51, American Fork, UTWhy are we here? Seems like a very intense subject. But I meant on this site. Ha, made you think for a moment. So yeah, I had my heart broken. But you know what? If it was broken it means it still works!!! Also means I'm still blessed to be alive. And walking upright. I was what I call "too involved" with my parish. Have scaled back a bit but am still involved. Does that make me some kind of "freak?" Hey, what's it like to be Catholic in Utah? Million dollar question for a lot of us. It is so much easier conversing with a Catholic. Try explaining RCIA, CCD, DDD and Knights of Columbus to your neighbor. And forget about asking: "Would you like a beer or something?" It's cool when I tell them Mass takes about an hour and I can go on Saturday.
43, Salt Lake City, UTLove to meet people of my faith, passionate about life and family is a big part of it. I know that Utah has a small amount of catholics but I hope that i will be able to meet somebody that share the same believes as me. I do attend the spanish masses weekly, however, I am familiar with the english one since I used to be part of the ministry of eucharist back in Denver. Difficult to describe my self, love to read and laugh, sometimes too much. Just like you, I wonder if this will really works. I often check my account and think that how many people would like to meet someone and just wonder if the right person will be there! If you are out there, I hope I get to meet you one day.Good luck with your search and God bless you!
71, Ogden, UTI am a kind person. I enjoy many things life has to offer. Would love to meet a lady that is kind and thoughtful and would take me for me and not really try to change me as I would not try to change her. I have a good sense of humor and feel that a smile is always better than a frown.
36, Ogden, UTHi. I love being around the mountains. What I like to do with the activities: hang out with friends, fishing, hiking, play softball, golfing, skiing, and go to the sports events. I do like to spend time with my family. I do play sports. I'm easy going, honest, friendly and fun person. I'm originally from the beautiful state of Montana. I'm half-city person and half-country person. By the way, I'm hard of hearing, I will tell you more about it. I think that's all. :-)
48, Riverton, UTWhen not working, I enjoy the great outdoors. Camping, fishing, hiking, exploring new places. When home, I enjoy working on projects around my home. Bought a little bit of a fixer-up-er, and it gives me the opportunity to make my home the way I want it to look/feel. I am in regular contact with my family, however they live in another state, so I dont get too much time with them. But when my brothers do come and visit, we usually spend quite a bit of time camping. Always good to see them. I would like to think people recognize that I am friendly and intelligent. I am looking for someone who is adventuresome, loves the outdoors, smart, caring and honest. I guess that covers a lot, but I enjoy a good conversation over dinner too.
72, Sandy, UTI'm a semi-retired insurance adjuster still pondering taking bar exam again. Passionate with right person. Ex-marathon runner..hike...fish....play golf....looking for long term relationship...good food...glass of ....... .................................................wine..dance.. Is .....good time date...Work as train host on UTA Frontrunner Train.pls.
72, Herriman, UTJust an ordinary person and being retired allows me to do activities that I enjoy. Grandparents and parents were most influential in my life. These things helped me keep a strong faith and positive outlook on everything. Traveling, plays, concerts, reading and gardening are a sample of things I enjoy in my leisure time.
25, Cedar City, UTI love classical and baroque music, hiking, cycling, and soccer (REAL Salt Lake disappointed me so very much this year.) I'm currently a graduate business student, although I will most likely not use my degree very much. I truly love languages, and would love to be an ESL teacher as a long-term career. I can be that person sitting in a restaurant alone with a book, or at the annoyingly noisy table next to you. I most definitely have two sides that way, but I believe the noisy side typically doesn't show until I feel comfortable around someone. For example, I play multiple instruments in our Church choir every Sunday, where ironically I am known as the quiet one; I play games like Eldritch Horror and Dominion with a group of friends where I am known as the opposite. Where I was going with this, I forget.
39, Utuado, PRHello out there. I'm here looking to meet a girl who share the Catholic faith and hopefully develop something special in our lives. As for me, I'm an easy going guy sometimes shy, sometimes playful, who likes mostly sports related activities like doing exercises and watching/attend sports events. Also, I serve as a volunteer in non-profit organizations. Well, just hope to know you better!
72, South Jordan, UTI am signing up my Dad for this sight. He is a wonderful Dad to 4 daughters. He is retired from Kennecott and the U of U. He volunteers at the food bank at Joseph The Worker Catholic Church every week. He is an avid bicyclist. He rides e everyday when the weather is good. He is very fit and also goes to the gym every day. He likes to go to concerts and movies and out to dinner. He is lonely and I would love for him to find love again and companionship.
50, Riverton, UTHi - still fairly new to UT and branching out to a more stable platform in meeting people that were born and raised in my faith as a catholic, while growing up back East. I'm a technology professional of 30 years, a Marine Corps veteran, an avid fly fisherman, and I love to cook and show off my Caribbean dishes from time to time. Between my job, working out, and trying to live a simplistic life - I wouldn't mind meeting people to socialize with that have similar interest. Even if no connection should exist , just meeting folks would be just as fine as well. Thanks for reading - good luck and well wishes to all of your searching, no matter the goal in mind - RR
26, Salt Lake City, UTI will keep this as short and sweet as possible! I'm a graduate of Texas A&M University, an engineer, hiker, skier, gamer and book reader. I enjoy travelling, loud rock music and a good beer. I'm a bit awkward but loyal and adventure loving. I'm looking for a partner in crime. A yin to my yang. Someone who has their life at least somewhat put together, someone not afraid to go to a rock concert, skiing or even just hanging out, watching some epic movies. So send me a message, don't be shy! :)
