On Earth a man said, "Here is my plan!" and in heaven God laughed. I have experienced the Love of God through out the stages of my life. I've realized that God calls and only I can open my heart to him. Many times we get so caught up in the asking and become so self-involved, that we forget not to give ourselves in return. I am very eager to learn much more about my Catholic faith, that I've begun reading my Bible AGAIN. I don't want to stop there, I would like to get involved with the Spanish Youth group at my church and maybe if God permits evangelize in a much bigger level. I enjoy the company of my friends. Meeting up with them to grab dinner is always fun, but I also like staying at home to watch a movie or catch a game. I enjoy going to sporting events as well as concerts. Baseball, Basketball, Football and Hockey. I like to go for a run or at least a jog every now and then. I recently discover that my sisters were wrong about me not being able to salsa dance. I play my guitar as much as possible and lately I have been putting my talent to please God. I try to practice my Catholic faith to the fullest, even though there are times when it gets hard and prayer is vital. I'm not the bad guy women are attracted to. I believe that women should be respected as women and not treated as objects. I like the happy tears and try hard not to give the sad ones. There are times when relationships and life can be tough, weird, not fair and unexpected, but I've learned that in order to make a relationship work, both parties must be willing to do sacrifices for each other. I love my family, I have two kids, two sisters, a MARRIED set of parents, a brother in-law and two nieces. They are my corner and have my back through good and bad times. God is now the center of my life, I love him with all my heart and I am learning to put all of my trust in him. Having my dad being Deacon has made me admire him very much. I could only hope God calls me one day to the same vocation, but that will be the Fathers will not mine...

Im passionate about my faith, I try to make it to daily mass (week days on my lunch hour) I grew up in an orphanage in Mexico so the people I admire most are Fr. Gamboa (deceased) and Mother Reynoso (also deceased) they were responsible for the orphanage I grew up in, it may sound odd but it was actually my most valued treasure, I learnt by watching the both of them that there is nothing impossible and the value of sacrificing for others without the expectation of payment (how could I ever repay them) My friends would describe me as loyal, with a servant's heart and faithful through most circumstances and even as as a friend very devoted. I enjoy traveling and cooking.

I have relocated to the Fort Worth area. I converted to Catholicism in 2004 after a lifetime pursuit. I was baptized a protestant, but didn't really practice religion while growing up. I attended a mass with some friends and the holy spirit spoke to me that day. I signed up for RCIA and my friends were my sponsors. I have realized that God has guided me my entire life. I can look back and see where his divine spirit was guiding me without me even knowing or acknowledging his presence. I have never been married, but I have raised a son who is not my own. I volunteered through my company in a reading program at an inter-city school and during my second year there the teacher paired me up with a boy who read just fine but needed more of a male role-model. After that school year, this boy asked me for my phone number, long story short I became very good friends with him and I was getting upset with how the schools were only teaching to the "no child left behind" tests required. I asked his mother to enroll him in my parish's school and due to the proximity of the school to my house, he ended up living with me and has been living with me ever since, he is now 20 and currently at basic training in GA. We both agree that our relationship and how we met is proof of God's existence. I put off dating while I was enjoying raising him, but I am now ready to have a family that will complete me. I realize how important family is and feel this is the most important reason we are on this earth. I am accepting of anyone who has their own children, but would be looking to have more.

I love life! I always have fun everyday. I'm in the Navy, so I've gotten to know some amazing people and see some amazing things. First love will always be photography. I started in the Navy as a photographer and told stories about all the awesome people who leave home to serve. But now, I'm waiting to start flight training as a Naval Aviator. I started at the bottom (enlisted) and worked my way up as an officer. I've found that making myself better and fulfilling ambition is a passion that I never realized I had, so I just ran with it.
