49, Houston, TXAdventurous. Yes, I think the correct term to use would be "adventurous." My family thinks I am working on a "bucket list", but I would like to think that I am becoming more adventurous. And, not that I am putting myself in "harm's way" in any manner. I am just "doing things" that seem to symbolize an accomplishment. In the past several years, I had become the family "travel planner" - always arranging family vacations. Several years ago, one of my kid sisters moved to El Paso, TX. And although I had gone to visit her on a vacation, a handful of my family members had never traveled to visit her. And, that upset me a little. So, I decided that in June of 2015 we were going on a family vacation to visit my kid sister in El Paso. And while I was El Paso, I had my mind made up that I was going to climb a mountain. I ended up climbing 2 mountains on that vacation - Sierra Cristo Rey on the west side of El Paso (it is actually in New Mexico) and Guadalupe Peak (90 miles east of El Paso and the highest point in the State of Texas). Several weeks after returning from El Paso, I participated in a monthly bike ride around Houston called "The Critical Mass." After I finished that ride was when my brother 1st made a reference to me "checking off" activities on my "bucket list." Next on my bucket list - a 5K race which I plan on completing in June of 2016. I do own a small sailboat. I love the "romance" of a sailboat - the peacefulness of the wind propelling me across the water rather than having to listen to an engine do the same. I haven't gone anywhere special in it. But, to know that there a several clubs in my area that have distant excursions does intrigue me. I am an spiritual, analytical, and artistic individual, and I enjoy my relationship with my God. When asked why I don't have a wife and family I usually respond by saying, "God hasn't blessed me with one yet." But, I am aware that God has blessed me with a "green thumb." I bought a Peace Lily several years ago at a church bazaar, and I have been able to propagate it. My artistic release comes in my photography, and trying to capture that "one-of-a-kind" photo. I also enjoy getting dirty in a kitchen. I just hate cleaning it up afterwards which is why I mainly cook breakfast. Well, that's me for the most part. So if you like what you see and read, please drop me a note. I usually respond in kind and would love to hear from you. Thank you for browsing my profile.
39, Dallas, TXI'm latino (mexicano) i have atletic body. I am nice person for all people; i like help boluntari in the institutions or public schools. I am diferent person because my self is only good. My friends are only two because is forever, lake good person. I love my work, any jobs and the people too.
27, Dallas, TXThe first thing about my personality is that I love giving hugs and keeping people on their toes as much as possible, and love receiving both. The second is that, as a choleric extroverted introvert, often my natural tendency is to cut to the chase. For some reason I find deep/substantive conversation to come easier to me than small talk. Small talk to me is like salt. I tend to be crazy in a calculated way. I also want to execute enough skydives to where they'll let me jump by myself, preferably at 20k feet. I once rode in the shotgun seat of the primary police unit of a high speed motorcycle pursuit. Bucket list item accomplished! I tend to be very interested in a few things as opposed to dabbling in a broad array of interests. That's just how I'm wired, but I am more than willing to branch out if I have a reason to do so. I can be a bit intense about things I really care about, so don't let that scare you; it's just me being me. I believe exceedingly strongly that husband and wife should challenge each other to climb ever higher in holiness and closer to God. I think this starts with each spouse understanding and fully embracing the fact that they are actually a sacrament to each other--a primary channel of God's grace to the other. Each spouse should strive to be worthy of Christ, which should become manifest in striving to be worthy of each other because they see Christ in each other. H&W are really tabernacles of Christ to and for each other. Now, this doesn't mean changing each other. A jeweler doesn't change the essence of the stones which he cuts, but he does remove some the crusty edges and ugly bits, leaving a gleaming, beautiful stone which has been brought to the full potential of its beauty. God is the jeweler, the wife is the instrument, and the husband is the stone. Simultaneously, the husband is also the instrument while the wife is the stone. The stone (spouse) cooperating with the tool (other spouse), which in turn cooperates with the jeweler (God), results in the best outcome. Unlike stones, however, spouses also help each other to grow and add character that wasn't there initially. Isn't that beautiful?! That's a good snapshot of my personality.
60, San Antonio, TXI would like to begin to say that I am an easy going and cooperative person because I enjoy getting along with others, but I wont hesitate to defend those I love or care about. I am no wimp. My friends would probably consider me helpful and generous. I would like to think of myself as considerate of others and strive to be friendly in social situations and empathetic in interpersonal ones, simply because of my inborn tendency to have an optimistic view of human nature. Im generally liked by others but at time I may rub someone the wrong way. I consider myself to be soft-spoken, good-natured and easy to get along with. Though when confronted with conflict, I prefer to use constructive tactics to solve my problems or decisions. Sometimes it's more important to protect the positive nature of the relationship than it is to "win" every argument. Since my nature is positive, I would like to believe that most people are honest, decent, and trustworthy, and I find myself surprised when the unkind nature of others becomes evident. I am more likely to be more responsive to other's needs other than my own, so one of my faults is that I find it difficult at times to say no to the needs of others over my own, thus I find myself having less time to balance my own needs. Im not saying my life is a mess but I always make time for my friends and those I love vs. keeping a schedule. This does not mean I dont keep a schedule, I do, I have just allowed time for the unexpected. I have my own philosophy about life, but it conforms to the teachings of my faith. I have studied my faith at great lengths and have a very good understanding of the truths of the Church. I know the world around me is always changing, but I know there is one Supreme Being, God that will never change. His wisdom, His Church, and His love will always be there in my best and worst of times. I am the type of person that has a natural curiosity about life. Since I am technical minded, I ask a lot of questions so I can adjust and learn about the world around me. I am equally concerned about my own inner feelings and am sensitive to the feelings of others. I am often saddened when someone is in pain or has a troubled heart, but I also rejoice when they are happy. At times, another part of me has the tendency to contemplate about different ideas, discern information, and sometimes enjoy solving puzzles. I have an appreciation for most type of sporting events, the arts, an evening listing to music, going to the museum, or reading poetry intrigues me. I have a wide variety of interests, driven from the fa

33, San Antonio, TXI love our Lord so much for Who He is and all the good things he has given me. I have been studying for a Master of Business Administration degree in finance as well as working at a Catholic store. I am going to finish my degree by the end of 2016. I like to read a lot about the Catholic faith, theology, philosophy, and especially its history as well. To pass on the faith is something that I love doing, and I like explaining to people the mysteries and beauty of the Catholic faith, the One True Religion. As for what I am like, I can be very intellectual, inquisitive, and analytical, but I can still be down to earth and friendly at the same time with patience. I enjoy talking to new and different people and getting to know them.

54, Boerne, TXI like to see new things. I think life is an adventure not to be wasted. I can spend time in museums or mountains or even a store, if you talk nicely. I travel a great deal for work. Looking for someone who wants to travel a bit with me. I am handy around the house; like to do my own stuff. But humble enough to call a pro when it's over my head. I do workout, almost daily. It's very important for so many reasons. I ride my Harley on the weekend when the weather is good. It is supposed to be fun. Like to go to the movies and eat out on occasion. Eating out is a treat. Cooking at home is fun too. I like to cook when there is someone besides me to enjoy it. So I guess I am looking for a guinea pig. I am a woodworker, make furniture. I also like to sit in my chair and watch Longmire or Game of Thrones or Vikings. I have season tickets to the ballet. A wonderful experience. Ideally I want to find someone who wants to do some or many of things I do. But it's also important that we have our own lives our own interests. Gives us something to talk about and find interest in each other.
