32, Portland, ORGreetings! I reign from downtown Portland, Oregon where we love our rain, microbrews, food carts, and indie bands. I love getting out and exploring the city and have lived up and down the western part of Oregon over the past several years. I am currently very focused on my career as a developer and marketer, but have opened myself up to the prospect of a serious relationship. My faith is important to me and I would love to meet new people through this site. Feel free to message me!
67, Medford, ORCatholic Revert after 46 years of searching and struggling to find what was available to me the entire time. Currently in my 10th year of recovery from alcoholism. My greatest signature strength is Spirituality and St. Francis is my model. Currently retired from Registered Nursing after 40 years and now coaching clergy and laity in spiritual transformational change. I have been divorced for 20 years and kept myself too busy with career and family for a relationship. It has alarmed me how many people do not accept the BIG 7 questions. If spiritual growth, maturity and grace are important in your life, we should talk. God bless you...James
32, Portland, ORI am a student at the University of Portland after serving in the US Army for five years. I have learned how to look at what happens in life and see the positive roles that come with each lesson. In my off time, I love exploring the area around me. Whether that's the city I'm in or the country outside, I am an explorer and I enjoy meeting new people and trying new things. I believe you can never stop learning from the world around you. I am an Eagle Scout, I believe in telling the truth and doing what is right, even though it's hard or not the most popular choice to make. I love whitewater rafting, skydiving, I enjoy roadtrips and getting away to just relax.
47, Hood River, ORA little about me... I'm fast on my way to becoming a sedevacantist. After much deliberation, I reached this conclusion by reading the papal encyclicals of Popes Gregory XVI, Leo XII, Leo XIII, Benedict XIV, Pius VII, Blessed Pius IX, Pius XI, Pius XII, and most famously Saint Pius X. The Magisterium has many times condemned the utterly false ideas of ecumenism, "freedom of conscience", and religious liberty - which all triumphed at Vatican II. "Against the Sillon" by Pope Saint Pius X nails it succinctly. This is not news. Modernist theologians such as Josef Ratzinger (Benedict XVI) readily admit it. Just to be honest, this is where my theology. Also, I've read large amounts of material from all sides of the argument so, for example, I will no longer attend a Novus Ordo service because it was designed to be not Catholic. Anyway, I'll stop here as these are some main reasons and this is not supposed to be a dissertation!
48, Salem, ORI am a recent widower, who is passionate about the Church and am doing everything in my spiritual ability to raise my teenage daughter with the zeal and passion for the Church and our Blessed Mother. I am, first and foremost, committed to the well being of my daughter, and believe it is my spiritual right to raise her with the values that I have assumed.
35, Portland, ORHello, my name is David and I am blessed with three beautiful children who are my world. I come from a family of ten with seven of us boys and three girls, and I am the youngest. I work in an ambulance here in Portland. I'm hoping to finish school this coming year in hopes of becoming a career firefighter. Furthermore, I am a member of the knights of Columbus, a Sunday school teacher, and a Volunteer Firefighter. I enjoy all sorts of outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, swimming, canoeing, the zoo, beach, lakes, waterfalls, parks, or even just a stroll around the block.
43, Portland, ORI love to think and feel deeply. I am a natural Meyers-Briggs INFP personality type... a very Intuitive, iNtroverted, Feeling, Perceiving individual. I have volunteered nearly 600 hours over the course of 3 years on a suicide hotline, and worked at a drug and alcohol treatment facility, in the hope of making a difference in the lives of others. I dream of becoming a counselor someday (among other ideas), and I deeply love classical music... opera, symphonies, and things of great beauty and expression of the human spirit.
47, Woodburn, ORI am passionate about helping people come to know God's will in their life and take the steps to live that reality. I believe that God has given us all the talent we need to do anything we feel we are being called to. I am an avid life long learner. I have studied Latin, piano, and am currently interested in applying the science of expertise to college music majors. To that end I started going to a toastmasters club near me. As a small business owner I don't often feel like I have an y leisure time. It becomes too easy to forget about down time when there is one more thing I could be doing to build my business.
50, Portland, ORHey! I am a revert after 30 years as an Atheist. I'm pretty determined to remain a faithful Catholic. Having been essentially a selfish pagan I never got married because I had figured it would be a bother. I now understand the beauty of the sacrament to help me to be who the Lord wants me to be.
38, Portland, ORHi, so I like to hike and do outdoor things like that. I like a good adventure. Whether that's a trip to the store or the beach. I could spend every day at the beach btw. Also the mountains. I am a open book and don't need to hide anything, so ask away. I like to laugh and joke around. I'm very serious when it's time to be. I've actually been liking the trivia questions on here from you ladies, please keep it up. Lol! I enjoy children, especially energetic ones. More pets the better, cause pets are fun. My music taste is a little bit of everything, depends on my mood. I like to be friends first or just someone to hang with. If 2 people like each other, the relationship will naturally follow. I'm a bit of sci-fi geek. I like Star Trek, StarGate Atlantis, Battlestar Galactica. I enjoy a conversation, like analyzing events. Not really into gossip. Debate is awesome! If done right though lol! I like to eat Vegan or plant based. I don't expect the same from you. It's tough sometimes, but know this type of diet is beneficial for me. I love a date with conversation and tea or coffee. Talk about anything and everything. I like tv, but normally it's cause of sports for me. I haven't watched a show consistently for a long time. So I'm not up to date on current popular shows. I like to read my Kindle. I have The Bible on it, which is cool! My body is short and full of love btw. Lol! I'm broader in the shoulders. It's strange, I have like 31 inch waist, where a medium top, and weigh like 190 pounds. I exercise with kettle balls and a yoga mat. If you know a good joke, please write it. I like a good chuckle. I am easy going and fun. We could be in a room all day and laugh cause I'm that redonkulous. It's cause I'm missing a chromosome or something like that, JK lol! I want to get know you for all that you are and you were, and you want to be. I'm a man that wants to be free and hopefully you do too. Free from our sin and judgement. I want my journey with whom I can call my wife, my baby, my rock and bestest friend. Thanks for reading this ridiculously long, put you to sleep, Lord of the Rings type intro. Hope all is good with you and be blessed be awesome!
26, Salem, ORMy faith is the most important thing in my life. I'm kind of shy person but I like to make new friends. I think every day is a good day no matter what.
