69, Philadelphia, PAI am a honest, with a sense of humor, down to earth type of guy. I enjoy sports, dinning out, beach and cruises to the Caribbeans. All of my children are grown and living on their own. I raised my youngest, twins since they were three, as a single parent. I am looking for a special lady who values my qualities and is looking for a long term relationship. 62, Chadds Ford, PAI do not photoghraph well so please don't be scared off by the photos. My friends would describe me as an honest, humorous, caring and loyal person with integrity. I am low-key and quiet by nature but warm up once I get comfortable around new people. I try to always see the glass as half-full and don't take myself too seriously. I stay in realatively good shape and take pride in my appearance but am not vain about it. I enjoy dining, wine, day trips, movies and spending quiet evenings at home. The activity is not as important as the person who I am sharing it with.
70, Philadelphia, PAThanks for looking at me however I am taken. .I been on and off this site from 2009 to 2013. I have met lots of ladies from here and travel as far as California to Florida to Canada to meet them. I its hard to say that finding someone that is a match is not easy.
62, Philadelphia, PAI am a caring, sharing individual who is slow to anger and rich and compassion. A lifelong resident of Philadelphia, I have strong ties to the area and have been an active member of my parish in South Philadelphia for most of my adult life. I am ready to meet the love of my life after devoting many years establishing myself in my job and career. I am looking for a woman who is as serious as I am about meeting and dating. Distance is not a problem for me as I am open to meeting anyone who shares the same Catholic values as I do and with whom there is physical chemistry. My interests are many and varied, and I am open to trying new things. What I am not interested in is a couch potato. Although I cherish quiet evenings at home over a romantic dinner or over the proverbial fireplace, I am looking for a woman who loves life and lives it to the fullest.

70, Philadelphia, PAI'm a caring and loving guy. I was married for 39 years to the love of my life until she passed 5 years ago. I love kids and animals. I love to laugh and to make people laugh. I'm looking for a relationship. It can be anything from pen pal to marriage. My perfect match will be never married, widowed, or annulled; a practicing Catholic, a family lover, and an animal lover. I'm a semi retired CPA, work at home professional with 6 kids and 13 Grandchildren. I have a daughter and son-in-law still living with me. Our families (yours and mine) are very, very important to me. I like to do things spontaneously. The most I've ever planned anything for was a trip to Disney World (which I love by the way). I've been all over the United States, Canada, Mexico, Key West (great) the Caribbean, Puerto Rico, and Belize. I still prefer the south Jersey shore (Ocean City to Cape May). Nothing better than watching grandkids having fun in the sand; and then later holding hands with a special friend on the boardwalk. I really would like to take a once in a lifetime long road trip; first south to Key West, then northwest to Alaska. I think there's a ton of places to visit and things to see along the way. People come from all over the world to see America, we're here already. I would also like to visit the Holy Land. I live in the Rhawnhurst section of Philadelphia, and relocating is probably challenging since my clients rely on me; but in this virtual age, who knows? I dislike constantly use the word "I", looking forward to using "We" again.
65, Jenkintown, PALike to spend time at the shore,on the beach.Passionate about my sales job w/construction equipment and the people I deal with, the sincere relationships. My parents have been the most influential people in my life, gave me a blueprint on how life should be lived,Catholic Faith a cornerstone, education, and the basics of right and wrong.I have a 16 yr old son that I have joint custody,he and his older brother the most important parts of my life.
64, Media, PAI was brought up as a Catholic but fell away from the faith at age 17. The pivotal moment of my life was my reconversion to the Catholic faith at age 25. The apparent cause was my reading of the book, "The Everlasting Man," by G.K. Chesterton. The true cause, however, I learned later: my grandmother had been praying every day to St. Michael the Archangel asking him to lead me onto the right path. There is more to this story. My grandmother had a special devotion to St. Raphael the Archangel. Before joining Catholic Match, I had been saying a novena to St. Raphael for about 6 months, asking him to obtain for me a holy marriage. Upon joining Catholic Match, I found that it is under St. Raphael's patronage. I'm sure his intervention has brought me here. At my reconversion, I went from being a determined atheist to attending daily Mass and praying the Rosary daily. I have done so ever since. The Catholic faith is even more important to me now than it was when I returned to the faith. I love adoration of the Blessed Sacrament! In my leisure time, I enjoy reading, biking, and snowboarding. I love traveling to scenic places. I love to cook. I love music, especially classical music, and I love to sing. I have sung in church choirs off and on for 10 of the last 20 years. Recently I moved from Concord, NH, to Philadelphia, PA, where I have joined my local church choir.
62, Horsham, PAEnjoying life, aspire to living a simple life. Suffice to say that I strive to live a spiritual life as result of the passion I have for the teachings of the spiritual masters of many various faith traditions, not the least of which is Christianity despite the way its been modeled in this world and in this country. My heroes of the church are the Berrigans, Liz McCallister, Dorothy Day, Thomas Merton, MLK Jr. John Dear, Oscar Romero in no particular order. The Syrophoenician woman. Gandhi of course also a hero even though not a Christian but he loved the founder of the firm as deeply as any of them. The Freedom Riders. Can't tell you how much I admire what they did. My compassion for the poor and suffering is core to my being and will never go away. Did much to serve in that regard, too much to get into here. Clearly I am not a good match if you are right wing or tea party type. LIfe is too short and precious for those sorts of discussions within relationship at this stage of life, looking for harmony on that level. Someone whose guiding star points in similar direction. Lived a block from WTC during 9/11. Transformational experience, participated in Interfaith peacewalk groups here and in Washington DC, and lots of other peaceful rallies especially during Bush era, also standing on the side of the immigrant. No longer engaged as deeply as I was but my soul always points towards peace and reconciliation, and on the side of those who are left behind. I stand on the side of Black Lives Matter, and on the side of those of Islamic faith who are currently being targeted by ignorant prejudice in our nation. If you aren't similarly postured, we would not be a good match. I lend them my voice and perhaps my feet will soon come into play again as well as result of this recent election and our national backsliding on issues of race, immigration and environment and the predominant white Christian ignorance that seems to know little about the One they are proclaiming.
70, Lancaster, PAI enjoy nature and photography, often combining both. Spring and Fall are my favorite times of the year, but I have used showshoes in snowy winters. Historical places are very interesting. I want to keep active, enjoy cycling, walking, and hiking. Humor and laughter and important - I have a somewhat wry sense of humor.
82, Langhorne, PAI do like to entertain and visit family. I am a bicycler and enjoy 30 mile trips and I do the annual MS 75 mile City to Shore fund raiser each September. I am physically active and like to travel. I do like to hold hands and cuddle with a special person. I am a retired Navy Commander and Aviator with over 300 carrier landings and 23 years of service. I have been in the life and health insurance business for the past 35 years. A year ago I sold the major part of my practice and sold my office. I am still active in the individual life and health insurance field with my office now in my home, much lower key. Looking forward to more travel and a loving relationship with someone special. Ireland is one of the places I would like to visit.
