27, Hollidaysburg, PAI am the oldest of six and have grown up in a wonderful and passionately Catholic family. I enjoy martial arts, volleyball, writing, and watching movies. I am a big fan of the arts, provided they are truly art and reflect the transcendentals . Most importantly I believe that becoming a saint is the most important thing in the world. Having said that I certainly have a long way to go and am looking forward to meeting someone to challenge me and help me be the saint that I am meant to be. I try to follow the words of St. Josemaria Escriva and "Act like a burning coal, spreading fire wherever it happens to be; or at least striving to raise the spiritual temperature of the people around you".
24, Milton, PAI am passionate about forgiveness. Forgiveness in yourself and in other people. I think the sacrament of pennance is vital to the virtuous life of a soul. Not only does it require you to be humble, but allows one to become more aware of the things they need to work on. I was never grounded in my faith during high school, but I became what I would consider grounded during my second deployment while I was enlisted in the Marine Corps. Though I am no apologetic, and not by any means a perfect man, I will defend the Word until I'm blue in the face. I am intense and though I have a time and a place for typical praise and worship music, I definitely enjoy the harder Christian rock/metal. I am currently off of active duty and in the hiring process for the PA State Police Department. I am hoping that works out for me, but who knows where I will end up!
58, Sayre, PAI thoroughly enjoy people. I also enjoy sports, traveling, reading ,exercising and romantic dinners. I love to laugh and especially enjoy being with folks who have a healthy and pleasant sense of humor, My faith is extremely important to me, and I strive daily to become a stronger and better person through prayer and by treating others with dignity and respect. I have often been described by my friends as a loyal and compassionate person who has the ability to listen, and to offer help to others when it is needed. I was very fortunate to have had two wonderful parents who inspired me by their example, to grow in my faith, and to use my time and God given talents to give back to others... especially those who are less fortunate. I have been very generously blessed, and I am quite pleased and grateful that I achieved many of these types of things during my many years in government service, and also during those years I spent coaching baseball.
19, Lancaster, PAI'm a very happy person, I love people and I really enjoy trying anything new. My favorite things to do are play music such as guitar and piano, listening to music and playing videogames. I enjoy snowboarding in the winter and as well working out and eating healthy. I'm actually pretty shy but as I get to know people I become more comfortable and confident.
33, Pittsburgh, PAHello, my name is Sam. I am a reserved but confident guy, I am warm, kind and loving. I believe in and look forward to a family built on God, with a catholic faith where true love and peace reigns.
27, Pittsburgh, PAGod is my first priority in life (Or at least try to make him). I go to daily Mass and do daily prayer. I like to go to different Catholic rites every once in a while (Latin Rite being my favorite and Bizantine being my favorite eastern). I am a graduate student in robotics at Carnegie Mellon (About to graduate in August). The most influential people have been the spiritual directors I've had. The Lord has worked wonderfully through them to bring me out of sin and into a deeper relationship and trust with God. Also, my friends and the Catholic community I am a part of in Pittsburgh has helped me tremendously. I like to play instruments (Decent), snowboard a little, have good, deep conversations about music and art with friends, I love philosophy and theology (If you like Dietrich Von Hildebrand I automatically like you a lot), and watch/critique thought provoking movies.
44, Pittsburgh, PAWhere do I start? LOL I have grown into a person who's life revolves around their faith. I try to at least end my day thanking and asking the Father for my temporal and more importantly, spiritual gifts and needs. It really means a lot to me to connect with someone who feels and believes like I do and that has God at the center of their life. I love getting to know new people and to be able to have open discussions. My experiences regarding my faith have meant the most for me (that is to be explained more in detail at a later point!:)) I am very close to my family all of which live in the same area of PA that I do. I have a great family and many fond memories that have been shared and I'm sure even better ones that will be shared in the future with them. My parents did a great job in giving us the faith/morals which were ingrained in us at a very early age. I owe everything to them. I love speaking and thinking about our Creator! Having a relationship with Him helps me to better focus on what He has in store for me which explains why I registered here! I have dedicated to having Him as my Auto Pilot! In addition to my faith, I love to do anything outdoors, watching movies, music, and sports. I watch less and less of the major professional sports and have gotten into Collegiate sports recently. They seem to have the willingness to work harder. The desire to be professionals. As much as I have enjoyed telling you about me, I would love to hear from you! So what are you waiting for?:)
38, Lancaster, PAI m Looking something serius i like camping dance a good sence humor like cooking and more i m interested and a great girl i like driving far i like a girl with a nice heart
76, Merion Station, PAI am in excellent health and plan to stay that way. I exercise daily and eat healthy. "You are what you eat" Being an organic chemist helps me knowing what chemicals food is made of and what should be avoided. i play tennis weekly in the winter and work in my garden during the summer. I ride my bike outside, every other day weather permitting. I am active in the boy scouts with my grandson and am an usher at church. I like to eat out, go to the Philly Pops and sporting events. I like to travel and would like to go back to Australia to see relatives and friends. I go sailing with a colleague on the Chesapeake Bay for week in June and September. I would love to take a cruise. My family gets together for the major holidays and spends a week at the New Jersey shore during the summer.
33, Pittsburgh, PAI'm a man of deep zeal for life. I love many things: backpacking, music, playing sports, exceptional coffee, and good friendships. I'm a man who finds pride in working hard and doing so well. I had recently spent a number of years discerning the priesthood, but as that time is now over, I'm enjoying the renewed opportunity to date and develop new relationships. One other thing: what's a thorn bush's favorite band? The Rolling Stones, because of Mick Jagger. You really need to be from Western Pa to fully cherish the brilliance of this joke!
