I am a cradle Cathoic from Montana. I am not looking for a relationship yet. I have been divorced for over twenty years. I am still working on an annulment. I am looking for a companion for dinner, a movie, play, concert or museum trips. I am involved in Church and sometimes go to the Tridentine Mass - which I used to serve as an altar boy. My youngest son calls it "old school" Mass. I still say grace before meals and bow my head at the Holy Name of Jesus. My two sons are grown. However they know that I am there for them. My youngest son got married about three years ago and I really like his wife. They had my first grandchild. He is so cute! They moved in with me last year. I am a single father and I think that, with God's help, I have done a good job in raising them. I am proud of both of them. They have good jobs and are doing well. However they both have left the Church. So I am in "St Monica" mode and praying them back in! In March of 2015 I will become a first time grandparent. I am really looking forward to that. And I will admit to wearing my heart of my sleeve.I love to cook. I am funny and fun to be with. I like to make puns which my youngest son called "dad jokes." I have been involved in the Church. At St Thomas Aquinas Parish in Sugarland I worked with the RCIA for three years as a sponsor and teacher. I was appointed as facilitator for the next three years . After moving to Round Rock I have been involved in the RCIA as a sponsor at St William parish. I belonged to the 9:30 choir for nine years at St Elizabeth of Hungary in Pflugerville. I was a guitar player and the "choir dad." I belong the Knights of Columbus (4th Degree) at St John Vianney parish in Round Rock and serve as an Usher there at the 8:00 Sunday Mass. Since I have retired I am now more involved with my Church. I attend daily Mass. I am a Sidewalk Counselor for 40 Days for Life and a substitute RE teacher in my parish. I am trying to make good use of the gifts that God has given me. As a Knight I am involved with the Lenten Fish Fry and our annual Vianney Fest every fall. After all, we are our Pastor's right arm. I had planned to sell my house in a year or two, however I just found out that I will be a first-time grandfather in March of 2015. I was going to move back to MY Montana but I will stay here for several more years to do the grandfather thing: spoiling the child and then giving it back to his parents!

I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family. I love doing outdoor activities, and watching sports. I really admire my parents because they did a lot for me growing up and always tried there best to provide me with everything I needed even when we didn't have much. I am very hardworking and determined and am looking forward to whatever the future holds for me.

Hello my name is Matt and I am a Catholic convert who makes lovin' Jesus fun! At Texas A&M University I was very involved in the local church and in 1997 I was elected to be one of the two leaders for the Aggie Awakening Retreat which consisted of about 500 people at the time. During my involvement with the Awakening program I was asked to give two presentations on "What is a Christian" and "The Holy Spirit". I am an elementary teacher by profession so I will never be financially rich, but I am a very wealthy man in my soul. I am an Eagle Scout and love travel and being outside. I have a good co-parenting relationship with my former wife and am extremely thankful for my children. I am open to having more children if it is God's will. The lessons I learned from being 50% responsible for my divorce have made me into an excellent future husband. I live each day by the motto, "For it is in giving that we receive"-Prayer of St. Francis. Early on it was a struggle to get my cup half full each day. Now I find it overflowing. I am not perfect but am looking for a faith filled woman with a similar mindset. Thank you for taking the time to read my introduction. May the Holy Spirit guide you in finding the other side to you. Who knows, it could be me!

I am from a small Texas town where i grew up on my family farm and ranch. I currently own and operate a successful group fitness bootcamp in the Round Rock/Austin, Tx area. I am a retired combat athlete in the sports of Mixed Martial Arts cage fighting, Jiu-Jitsu/grappling competition and Muay Thai rules kickboxing. To me my fight background was a way to earn a living and to reach my goals. Day in and day out i spent my time training and preparing so i do feel like i missed out on 13+yrs of living life. While in school i worked in a trauma 1 emergency room so Im well studied in emergency medicine. After school was done I went on to work in physical therapy at a spine care specialty center which was also half a sports conditioning center. When not treating patients i was working on the other side of the building coaching people. All this while still training and competing as a pro combat athlete. I am an animal lover. I have numerous dogs, cats, horses and other furry faced friends. I do enjoy heavy metal music. It plays a big role in my life. I'm not however, a rager or mosher or loud party goer. In fact i prefer to be silent and listen. Never judge a book by its cover, but at the same time i understand my limits so i guess I'm mainly here just to meet a friend. A long lasting relationship would be nice, but again i know my limits.

Very passionate about social justice and becoming the best version of me to better help people. Something I look forward to is growing in virtues. Music and ritual prayer are very influential in my life. In my spare time I like to browse the local library, exercise, watch DIY videos, disc golf, and shoot pool. P.S. Don't have a dog, but love dogs :)

A dream is not just seeing images, when we are asleep. A clear & passionate dream is something that keeps us up at night, because we enthusiastically envision for things to come. Then back it up with purpose & action. I feel so blessed to have the gifts/talents God has given me. If I may be honest with you, one of my fears were to have these blessings be in vein; however, I will take them so my life could be used for change. A means to help lead others to Christ. I'm in a point in my life were I have the courage to chase after my dreams & goals. It is a beautiful blessing. Growing up I have been a very open person. I express myself through different mediums. Some of the things I enjoy: Spending time with family Creating & performing hip-hop dance on stage. Rock out karaoke or help lead a praise & worship. Be adventurous to explore new things Staying active with nature or workout Humble myself to be mentored by successful/positive people in my life. One of my biggest heroes in this world is my mother. I'm a "Cradle Catholic." She is a powerful influence that helped lay down a strong foundation in my faith up bringing. Looking back I'm so amazed how she was able to keep the family together through all the storms. Allowed me to see how a strong independent women supports their husband. "Tough times never last, but tough people do!" That is my mother... I don't not know where this road may lead me, but I'll walk with faith in the hands of God. Help me find more friends, perhaps. If I feel like fighting my way out of the friend zone, you will be worth it for me. Then I'll be able to sing "Lucky" by Jason Mraz with her. Haha Take Care & God Bless

I am fan of random acts of kindness. I am quite a proactive individual in living out my ideals, faith, and such. I went through a lot of turmoil in my 20s, refused to mature and be more than a Sunday Christian. However I had an awakening in recent years that has set me on a more straight and narrow path enabling me gain a genuine sense of self-respect as well as respect for my fellows, live one day at a time, want what I have rather than what I don't. I continue to recover and discover it's still a work in progress...nevertheless I feel so liberated!!! I am laid back and strive not to take myself too seriously. "Success is a journey not a destination" as Aruthur Ashe proclaimed. My father, Christ, and men and women of substance (some famous, others not) suffice as my role models. I enjoy leisurely sports (playing), visiting new places and connecting with new and familiar lanscapes. Trying new foods and activities are always high priorities. Exercise is key to my well-being. Despite my need to be active I do appreciate unwinding relaxing on the couch, staring at the tv.
