49, Hamilton, CABeing modest, it's hard to describe myself. I have been told that I am very warm, carring and loving man. I take life and all that comes seriously but there are always times to let loose and have some fun, whether it be a night on the town or at home with friends and family, which are very important to me.
34, Hamilton, CAI would describe myself as down-to-earth, genuine, loyal and easy to get along with. I'm different from the majority of people you'll encounter in this area in that I'm not a fast-paced, constantly on the go type of person. I prefer a slow pace of life and I think we all need to slow down and take time to enjoy the simple things. My life philosophy is very European: I work to live and not the other way around. The things I value most in life are God, family, friends, holidays and weekends (in that exact order). For fun I enjoy reading books, restaurants, backyard barbeques, long walks, hiking, board games, watching movies, video games, and all things 1980s (music, films, games, toys, etc.). I don't play any sports, but I do exercise regularly and value good health and physical fitness. I love learning languages and I do it for fun. I'm proficient in French and can speak a tiny bit of Italian. However, I don't think it's necessary that a couple has the same interests. It certainly doesn't hurt, but I think common values are far more important. My faith is an important part of my life. At my church I am a member of the Knights of Columbus and I help to teach the Children's Liturgy at Sunday Mass. I attend a French-language church to help me with my French acquisition. So, why am I a great catch? I believe that my best quality is my fidelity. I'm not into "hooking up" or casual dating. What I offer in a relationship is a departure from the commitment-phobic culture that's prevalent today. I want to make a permanent commitment to the right person and I'm willing to put in the hard work and sacrifice that's necessary for building a successful marriage and raising a family. And if it's worth anything, I also have a great career. :)
60, Kitchener, CAI cannot sit still. When I see injustice I feel compelled to act. I believe that to be a faithful Catholic means that I must try to bring this faith into my daily life and to share it and its values with others. I truly believe that we are all called to stand up for our faith as witnesses to truth and this calls us to be witnesses in the public forum. I have been involved with pro-life and related political causes for over 20 years. On a personal note, I run a busy private practice in town. I like to go Irish folk dancing (and dancing in general). I relax by gardening. I enjoy watching hockey on tv although I cancelled cable a while ago. I like to walk and explore parks and gardens and would welcome a companion. In a social setting I am likely to be quiet and laid back. I like to think before I speak and my thoughtfulness can be seen by others as being unsocial. I much prefer conversations that have a topic that is leading to truth or sharing insight rather than simply recounting events or assessing the qualities of others. However, when I am dancing or playing sports I can be outgoing. I read the newspaper every day and like to read books and articles about our culture and history from an economic and social perspective.

I have two parrots and two cats , I live alone in my home with my 6 yr. old daughter half the time.I always respect the sanctity of marriage and family. I would just like to date and not rush into a serious relationship. I am young looking and young at heart. I like to exercise and eat healthy. My daughter is my #1 prioritry in my life
38, Kitchener, CAThe minimum has been reduced to 150. Woohoo! I never really enjoy trying to describe myself. My least favourite interview question is: "Tell us about yourself." I am what they call a cradle Catholic, as I was baptized before the age of reason. Not that I mind, at all. In fact, I am grateful to my parents for doing their best to raise me Catholic. Like most cradle Catholics, I did have a period where I believed in God and Christ, but not in the Church. Now, I cannot imagine life without the Eucharist! Praise God for Holy Mother Church!

53, Hamilton, CAMy passion is keeping busy. I like woodworking, gardening, fishing, and camping. In the darker months I enjoy reading and cooking. Not much of a fan of the winter months. I was married for 15 years and had 2 kids in that time. My wife died 17 years ago and I spent that time raising my kids teaching them to be the good adults they are today. Doing that meant I gave up on dating so not sure how to go about that now but if your looking for a guy that can cook and do laundry as well as fix things around the house than I'm here.
52, Oakville, CAA simple person, I mingle with people very easily. I am always ready to face challenges and get along with people very well. I believe in God. I learn from my mistakes.
58, Waterloo, CAI am passionate about my Christian faith, prayer and the Eucharist. I look forward to going to mass the most. I am also passionate about my family and friends. I have been tremendously influenced by quiet, faithful people who were examples of Christian living for me. In my leisure time I enjoy reading, watching movies, going for walks and enjoying the beauties of nature.
28, Hamilton, CAHey there! I'm a Catholic guy looking for that special someone with whom I can share my life, my love, my everything. My faith is the most important thing to me, which is why I'm on here, hoping to find someone I can share that with. I love to travel and go on adventures, learn history & art, try new experiences, and be out in nature. To that end hiking, kayaking and trail biking are some hobbies I do consistently. That being said, nothing beats relaxing in the backyard on a summer day, sitting by the fireplace with a good book, or curling up on the couch with a great film. Im an easy-going, upbeat guy and I have a random sense of humour - think BlackAdder, Monty Python and Mr. Bean thrown into a blender and that monstrosity is me! I also tend to think outside of the box and endeavour to be creative when it comes to most things. I guess sometimes I just like to keep people guessing, surprised and inspired. While I really enjoy socials with friends I'm more of an intimate 1-on-1 close-friends type of personality. I have many acquaintances but only a few close friends. I guess you could say I'm a mix of introvert/extrovert. I'm quite at ease being the lone wolf, but have no hesitation getting up in front of 700 people and working the room! I've always been a very passionate guy - putting all I have in everything I put my mind to, in my work, in my relationships, my hobbies and interests, and things seem to be amplified a hundredfold when it comes to Christ and the Church. Take a read through my profile. But in the meantime... Here's some random stuff about me: I learned how to hang glide and stunt drive last year. I love film and have taken courses in filmmaking (as a hobby). I wrote a philosophical 'dialogue' paper in my undergrad where Tom Cruise and Socrates were having a tea party and Socrates dies by spontaneous de-combustion... and it received the best mark in the class.,,, I stayed at Buckingham Palace when I was in England. And I once threw a rock at a bear in the wild. I love trying any and all cuisines but my favourite food is plain ol' pizza. I typically run a 5k every day. And I've tossed a pickpocket off a train in Italy. I can pretty well crack every joint in body (it's gross I know). I can read French, Latin, Greek and a bit of Italian - but the only phrase I can confidently say in Spanish is "I speak Spanish" ... which is a total lie... I think that's good for now. You'll just have to find out the rest :)
46, Hamilton, CAI've never done this before, not sure what to write, I don't really like talking about myself. I've never been married, I'm out on the road all day for work and at the end of the week I really look forward to Saturday evening mass (I prefer the low lights and candles at night in the church). I'm serious about my faith and would like to meet a good Catholic women to share life with. I'm the kind of person who would rather take the back roads as opposed to the highway because the trip is at least as important as the destination.
