70, Paris, TNi AM A PRACTICING CATHOLIC WHO BELIEVES IN ALL THE CHURCHES TEACHING. i HAVE GROWN CHILDREN WHO DO NOT PRACTICE THEIR FAITH. THE MAIN REASON FOR THIS IS THAT I MARRIED A NON-CATHOLIC WHO DIDN'T BELIEVE IN THE CATHOLIC RELIGION. I DIDN'T WANT TO MAKE AN ISSUE OVER THIS WHEN i SHOULD HAVE. AFTER 35 YEARS THIS PERSON FOUND HE ANOTHER MAN CLOSER TO HER BELIEFS AND DIVORCED ME.
67, Moscow, TNHi! I'm very new to this as I have recently found an intense desire to re-establish my faith formally. My personal qualities are honesty and Integrity and they guide my every action. I suppose I need to say more but I'd rather do that face to face over a cup of coffee. That being said, I'm looking for the right person to share my faith and experiences. My expectations are reasonable and I move very slowly as well as cautiously.
66, Arlington, TNLooking for the right person! Was married for a short time years ago. 65, Memphis, TNI am passionate about living life it to the fullest extent possible from the office to playtime. Over the years I have developed a strong work ethic which has solidified my career as a professional. My core value system puts heavy emphasis on trust in God and respect for the individuals that enter my life. If you treat people right, good things will happen and lead to happiness! Through the power of prayer I have learned that anything is possible. Having a deep rooted faith has enabled me to overcome the bumps in the road of life! The developmental stage of the teenage years surely was a testament to my parents that enforced discipline and fostered love among family. I am grateful for the upbringing that I had. As a young adult I reentered the world of academics to enhance my professional career. Though my relationships with university professors I found the right door that opened and have maintained the role that I have practiced for 30 years. They were instrumental in my success. A by product of their wisdom was the opportunity to encounter many high caliber individuals when I was given a chance to teach in the graduate school of business. they certainly challenged me and many mutual friendships were developed from the classroom. Leisure time consists of cooking out, playing golf with some of my friends and traveling around the country to visit family and friends and see the beauty of His creation. Exercise is a must. Swimming, walking, hiking and jogging are important to me every week. I enjoy reading good mystery novels and biographies of successful people. Laughing, having good natured fun and being with people that I care about are all good food for the soul. Being a part of a spiritual group of men that help each other with a once a week has been uplifting and very humbling.

60, Memphis, TNPLEASE DON'T BE TOTALLY CRAZY!!! lol Normal would be good but not a deal breaker...although I'm beginning to believe crazy may be the new normal!!! I'm sure you women have run into the same thing...My last horror story still has me scratching my head!!! Now....While I really do want to find the one I spend the rest of my life with...I know that a lasting relationship must have friendship as its foundation. I find it difficult to write about myself but here goes...I have been divorced for 12+ years and have had custody of my daughter: 20 and son: 16 during that time. I don't go to bars...prefer having friends over to cook out or in and good conversation...A candlelit dinner for 2 can be very nice as well! I liken a relationship to a garden... if we spend as much time maintaining as we do attaining the relationship...we'd stand a much better chance of it surviving. Think about it...you plan it out...till the soil...fertilize, plant, mulch and water (the first phase of a relationship)...most at this point put it on auto pilot... one day you wake to find your garden overrun with weeds choking out your plants. Instead...like my grandpa taught me...go out every day and do a little weeding...and your garden will be more beautiful than the day you started...Things like serving your coffee...just the way you like it...a text or call just to let you know I'm thinking of you...that look from across the room...sharing a glass of wine while making dinner together...and maybe breaking into a slow dance...flowers...just because...Making a relationship last takes 150% from both people...it does take work...but that can be the most enjoyable work you ever did...with the right one...you can watch paint dry and have a good time!
78, Memphis, TNMy passion lies in the just and equitable treatment of all mankind, especially those who are disadvantaged culturally, financially , physically, mentally or morally. Cardinal Cushing of Boston, through his radio rosary, impacted me deeply as a child. Playing card or board games, golf and ballroom dancing; getting fresh air and sunshine, and watching sports. All of these in no particular order. I can not send a picture because I don't know how
