Hi, I'm Jonathan. Born and raised on the East Coast of Canada.I consider myself a genuine and caring person, somebody who is trying to live out the teachings of the Gospel as best as I can. I enjoy many things in life: My faith, sports, history, adventure. I would someday like to travel to Europe and the Holy Land when the opportunity presents itself. I am a traditional Catholic, following the traditional Catholic spirituality. I currently attend an FSSP parish. Sorry, I'm just coming back to this site after being off of it for a couple of years, I'll be adding more info later :)

Let me be honest here. It is really frustrating to look for a CATHOLIC woman. She is with certainty a rarity. If she is around, she is already married, engaged, already dating someone or going to enter a convent. I hope I can find that person here whom God maybe calling me to. About myself, I am pretty much creative, which means I share or participate in God's attribute as the Creator. I tend to approach things with a creative touch. I am also very much a thinker and often find myself in a state of reflection because of my Philosophical and Religious upbringing in the Seminary and Religious Life (more about this later). St Thomas Aquinas is my hero, and I am really into Catholic Culture, while not a snob to popular culture. I am very much into FILM especially ones that came out during the 80's and 90's. In my spare time, I like to experiment with digital film making. To the women here in CM. I wish to say some strong qualities about myself here, but I think we are poor judges of ourselves. I am afraid you are gonna have to find out for yourself if I possess those qualities for which you seek in a man. But what I can say to the best of my poor judgement in regard to myself is that I think I am funny (the nerdy type), smart (sometimes I doubt, awkward at times (I try not to...sigh), shy (not hard for me to blush or get embarrassed especially if I happen to like you), and organized (not really, but it is my aim to become so). With certitude however, what I can affirm without a doubt is that I am a flawed man, prone to sin, while at the same time acknowledging my faults and defects, and having a reflex to recourse to God, and Mary Queen and Mother, for mercy and help. I have the science of the Saints to thank for this understanding. I have much more to say, but I do wish to share it with you whoever you may be.

I am an avid outdoorsman. Hiking, hunting, fishing, BBQ (lol). Senior executive with high standards for work ethics and morality. Accomplished carpenter like our dear Father, as well as renovation including my own electric and plumbing. I believe He gave us gifts to use while we are here and teach my children that I wish the word "hate" could be stricken from all languages and teachings. I respect people that love children, have high moral standards, believe in God as our saviour as well as our ultimate guide in life. I love the arts from Opera to Symphony and Ballet as well as live theatre, fine dining and just staying at home at peace with myself. I am also comfortable with all modes of music again from Symphony through to hard rock. I am very affectionate and prefer someone not afraid to hold hands or the odd "stolen kiss" as we walk down Main Street.

Hi! Thanks for stopping by :) This profile is always under construction... bc life is not over till it's over ;) In the meantime, let me tell you a bit out me ... I strive to be a person of good character and inspire others; I don't always succeed. I very grounded and smart and hope you are too. I've been told I'm very consistent. I read a lot of books, but don't watch much TV - though I do indulge myself in watching a korean drama every now and then. I do like TED tv. I like the little things... I've probably seen more than half of their episodes.

Hi, I just joined Nov 8/14. Don't know what to say but here it goes... Just testing this out. I'm sincere and loyal person looking for a lady who shares the same faith and who has similar interests. I like to play and watch sports. Even though I haven't drawn in ages, I still like it and am good at it. I have a drum set but haven't played in a while, I enjoy it even if I am a beginner/novice. I started taking the faith more seriously after being distant. Indeed God provides and he does care. I say short prayers daily although would be great to spend more time praying. What else? Well I can be silly and serious if need be. Also responsible. I know that if I meet someone I like a lot, I can be dedicated. That's all for now. See ya

I am a Catholic man looking for a Catholic woman. Us Catholics are a disappearing breed so I came to cyberspace to meet other real Catholics. I want to cut the in this section: My desire in life is to be the best husband, Father, and member of society I can be. Diffending the faith, and the life of the innocent. I want to too work hard too support a family of what ever size the Lord gives us, weather it be 1 or 100. At the end of my life I know I will have succeeded if we get all our children to heaven.

"Friendship is born at the moment when one person says to another: "What! You too? I thought that no one but myself..." As for me, I'm currently finishing up my doctorate in the Great White North, which I very much enjoy (even though I don't really consider myself the academic type). I study Church history and Latin and much of my schooling is spent looking at old medieval books. I became a Catholic six years ago, and it was the best thing I've ever done. I hope and plan to one day teach at a small Christian college somewhere in the States. I'm not too particular about where exactly I live, although I am a country boy at heart. While I enjoy my studies, it is not the most important thing in my life. I consider having a family more important than a career, and I'm willing to live and work wherever God wills. I'm also very passionate about the Church. A blessing of the student lifestyle is that I'm able to attend daily Mass and weekly Adoration. Another blessing is that most of my studies can now be done from my laptop, which gives me plenty of opportunities to travel for anything long-distance. It can be hard to meet Catholics locally, and I think it's important now especially for men to travel the distance, however far (which seems to me like a good excuse to travel!). And so, I'm not hesitant to fly off somewhere in order to meet someone in person! In general, despite the academic side, I'm a rather down to earth, masculine, traditional man. I grew up on a beautiful farm with a large family and a simple life. I'm no stranger to mud and trees! Sometimes I'm serious, sometimes not at all. Calm and confident for the most part, but still a tad shy every now and then. I'm pretty easy to talk to, and I spend lots of time and laughter with friends and family. And I hope to share my life with someone who can be a good friend. as was once said: everything in freedom.

As a Polish man and a hopeless romantic, I enjoy long walks on the beach while praying the rosary. The Catholic faith is the core of my existence, the Purkinje fibers of my heart. My ultimate goal in life is to become a saint and get to heaven, to partake in the "Unitive Life" written about by Fr. Garrigou-Lagrange. I pray the rosary everyday and try my best to get some spiritual reading before bed, which brings me to my next love in life: Books! I have quite the library in my room. When the Canadian dollar was on par with the US dollar, I spent thousands of dollars on books. I confess, I didn't read all of them, but I'm getting there. Most of my books are concerned with the Catholic faith. I also have books on history, religion, politics and other controversial topics Polish people like to discuss with strangers at a dinner party. I'm not a big fan of novels though I enjoy the classics. I love the outdoors. I'm always down for a hike, in fact, on Saturday mornings I'll wake up at 6:00am and promptly head out to escarpment country and hit up the Bruce Trail or some park with a friend. When I was a little boy, kids teased me by singing the "Oscar Meyer Wiener" song. If they were successful in making me angry, they'd call me Oscar the Grouch. The Irish called me Oscar Wilde and the Latino's called by Oscar de la Hoya, but once they got to know me, they just called me Oscar. I'm a unique character in my own right! I have a very lively temperament and I'm constantly moving forward, very enterprising. My mind is sharp, active, impatient - very broad horizons. I'm a leader by nature and I'm very hard working. Despite my fiery and enthusiastic temperament, I'm drawn towards rural life; I love nature and studying it's laws, I enjoy solitary walks in nature while contemplating it's beauty. Family is very important to me, especially the education and raising of children. I'm a very active person; physically, mentally and spiritually.
