34, Quebec City, CAHello, My name is Aurelien, I come from France, I have been living in North America for 7 years, and my goal in life is to become a saint. The Church, its teachings, and the beautiful liturgy play a central role in my daily life. I attend mass 4-5 times a week and would love my significant other to be filled with the same desire for the Eucharist, and be nourished by the life of the Trinity. I am also actively involved in the parish life in various activities. I am attentive to maintaining a balanced life between my work and my other activities. I enjoy the arts, notably painting (impressionists in particular), music and books: I actually have an artistic soul (which I only discovered a few years ago). There is always some classical music or liturgical music playing when I work. I sing in two choirs (in terms of repertoire, we interpret the great pieces of choral music, from sacred music to opera. I am in the bass section). I am surrounded by books. My romantic soul loves the beauty and poetry of words. I particularly appreciate philosophy (for example, I am very interested in better understanding how the so-called Enlightenment led us so much astray, to an age of relativism, and how the scientific method is intrinsically reductionist (it can do a great and very useful job at explaining the how, but not the why; which is why we also need metaphysics and theology). I find those questions useful because they help us better understand the utmost importance for us Christians to express the truth when it comes to the dignity of life, or the defense of the weak. I find the insights of Peter Kreeft or Fabrice Hadjadj particularly delightful, very deep and funny at the same time), theology (Hahn, Guardini, Benedict...), history and personal development books (I am an INFJ). This short account might already give you an idea that I thirst for truth. But that should not come as a surprise since St John Paul II reminded us that the big challenge of today's Christians will be to live a countercultural life in a secularized world. I take a true pleasure at challenging myself and learning new skills (cooking...). I also love all sorts of outdoor activities, like golf, soccer, skiiing, hiking... My job has me travel all over the world several times a year. In other words, I love (meaningful) parties. I appreciate wit, love laughing and I am an easy going person.
29, Lachine, CAI am most passionate about using English, walking, running and playing as well as watching soccer. I also like creating my own lessons and games. I have a teaching degree and I enjoy teaching English to adults. My whole family and my friends have always been very important to me in my life. In my leisure time I enjoy going for a walk or run, playing soccer, staying home and creating games or watching some TV, cleaning and tidying up the house, arranging things, organizing stuff. Sometimes, I meet friends and have some coffee or watch a movie. I like spending time on my own and with my family.

27, Montreal, CAHello! I'm a born and bred British Columbian in the midst of improving his Canadian credentials by learning French. And, of course, carrying out the Faith. Following my year-long sojourn in Montreal, I intend to take up the mantle of teaching. In this capacity, I hope to encourage young men and women to pursue virtue - whether that be social, intellectual, theological, or what have you - in their everyday lives. I also partake in music and voice, though this is admittedly quite a recent phenomenon.
31, Lorrainville, CAHi! I am a french canadian. I assert that cardinal Giuseppe Siri has been lawfully an validly elected on october 26th 1958 two days prior the invalid election of Angelo Roncalli (John 23) and took the name of Gregory 17. If i say i never attended to a mass is just because there is no TRUE VALID Latin Mass in my area!

23, Gatineau, CAI'll start this off by saying that I haven't used a dating site before and I've never been a fan of the concept. However, having immigrated to Canada I find that Catholic girls are hard to come by due to the dilution within the largely atheist or nominally catholic society. In day-to-day life you'd find me starting a conversation with a stranger, whether it be a girl, guy or even jumping in with a joke when a group picks my interest anywhere. I'm hoping therefore to only use this site as a filter to find like-minded pople and jump right in and do the rest in person like it's supposed to be. I'm a spontaneous extrovert who can have a conversation with quite anyone and make friends easily. One thing that gives me a hard time though is when people aggregate in groups that don't seem to be genuinely open to an outsider. I'm the kind of person that likes to have many friends from University, different parishes and work and just isn't attracted when I encounter people who always hang around in closed groups. Now to more personal stuff: In a few words I'd describe myself as a passionate, very cultivated and conservative man who gives lots of importance and time to his family and religion. Back in my country of origin I was a supporter of a party which's motto was God, Nation and Family and I've been looking for these concepts out here for a few years now. I'm currently finishing my degree in Biomedical Mechanical Engineering, Have a part time job and already founded a social enterprise aiming to bring affordable prosthesis to vulnerable amputees. I'm a very busy person but also very disciplined and dedicate a lot of time to my family, loved ones and religion. In my spare time I mostly follow politics. I have been a pro-life activist for many years now but I also follow and act on issues such as rooting for parties that want small, fiscally responsible governments, preserving family values and western culture and having policies based on responsibility not emotional and popular appeal. I'm also a big history and millitary geek and people tell me I have a unique taste in music and movies.
31, Montreal, CAEurasian, born in Peking, grew up everywhere. Found God at age 25. The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.
