53, Philadelphia, PAMy likes: the shore, be it catching some sun or just walking around.. the mountains, such peace and beauty exist there...anyplace in the country, be it horseback riding, driving around seeing farms, stopping at roadside markets and stores.. music, all kinds ,especially country...dancing to that same music ... the business section of the newspaper ,lol, i am about to try an online store.... lending a hand whenever i can, even if it is just praying for someone i just came across that looks like they can use some help. My dislikes: not having that special friend or soulmate to share these things with , along with the trials we both have.
65, Manzanola, COIt may not be as important what describes my likes, dislikes, experiences, and accomplishments as much as it is that, through the course of about six decades of life, I, as you, have survived the ups and downs of this Journey! Most of my adult life was spent in the service of others as a therapist in a psychiatric hospital, on an acute, locked evaluation team. (Have been hit, bitten, spat upon, lost teeth from being assaulted, and have had every bodily fluid one can think of thrown at me!) " Retired" now, just trying to stay afloat in these times. As a child, 'army brat', I traveled and lived with my family from Colorado, to Germany, to South Carolina, to Missouri, with several returns to, and grounding myself in, Colorado. The rhetorical question of the day, 'Do I wait at the top of the Empire State Building, hoping for my Love to meet me there? . . . Do I have the patience of St. Monica to know Cary Grant finally ended up in the arms of Deborah Kerr? . . . Or, not?' Not in the habit of taking pics of myself, so may update with some more later. Although starting as a blonde, hair color now is a mix of blonde, gray, dark, and 'balding'!

28, Franklin, WII am passionate about a few things: 1. God: My faith is my center and my life. Every aspect of my life is informed by the faith. Everyday I push myself to learn something new and challenge my faith. 2. Family: I love my family so much. I only wish the best for them, and daily I pray that they return to being more than nominal Catholics. I would give everything to help them 3. Friends: So too I care greatly for my friends, seeking to help them out in every thing, giving them a hand up in their trials and seeking to reconcile them to God is His time and according to His will My Family is probably the most influencial part of my life. My father is a jack of all trades and works very hard for everything he gets. His work ethic and push for perfection is infectious, and has pushed me to want to be better everyday. My mother is patient, calm and has an open ear to listen, I appreciate these things and push myself to observe these daily. My Grandparents were devout and pius. Their love for the faith eventually drove me to learn and question my own beliefs. GK Chesterton was the first author that I read that made me see that there was something more than sentimentalism to the faith, and he did so in a jolly way... lol. Michael Voris pushed me to learn the faith daily, and not be content with panderings. Michael Davies was the first and truely the most influencial in pushing me to learn the traditions of the faith and to help others learn and defend them. There are many more influences but i will keep it at that for now. I love apologetics, liturgy, cars, art, trades, football, movies, radio, and some tv shows. Cooking is an odd hobby of mine and i love playing word games and developing riddles.
29, Minneapolis, MNMy name is Nathanael (thank you Captain Obvious right?). Recently moved back to MN with my family. I am very passionate about the state of our country, and hope one day to be part of the solution. I'm becoming more active in things like the Patriot movement, and the Convention of States Project. I love to read, and learn about history. Football was the love of my life when I was young, and continues to be my favorite sport, sprinkled in with some hockey. I have a Black Lab named Strider (automatic points if you can tell me where the name comes from!). I love nature and the outdoors, Mostly looking for friends right now, as I have been disabled due to Chronic Lyme Disease for 5 years. I laugh at physical pain (ok, maybe just when in shock!), and see it as weakness leaving the body. I tend toward being even tempered, never too high, or too low. Want to know more, feel free to ask! :)
23, Orlando, FLAs a disclaimer I am on the fence between identifying as an Eastern Orthodox Catholic or Roman Catholic. I was baptized Roman Catholic, raised Baptist, and eventually found my way back to Catholicism in university. The subject of Papal Infallibility has always been a theological problem for me, and the secular divisions I find in the Orthodox Church have dissuaded me from entering into full communion with them and so i have remained a Roman Catholic by title. It is a topic that I constantly welcome to be challenged on. My faith to me is of utmost importance in my life, all my gifts are due to God and I constantly seek to put these to their best uses. For many years I have prayed to find a good woman with whom I can grow in parallel in spiritual strength. Thus far my prayers have been unanswered, but I cannot lose patience because I cannot lower my standards. I find studying mathematics exhilarating, I have my Master's in Applied Math and will continue on for my Ph.D. after gaining some practical work experience. I work at a custodial bank managing middle office operations for a hedge fund and I enjoy my job. There is extensive room for advancement and this prospect excites me. There have been many influential people and experiences in my life, however they are quite personal and I'm not comfortable sharing them publicly. I pursue mathematics as a hobby at my leisure as well as learning piano and Russian. Hiking is one of my favourite things to do, however not much opportunity for this pastime exists in Florida. I lift weights at the gym four to five times a week and I've recently taken up chess again.
19, Wyandotte, MII'm Michael. I currently go to school for accounting, and am writing a Catholic science fiction series as a hobby. I enjoy ice hockey, soccer, some gaming, reading, and (of course) writing. I keep my moral standards high and close to me, which is why I never curse or partake in crude humor. I spent five years at a minor seminary discerning a vocation to the priesthood, and though God told me that this amazing vocation is not my calling, I still loved the formation, and as a result I know Catholic doctrine quite thoroughly...and I can almost speak Latin. I'm very conservative and traditional in my beliefs, much thanks to my amazing and downright holy parents.
36, Redwood, NYOutside of my faith, I'm most passionate about the outdoors. Whether I'm in the woods or on the water, I feel the greatest peace and closeness to God when I'm out in nature. I mostly like to hunt and fish, but enjoy other outdoor activities as well.
24, Mansfield, OHHello, my name is Ryan and I am a devout Catholic, a member of the Knights of Columbus, and a member of a contemporary music group at my local church. I had lost my way in regards to what God had planned for me in college until I met a young man who was committed to the church, and was early on in his journey to enter the priesthood. We met in a summer class at a community college and after talking, I went to confession for the first time in about ten years. It changed my outlook on life and I recommitted myself to being a faithful servant of God. My faith and trust in God has grown since that day and it continues to grow daily. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going to the movies, and watching Cleveland sports teams, whether in person or on television. I look forward to what God has planned for me in my lifetime and I know that it is beautiful because He has planned it and He will help me get there.
47, Holbrook, NYI'm passionate about music. I look forward to concerts. I enjoy playing the guitar, reading, going to movies and playing with my dog. I've had business mentors that have been the most influential in my life.
29, Porto Alegre, BRI'm someone who believes life needs to be lived filled of love. I also believe we must stand for Truth no matter what. I believe the love of husband and wife is the power God gave us that keeps society together and that a family that loves God and lives His commandments is the cure to any ideology that wounds our world.
