I had hoped to meet someone of our faith but I guess that is not going to be an option. So I am saying farewell to all of you and I wish you all the best in your search for happiness. I have found that trying to find a loving and caring lady at this stage of my life is really hard. I am a person who is still trying to accept the idea of retirement. A pet peeve I have is that the ladies I contact do not respond. Please be kind and do that. I am not very active but am willing to try things to the best of my ability. I do like the idea of sitting on the sofa and sharing the day with each other. I would very much like to meet your friends and hopefully they will become my friends as well. Life is great with the right partner and company to share it with. I am a family oriented man and would hope that the lady that I am fortunate enough to meet will be willing to accept my family as I would hers in hopes of making a real family out of all of them. I have 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren (4 girls and 2 boys) who all mean a great deal to me. They are very loving and if you meet them head on you will be pleasantly surprised. I am fairly new to the Carolinas (5+ years). I underwent some surgery, shortly after arriving, which has slowed me down a bit and would gladly tell you about if I hear from you. Just know that I am still a man in all other ways.

I have 9 children and the 5th is the eldest. I know the secret of the Holy Grail. Have been self employed most of my life and traveled throughout Mexico and the Orient. Lived in the Mountains, Santa Fe and lived on a yacht Charleston, South Carolina. Connie lost our battle of 23 years from cancer, July 2007. We had Nine Interior Design Stores and Imported Fine French and English Antique Furniture. I wrote "Choices" a cathartic autobiography Attended Marmion Military Academy, owned by the Benedictine Monks. Decorated Combat Officer, Korea Philadelphia spent eight years with the Sisters of St. Joseph. Owned Environmental Research Company and a Home Construction Company. Had a stable of Arabians. At 21, I was a 4th Degree Knights of Columbus. Met Valerie on this site in 2011. It was a LDR (600 miles) We married October 2012. A honeymoon to Ireland catapulted us on our life's journey. March 23rd 2013 while on a business trip I was notified that Valerie had an accident at home and died. The funeral service was on Good Friday. What can I add to that horror and the sorrow? I have been cooking for more than 50 years and bake a fantastic Baklava Cheesecake. Favorite dinner is Rack of Lamb (rare) with a nice bottle of Wine and Classical music. I stand upright, hold my head high and will never be a victim, but will always attack life with vigor and dignity.

I am a hard working guy. I have worked hard and sacrificed alot for family and friends. Now, seems to be a time in my life where I need to set aside my time for myself and meet someone worthy of my time & attention. I am a good guy with morals looking for a relationship. I am Not your average guy. I could rebuild your car's engine or just change the oil. I could pickup my guitar and serenade you til your heart melts...:) I could just pick up a pencil draw you a picture of a far away place you would most like to visit. I am a guy of many talents.

Hi, I am Kevin, I'm really tall, and Jesus is awesome. One of 4 kids(I'm the baby) with 8 nieces and nephews already. My whole purpose is to get to heaven, and get as many others to heaven as well. I help out with a high school youth group with that goal in mind. If I am to live out that purpose I ideally like to Keep it Simple and SACRED. I think a great date is confession and mass, with perhaps a meal to follow. As long as Jesus is the center, we will do great! That all being said, I am far from perfect, have fallen many many times in my life, and had a great deal of struggles with my faith, but perhaps we can grow in faith together? I like to play car games, board games, and random singing to songs in the car. I have a Bachelor's in a Web Design focused field, and handle website design on the side. I drive for Uber and Lyft which is a lot of fun, and I am the Store Manager of a Mattress Store in Columbia(So I keep pretty Busy) I like geeky things(Technology, Sci-Fi etc.) but I can enjoy a good day at the beach or mountains. I do love waterfalls the most! I am a punny(not to be confused with puny) guy so if you have any good puns lay them on me.

Hi, I love family above all. I've always thought about having my own. My parents have always had the most influence on me, the love that they have is the love that I want to be a part of. I'm from Oregon and I hope to move back eventually. I enjoy being outdoors, camping and hiking, bicycles or driving or even just going for a walk.
  • Adam, 24 from Charleston, SC

"Any act can be a prayer, if done to the best of our ability." I truly believe this, and so I do my best to give everything I do everything I've got. Using my gifts and talents to create positive outcomes and change is my favorite way to honor God. The same goes for relationships - my love language is quality time. My favorite things to do with that time is make you laugh and feel loved. I just moved to Charleston and am looking to make quality friends, even if a relationship doesn't pan out! I believe in storytelling. I love to tell stories and help others tell their stories. Words have power, so I say what I mean and mean what I say. I am a very family-oriented person. Some of my family members are some of my best friends. I'm a very friendly person who can make any conversation interesting. My spirit animal is a pelican.

I don't like my profile picture. I wanted to put my photo with my 800lb friend as my profile picture. But CatholicMatch keeps having issues with it. So I gave up. Her name is Mongkon, the baby elephant we rescued from the street of Bangkok. That's from my 2-month volunteer in an elephant rescue camp in Northern Thailand. My secret identity: International money laundry for the Church. I am the founder and CEO of FHLI (Faith Hope Love International), a religious nonprofit focusing on evangelization in China. Dark ops: fundraising for underground churches, seminaries and convents in China. Yes, it's 007 stuff, mostly involves fundraising, international finance and... "license to kill":) But with Pope Francis' tireless effort in improving relationship with the government in China, I can see (or pray) that they take away my "license to kill" in the not too distant future. That's me, a fun loving Catholic living in real world. Funny, adventurous, faithful, genuine.... I am seeking a partner in the pilgrim to heaven called "life". This is a short introduction about me. I left out details because I'll have to kill you if I tell you. Interested in joining me in my pilgrim to heaven? Contact me, at least you can meet my 800 lbs friend (not the TV show!)

On with the show. I am a complete nerd through and through. I go to cons in cosplay. I play table top games. I watch doctor who whenever it's on. I play far to many video games for my own good. I watch every sci-fi, fantasy, and super hero movie I can get my hands on. The whole lot. I currently attend Anderson University focused in music education. I want to teach high schoolers band. Yay. I also want to write music on the side. Music is a huge part of my life and I can't function when its not playing. • Timothy, 34 from Charleston, SC
    34, Charleston, SC
My family has lived in Charleston since the 1790's however I have been away between the ages of 13 and 30. I went to boarding school for high school, away to college, then the park service and the Navy. I love history and my ideal day off is taking the boat to one of the many historical areas around Charleston accessible by water, in fact when I was in the park service I was a historian. I currently am self employed with Aflac and love that I am able to meet and help new people on a daily basis. I believe the true measure of a man is found in his actions so no matter what I type here you won't really get a sense of who I truly am until you meet me. I find joy in helping others, giving gifts, the outdoors, and being active (especially around historical areas, did I mention I like history? lol) I kayak, skimboard, hike, and shoot. I don't know many people in Charleston due to my time away and Im looking to meet people who share my faith and are active outdoors. I also like to cook so be prepared for homemade creative meals, I've even made a few of my own recipes. I'm looking for someone who can challenge me to be a better man and a better Catholic but also support me on that journey at the same time.
