About me? Basically I'm just a good guy that most people would like to have as a friend. I like it when people around me feel good about themselves, and I'm usually pretty good at helping them make that happen. I always try to look for the good in people. I'm very honest. I like to have fun whatever I'm doing. I can be a night owl or an early bird depending on what the situation calls for. Heck, sometimes I can be both at the same time and still get the job done from 7:00 to 3:00. I've never been married nor do I have any kids, but would like to one day with the right person.

  • Paul, 33 from Plano, TX
    33, Plano, TX
I am a very good guy who just wants to meet someone nice and see how it goes. I recently moved to Plano from NJ for my job. I was in this area a few years ago and I really enjoyed it. I think that it is a great place to settle down and have a family some day. I have many hobbies including playing four instruments, and I enjoy all kinds of sports such as biking, tennis, volleyball, and whatever else I get myself into trying. I consider myself fairly active. I go to the gym a few days a week. I also love to cook, and I enjoy trying new things to keep life interesting whether it's craft beer festivals, wine tasting, Renaissance Faires, and museums. I also love random road trips!
  • Andrew, 42 from Garland, TX
    42, Garland, TX
Hello my name is Andrew. I'm from a Catholic family where I have 3 brothers and 3 sisters. I'm #5. I have experienced a lot of down falls but then again a lot of help. It may have been someone who just stopped to ask a question or a song i happen to listen to that had been influential. My leisure time is mostly spent with my daughter, helping her have fun and learn new things. When she is with her mom my leisure time is crafts or patio gardening.

This is tough to do! I guess the easiest way is to describe Myself the way my friends, co-workers, and family see me. At first glance, I might appear very serious and "strictly business". I am a very passionate about things and issues that I find important, and really enjoy a friendly and respectful debate about issues, even controversial ones! Sitting down for a deep conversation over a cold beer, or glass of wine is something that I truly enjoy. Some of my hobbies include car restoration and model building; however, I am starting to drift away from that for a while and looking for new interests/hobbies. Dining, working out, movies, walking, traveling, and reading are other things that I like to do in my off time. I tend to be somewhat blunt, and sometimes that gets me in trouble. As I mentioned before, I like to have conversations about a variety of topics, not as a debate per se, but to find out what other people think and how they see life. My faith is the most important part of my life, and would like to find someone that also feels God and faith are above all. I have two sons (Both adults ), the oldest is a Sheriffs deputy, the youngest lives in town, but not with me. In closing, if you feel like we have enough in common, I would love to hear from you. I believe a person cannot have too many friends! UPDATE: not to sound snobbish. But last week I left investigations and returned to patrol as the shift commander on the 3-11 shift and also back in school to finish my degree. Between that, yard work and my two "girls" (see latest pic) my schedule is pretty tight. I will have weekends off but again, read above!! I will add more pics as I can

  • David, 30 from Hockley, TX
    30, Hockley, TX
First and foremost I am all about my family and my faith, I truly believe both helped get me where I am today and will continue to help me. I would like to find someone with similar traits. In my spare time I am either with family or friends or just relaxing. My family has some property that I truly feel most relaxed when I am there. I enjoy a tropical setting over cold weather. I do have tattoos, but they are all very special to me and aren't just some random object.( they are hidden) I own my own business so that keeps me quite busy, and again I hope whomever I meet will understand. My business is not first or takes priority over my life but it is a big part of me right now.
  • Dennis, 62 from Denton, TX
    62, Denton, TX
I am a Gentleman and Scholar who appreciates a unique Lady of refined values with education and experiences. I am comfortable in the culture and dress of a uniform, a tuxedo or blue jeans and boots. The necessity and practicality of sound finances are important but content and richness of character is the highest point. As a licensed healthcare professional I have had this field as my calling and joy in many varied experiences and global locations. I was a very engaged father in raising now 3 grown sons. I am optimistic, easy to smile, often gave/give my time as a volunteer with BSA. I am an active listener and effective communicator having also engaged in teaching as a profession and personal trait. I am not perfect but consider myself a "recovering perfectionist" as I have passion for what I do personally, professionally and spirituality. Time by myself is important and yes, I do know how to relax ,enjoy and develop a quiet, close and monogamous active intimacy with one special lady. That goal is where this journey begins....

  • Jason, 32 from Fort Worth, TX
    32, Fort Worth, TX
Hi, my name is Jason and I have been Catholic for a year now. I haven't lived the best way a person should live. I have been to prison and I have seen a lot in my days. I don't want anything to do with the lifestyle I was living. I want to be open and honest about my situation. Who I have been is not the man I am today. I am far from being a perfect man, but I have goals in life and I want to share my goals with someone special. I want kids and I want an open and honest relationship that serves God. Like most people I have faults, but I own my mistakes today. I am not proud of the man I was, but God has given me another chance. And I have faith that he will guide me in the right direction.
