski, beach, other outdoor activities, vacations, plays, musicals, out to dinner & movies, sports events, cooking, DYI projects and more...

60, Ravenna, OHMunicipal paramedic, love my work. Lifetime active guitarist, drummer, automotive/motorsport enthusiast, enjoy Cleveland Museum of Art and other University Circle jewels (including Cleveland Orchestra, the city's only winning team). Also like walks under the trees, bicycling and weird food.
74, Sandusky, OHI hope to meet someone that wants to share their life with me and me with theirs. I am easy going. I would like to do some traveling in the USA. The Keys seem interesting and maybe the north west states. I am not one that is on the go all the time. I try to stay busy but not overly busy. I enjoy down time and time with someone special. I enjoy the simple things in life and don't have to be on the go all the time. I do enjoy sailing and spending time on the boat during the summer months. The boat takes a lot of my free time in the Spring and fall getting it ready for winter and doing the same in the spring getting it ready for summer. It is getting harder to take care of the boat so I don't know how long I will be able to take care of a boat. I am retired and enjoy my free time. I would like to share the time I have left with someone that has experienced loss and understands the up and downs of loss. Life is hard when you are alone as you probably know too..
65, North Royalton, OHI lost my wife of 28 years to cancer 4 years ago. I have only considered dating again in the last 6 months. I find myself needing the companionship of a good woman. I consider myself a simple man and will treat any women I meet with utmost respect.
67, Waterville, OHI am passionate about honesty. I am passionate about being considerate, polite and respectful to the people I encounter each day. I think I am a good listener. I am patient. It makes more sense to me to stay calm, and try to work out a disagreement. If necessary, cool off and agree on a time (as soon as possible) to discuss it again and resolve the problem. I think the worst way to handle the situation is to walk away and not want to talk about it. That solves nothing. My Catholic education had more of an influence on me than I realized (while I was growing up). At this point in my life, I can't imagine living without it, and how much it helps me each day. I am fortunate to have been blessed with many friends through the years through my faith, social and work lives. One person that stands out is a very good friend who served with me while we were in the Navy (on the same ship). We still try to contact each other every month or two, although we live about 2 hours (driving distance) apart. In my leisure time, I like go for a walk (before or during sunset) and run (at least once per week), which helps me physically, spiritually and psychologicaly. I love to ride my bike (same benefits). I like to read (we have a fantastic library system in this area). I like to do some occasional woodworking and mechanical activities around the house. I like to work with my hands and get a lot of satisfaction from things I might construct and finish or repair. I am low maintenance. I don't want, nor expect people to have to pick up after me. I think that comes from several areas; My mother worked hard to keep our house clean, but also picked up after my dad a lot. I also spent 4 years in the Navy. That will teach you to keep your area clean! I am not a neat freak, but I like to keep my surroundings tidy & orderly. It would be helpful if my spouse would have a similar attitude. We should also be willing to pitch in and help each other if necessary. I do all the laundry (and hang it outside, weather permitting), cleaning, dishes, vacuuming, ironing, etc.. My biggest challenge is cooking (or the lack of it !). Thank God for freezers & microwaves!
