I am involved in many activities and have many interests. I believe I lead an interesting life and I would like to share my experiences with a special lady. I would like to meet a lady who is retired or close to retirement. I am somewhat spontaneous and I may be apt to make a sudden decision to travel to some city, National Park, historical site, or the North West. NOTE (Again!) If you receive an e-mail from me....Please send me a return e-mail even if you have no interest. I have sent many complimentary e-mails and I rarely receive any acknowledgement!

60, Mission, SDI look younger than my years; maybe because I try to stay fit. I am loving, forgiving and desire someone with whom to become the best version of ourselves. I like to laugh, make others laugh and am self deprecating in my humor. I have intellectual tendencies and can be analytical but, love the outdoors, romance, adventure, living life with open eyes and gettin western now and then. I sometimes do equine assisted therapy and work with horses. Transcendent moments are infrequent and I have been blessed to feel God's nearness in His beauty. Like the neon brilliance of sunlit clouds at the start and close of a day; out on the moonlit prairie or, gazing at the starry night of a clear, northern plains sky or, in the silent, peaceful solitude of His discerned word. I hope you're looking for a relationship that is fun, warm, mature, peaceful, connected and intimate. One built on honestly representing our strengths, weaknesses and hopes through shared vulnerability and a continued, honest presentation of ourselves without fear .
78, Sioux Falls, SDI am a widowed for less than a year and spent 54 years with my spouse, who I cared for during her illness and passed at home as we agreed. I retired in 2005 but have taken a part-time job recently to keep me and my mind active. I took the job without complete committment but needed a challenge and it has turned out to be a means of therapy for me. My family has been extremely supportive and have helped me immesley. I love them for being that way as they were taught. I am finding the need to have a person to visit with and share some things with. I would call it a friend. I have a travel trailer and hope to travel full time. It has been a lifetime goal of mine. I love to read, drink coffee, have some wine, watch sports, take pictures, walk in nature, spend at lot of time on the PC and be with my family. I find myself at this time in my life looking for some adventure and doing the things that I always wanted to do. Sort of like completing the "bucket list". Right now I don't feel like I want to be on this adverture alone and feel planning this dream with someone else would be the thing to do. You see I am still healing and am not completely sure that I should be doing this.
65, Kimball, SDI'm an outdoors man. Hunting, fishing, farming, ranching and gardening. I also write stories and have self published a few books, mostly humorous. I like to dance, watch movies, play cards and take short trips exploring new areas. Anything horse related is also of interest as I still own two. 4h horse show and high school rodeo events are fun as I can watch the younger generations doing what I used to do. I like to visit. I have a good reputation in my community and can furnish online credibility as to who I am. 2016 is a leap year. Leap years, the gals are supposed to ask the guys. I sure won't be offended if a gal makes the first contact. I'm open to more friendships. One can always learn something new from another person. Friendship doesn't have to lead to a dating relationship unless both want it that way. Since I'm not a solo long distance traveler, dating anyone further than 150 miles from home is mostly improbably for me. I have a lot of irons in the fire and goals I want to accomplish this year, before i slow down.
63, Corsica, SDI am looking for someone to share some time with.y This time will hopefully lead to a sharing of our lives and religious beliefs. I am a HS teacher and live alone. I enjoy teaching and the day to day contact with the students. I like to keep things light and enjoy a good sense of humor. I enjoy travel, family, and 1 on 1 dinner conversations.
73, Sioux Falls, SDdoing my part time job driving school bus going tochurch every sunday caring for my twin home visiting with my kids . walking for exercise watching news every day
77, Centerville, SDWhat am I passionate about? Religion, Politics, Life as I knew it growing up in the Midwest. All poor things to be passionate about around a table full of liberals. I live in a small South Dakota town. I have my own home and my great dog, and that about keeps me busy. I spend time at the computer every day trying to keep up with the world situation. I am a Traditional Catholic, and say the Rosary every day. I often feel I have a lot to offer and am looking for a woman to share this with.
66, Yankton, SDI am a compassionate, fun loving person who enjoys walks in the morning/evening. My leisure time is spent in outdoor activities with family, friends, and traveling. Farming is another activity that I really enjoy. My Catholic faith is important to me as I try to attend Mass 1/2 times per week.
60, Hurley, SDI'm not really sure how to even respond...being over 50 you'd like to think it would be about time to write that great novel on myself...yet, while they allow 950 characters there will probably a lot left over for someone else to utilize. I need to be honest; I've been out of the dating scene for some time, I need to be honest; there is a good chance the last time I had a date I more than likely had an 8-Track in my car and an old Nixon/Ford bumper sticker on the chrome. So needless to say the concept of internet dating is extremely alien to me.
61, Rapid City, SDI am widowed. Looking for someone to hang out with and share my faith with. I love to ride motorcycles, play guitar(not for months now), workout and practice my faith. I owned a business that I have now sold. I am not rich by any means but have managed to pay off everything I own with a little left over to live comfortably on. I live in a beautiful spot in the Black Hills of South Dakota (5 miles from Mt Rushmore if that makes a difference) and love my home. I have three children and 9 grandchildren whom I dearly love. All of my children are successful and support themselves. I don't know what I really look forward to right now. I suppose I would like to travel to the Holy land and Rome. I love Broadway plays (especially in New York City) . The thing I miss most right now is someone to share the little things in life with. The how was your day-what are you going to do today-why the hell did you do that! and so on.
