23, Ottawa, CAI'm a foody, and am very passionate about good food and making good food for others. I even took my education in cooking. I like anime a lot, and I also enjoy good board games and some D&,D, although I'm fairly new too it. I'm very involved in youth ministry at my parish and have been been since early 2013. Th growth and development of young people is very close to my heart. If you want to know anything feel free to message!
29, Toronto, CAHi there! My name is Tonatiuh but my family calls me Joshua (it's my second name and it helped distinguish between my father and me; we both have the same first name). I'm passionate about many things. My faith is a central part of my life and I can't imagine my life without it. I also care very much about music, performing, fitness, family and nutrition. My family has been the biggest influence in molding who I am; second to them are my friends from Montreal who form a community of young Catholic University Students. In my leisure time, I go to the gym, watch anime, play video games, (I do indeed consider myself a nerd) learn music, read (non-fiction and fantasy mostly) and talk/skype with my family. I have many other interests that I'd be happy to talk about!
34, Ottawa, CARight off the bat, I should warn anyone reading this that I'm not very good at writing riveting descriptions of myself. The times I've tried this I'd always feel a bit awkward and overly self conscious about avoiding writing myself up as who/what i'd like to be ideally, rather than whom/what I really am. Readers be warned. :) I'm creating this profile due to curiosity, I'll potentially re-write this introduction when I have the spare time. I am a 32 year old man with a strong interest in philosophy, theology, history, literature and the sciences. I spend most of my spare time reading, but I also love nature and the sight of a beautiful landscape. I also enjoy listening to and playing some kinds of music (classical, flamenco, rumba, and miscellaneous). I'm somewhat introverted but do open up quite liberally with those who get to know me. I am curious about the people who might create a profile in this type of site. I, myself, have come to accept a strong likelihood of lifelong celibacy for lack of real Christian women. It may also be God's design for me and I have no intention of fighting it if it is. I'm somewhat of a nerd...a bookworm...ok I admit it, a straight up bibliophile with a penchant towards book hoarding (although, no worries, i'm working on that). And aside from the categories named above (philo, theo, histo, science, classics) I also had/have an appreciation of science fiction and fantasy but have become much more discerning in regards to both since I've observed much themes and philosophies inimical to Christianity in many such works. The interest is still there but had to be subdued....I can't stand blasphemy and mockery of God whether it be in movies, books, art, or whatever. I do like traveling although I haven't done much in the last years. I love a nice sunny day, I appreciate beautiful architecture, a good read and good company. I'm sure I could add but I think this is getting a bit long. I am French Canadian but perfectly bilingual. ........And yes, I do realize I have a bed sheet hanging in front of the window instead of window blinds in some of my photos. And no, I don't care what you think. And yes, the day I move into a dwelling with the fine woman blessed to have me as a husband, then I will have something proper in the windows, haha. I'm a fiscally prudent person and I won't waste money on such a thing when I don't need to, I save my money for the day I have a family. :)
27, Lanark, CAI'm looking to see what's on this site for now, nothing more. I'll update my profile if this changes, but for now this is what it is. Thank you for understanding.
21, Ottawa, CAHi, I'm Alex! I'm currently a student completing my undergrad in Philosophy. I'm a kind, considerate guy who loves getting to know others, enjoying wine with a home cooked meal, and listening to music. I've got a passion for a delicious cup of coffee, and the company I share it with. I love to go golfing in the summer, and taking walks just about anywhere! I'd love to get to know more about you!
22, Ottawa, CAHello! My name's Michael. I'm an undergraduate student at McGill University graduating this December. I'm living and working in Ottawa during the summer and I intend to move back to Ottawa permanently after I graduate. I'm very passionate about the Catholic faith, and strongly believe in living a Christ-centred life. I was fortunate enough to live for several years at the Newman Centre, the Catholic chaplaincy at McGill University. giving me the opportunity to live and grow in faith with fellow young Catholics. I was deeply involved with the Catholic community at McGill; for example, I used to serve as president of McGill's Catholic students' association, the Newman Catholic Students' Society. I find the Church's intellectual tradition very appealing. I enjoy learning about theology and moral philosophy, and I'm currently reading a book on the thought of Aquinas, my favourite saint. I am fascinated by technology. I started programming at a young age and my interest only grew over time. My degree is in computer engineering and I will be working as a software developer after I graduate. I often work on personal programming projects in my spare time. I have a strong interest in politics and world affairs. I used to participate in debate, public speaking, and model UN in high school, and I still enjoy debating with others about, well, pretty much anything. :) I enjoy watching movies and television, especially science fiction (e.g. Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Babylon 5, Firefly), witty comedies (e.g. Frasier), and action-adventure (e.g. the Indiana Jones series).
26, Ottawa, CAI'm new to the Catholic church, but have been to a non-denominal church for a while. I'm currently a student and work part-time in the federal government, I also do some volunteer work Indigenous peoples at risk. I appreciate the fine arts quite a lot, and write some prose and poetry.

I am currently in my third year of studying architecture at college. my goal is to graduate and start working for the construction industry either in an office or hands on. I enjoy the outdoors and enjoy sports such as skating and soccer. My hobbies include sketching, model making and photography. I currently speak mainly English and Slovak, but I am able to speak a little French and Ukranian. I have traveled around eastern Canada and the USA, but hope to one day travel to Europe to see the sights and to learn about the rich history there. When not either working on school or gaming I can usually be found going for long walks or a bike ride.
