Why are we here? Seems like a very intense subject. But I meant on this site. Ha, made you think for a moment. So yeah, I had my heart broken. But you know what? If it was broken it means it still works!!! Also means I'm still blessed to be alive. And walking upright. I was what I call "too involved" with my parish. Have scaled back a bit but am still involved. Does that make me some kind of "freak?" Hey, what's it like to be Catholic in Utah? Million dollar question for a lot of us. It is so much easier conversing with a Catholic. Try explaining RCIA, CCD, DDD and Knights of Columbus to your neighbor. And forget about asking: "Would you like a beer or something?" It's cool when I tell them Mass takes about an hour and I can go on Saturday.

I have gone to saint rose in layton but now attended saint marys a live in clinton Utah and I believe that I have a good sense of humor maybe a bit on the sneaky side and sometimes not to obvious but thats ok. I have one child that I have raised since 1 1/2 years of age till she was 9. she leaves with here mother now shes 15, I enjoy reading, biking, hiking and anything that involves being outside in the sun. Have just learned(ing)FLYFISHING and would love to ether be taught more or share some that i know. I belive myself to be kind and respectful. I find this important, I strive to be nonjudemental and I believe in the motto Live and let live... I listen well, and try to understand whats being said. i do place great value on learning new abilitys be it flyfishing, learning the mandola, or discovering a new walk path. i feel the secert to a long pleasant life is the desire to always learn and to laugh at ones self. i also love outdoor music concerts the less famous person(s)the better.

Thanks for viewing my profile. I attempt to achieve a balance in life between faith, family, friends, work, and personal interests. I am thankful for the parents, two brothers and friends God gave me, although there was much competition with those two brothers while growing up. I feel blessed to be Catholic. Likewise, I find contentment and security in the Catholic faith. Going to weekly Mass provides me with a spiritual recharge, a time to reflect on the past week and preparation for the upcoming week. I completed a career as an Air Force officer and now work as an Air Force civilian employee in an engineering job that also contributes to national defense. My life has been greatly influenced by my military experience, first as a cadet, then by serving 21 years on active duty. I am a very patriotic person; that explains my choice of occupation in serving our nation. I am intelligent, honest, sincere, caring, loyal, dependable, personable, thoughtful, humorous and hard working. My sense of humor sometimes isn't apparent right away but appears when I get to know a person better. I strive to improve myself as a person. When I served in the Air Force I lived in eight different states, traveled to most of the other states and attended many different parishes. It was always comforting to learn that no matter where I traveled there was always a Catholic church to attend. My interests include softball, volleyball, hiking, biking, walking, fishing, swimming, weightlifting, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, gardening and dancing. I like to go sightseeing, especially to see museums and historical sites. I frequently attend the local library to read newspapers and magazines and I participate in volunteer projects like blood donations. I like to spend time outdoors in all seasons. However, I also like to stay at home to read and watch sporting events and movies. During the growing season I like to keep my yard looking nice and watch the development of the trees, flowers, shrubs and vegetables I planted. I like dogs, especially beagles, which we had when I lived with my parents, and golden retrievers, but with my schedule it would be difficult to spend the needed time with a dog so I don't have one. I plan to have a dog again someday when the situation allows.

Was born and raised in Poland, in a great Catholic household. I do love the Catholic church and all it's teachings (John Paul's II -social justice in particular). I am a Knight with Knights of Columbus. I am the youngest out of 4 kids. My brother and older sister live in Poland. My younger sister lives in the United States. She is my closest family I have here (plus her 4 boys and their families). I'm posting my profile on this site because I'm looking to find a loving wife to share the rest of my life with. And of course, I want her to share my Catholic faith. I have been living in the U.S.A since 1991. I live by myself, I pay my own rent, I wear socks that match and I love my Family. I am a confident, attractive and very funny person. I am a man of integrity and honor, considerate, passionate and I am not afraid to express my feelings in public.I am a man who is strong, soft, intelligent, sensual, kind and down-to-earth and yes really funny. Few things I could never do without: God- my Catholic faith Love Sex Music Art Nature-outdoors 5 Senses Great food and wine I want to say the ocean/beach, but I've since learned that I would give up the beach for some daily spooning- (the hugging kind)! I am fond of -travel, surprises, music, dancing, sports, books, last minute plans, open mind, photography, museum, craziness, spontaneity, going out (but also staying in), sharing, simplicity, respect, down to earth (however fantasy is also very important), people, world news, work, sense of humor about yourself, honesty. And yet another short list of things that I'm not really fond of: -Self-centered people -Superficial people -Egoists

I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio; the third of four children. I moved to Salt Lake City to attend the graduate chemistry program at the University of Utah. Even though I've had to write about myself many times I still hate it to this day; but here goes nothing. I'm pretty easy going and just try to enjoy life. Whether that is staying at home or heading up into the mountains, it makes no difference to me. I enjoy hiking, biking, climbing, and hockey. My studying of science has definitely reinforced my belief in God. I guess I would say I'm old fashioned and family oriented (probably due to the strong Italian blood from my mom's side)

I consider myself a very passionate, and understanding and humble man. But once you get to know me I can be silly and goofy as well, my faith is very important to me has brought me far and has gave me hope from a dark side in my life. I'm looking forward to the future with that special women and grow in our faith and our love for our Lord Jesus together.

Generally passionate. That would not only be close relationships, family, children, grandkids, but music (cantor in the choir), politics, community of friends, church, Knights. Look forward to these engagements, plus chilling on the weekends, grilling, watching a movie on blue ray, travel. Of most influence are teachings from the pulpit. My choir. My family including extended. My mom and Dad, sports figures like Jackie Robinson.

I'm passionate about film and all forms of media. I am a film buff, and love watching all kinds of movies (theater and at home). I also enjoy reading (e.g. fiction, all kinds of books, and other things on the internet) and writing (e.g. short stories and scripts). My family and friends I consider to be the most influential in my life. I've learned about life through my whole extended family. Same can be said about my closest friends, and of course...God.

I believe in spontaneity like road trips, exploring new waters just because there's a free boat to rent, and using "Sure, why not?" as a kind of personal motto. For work, I read people and their interactions with technology with the keen eye of Sherlock Holmes, and I think that curiosity transfers into how I relate to people and places. I love learning and believe that everyone can teach me something. I recently took a personality test at 16personalities and apparently I'm an INFJ-A which means I am an Advocate. When I can, I like to get away and pretend I'm a National Geographic photographer, with constant exploration and exotic travel. I've been in Utah by way of London since 2009. It turns out that I couldn't have picked a better place with my love of exploring the outdoors. I lived there for 6 years and got a chance to explore the British Isles and parts of Europe. A dad to an awesome 6 years old who keeps me busy part of my free time. Some of the things I enjoy are travel, reading, photography, hiking, climbing, swimming, movies.
