32, Virginia Beach, VALife is an adventure and a blessing from God, and I fully trust in him as I take steps along the way. I aspire to work in politics, and the path I have taken has had its fair number of adventures. It has taken me from my hometown of Florida to working on a presidential campaign, fighting for the conservative movement across the country, running a political non-profit in D.C, to continuing on to graduate studies at Regent University in Virginia Beach. My faith journey has been similarly circuitous, and I only converted to Catholicism two years ago (although I have become fond of the Byzantine rite). Whether in my faith or my career, Im passionate about what I do; I desire to do Gods will, and I seek the truth. My sense of adventure is fueled by my outgoing nature and slapstick sense of humor. I love to be around family, friends, and others, and Im not shy to talk about religion or politics, nor do I pay much mind to being politically correct. Although Im strong in my convictions, I enjoy talking big ideas and being tested in my beliefs. I am currently working on a dual graduate degree in government and divinity. I work full-time as a field agent for the Knights of Columbus. My schedule keeps me busy, but I still find time to read and go out with friends. I dont know the next step in my life yet, but I am confident that God has great plans for me and am excited to serve him.
48, Martinsville, VAI am a Catholic By Birth; Both Parents are Catholic. They raised in the faith. I love my faith. I like to go for walks and hikes. I love Sports and Professional Wrestling WWE. I love everything Catholic. I haven't found a woman yet. One of my points is for My woman to be Catholic and to love the church like I do. I am a 4th Knight in the Knight of Columbus. I go to the Walk for life every January. I do it for the babies.
29, Suffolk, VAI'm a generally easy going guy - I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, going on long drives and spontaneous adventures. Definitely not the type to sit around and do nothing - rarely watch TV, play video games, that sort of thing. I really enjoy biking, sailing, skiing and I love rowing, though I don't get to do it much these days. Athletic guy (though I'm not terribly coordinated). I'm currently assigned to a Coast Guard cutter in Norfolk, VA. New Hampshire is home, I've lived there all my life, and intend to stay, though work has taken me away, for a while. Love listening to older music, rock and country mostly. Enjoy spending weekends working on my classic truck (cars are my biggest hobby), love to sit in front of the fire and read a good book. Family and religion are both important to me - I am part of a large and close-knit family.I enjoy ballroom and east coast swing dance - though I am still a beginner! I guess you could call me old fashioned - I was raised to be a gentleman, put God and family first, work hard and be self sufficient, stick to my beliefs and be honest and upright. I also learned how to play hard, and I'm just a little reckless/crazy - scars heal one day, and I've got a few.
38, Virginia Beach, VAI am a revert; I was baptized Catholic. I was later baptized Baptist, however, and raised Baptist. I returned to the Catholic Church in 1998. I currently work as a substitute teacher. At the same time, I am currenlty working on going back to school to get my teaching certificate.
44, Virginia Beach, VAThank You for looking at my Profile and checking me out. I hope to hear from you very soon. Dream guy looking just for the dream girl that can walk the walk.
34, Harrisonburg, VAAbout me: You have to be willing to bear with me. I have a lot of faith and that can appear problematic (for prepared plans) at times, but it usually turns out for the best. I can cook for myself, but being celiac and more, I'm very particular in what I eat, and so I probably won't be 'sharing' any foods with you, nor going out to eat. My health isn't the greatest right now, but it's been getting better. I have no job at the moment, but there's a good reason for that, namely that I took a year off from teaching to write the best Latin workbook I could make, so that when I start teaching again, things will be easy. My car is old, my clothes are older, and--having a beard now--I couldn't care the least about fashion. Enjoyments: NPR, music, a little talk radio, even less TV. Classical and folk music. Funny and inspiring Youtube videos. Strategy board-games (a la "Settlers"). Walks and hikes; bike-rides (when my health is up to it); cheap, improvised travel.

31, Norfolk, VAI'm a passionate guy who can be either really extroverted or introverted depending on the mood. Sometimes I have big gatherings at my house, but sometimes I just want to binge Netflix all day. I am really enthusiastic about my interests, but enjoy them most when I have someone to share them with. I have traveled a lot, and would like to travel on a whim with the right person. I love the Church with all my heart, and the person I marry has to be someone who feels the same way. I am a very political person, with my politics deriving from my faith. I speak my mind unapologetically. I love food a lot, and so enjoy cooking, eating, visiting breweries, going to different restaurants, and so on. Apparently I'm a pretty good cook, too. Obviously there's a lot more to me than this, so shoot me a message!
42, Charlottesville, VAMusic, Faith, and a deep desire to make the world a less harsh, less evil place define who I am and what I try to do every day. In college, I was very privileged to study Music, and I hold three degrees in that field. I specialized in Music Theory and Composition and played trombone as my primary instrument. Today, I work as a Web Developer in Charlottesville, VA and remain active in Music by singing in the choir and cantoring at St. Thomas Aquinas. I also conducted the Gregorian Chant Schola at St. Thomas for three years. I have a deep love for the beauty of traditional liturgy (both Latin and vernacular) as well as the musical treasures of the Church, and I actively campaign for their restoration in the common practice of our Catholic Life. The reality of Beauty in God's creation has preserved my faith through the roughest of times. Communicating and living that Beauty in the liturgy stands as one of the chief duties of the Church in this world. Any small thing I can do to help fulfill that duty, whether by serving myself or helping others to serve, makes me feel like I am doing something to push back against the pain and darkness with which Satan tries to saddle the world. A thing that has really helped me in my life is something St. Augustine said. He said (roughly) that in a fallen world, God does not take the evil away, but He makes the evil less. I try to partner with God to make the evil less both by my musical life and by what I do in my working life. As a web developer, I create and maintain a tool that is used by over 250 people in my company every day--for several hours a day. By paying very careful attention to simple things like the placement of buttons or the progression of an onscreen workflow, I get to make this tool something easy to use rather than something oppressive and frustrating. (In my imagination, there is a committee in Hell that comes up with small, daily annoyances like clamshell packaging and doors that look like you should pull them when you should actually push. I like to conquer those annoyances in my work so that my colleagues won't go home and kick the dog at the end of the day.) In my personal life, I tend to be a hopeless romantic--but not a boyish or cheesy one. My ideal date would be dinner, drinks, conversation, and dancing (in my case probably a bit clumsily) to the timeless melodies of the Great American Songbook. If you think you would like the same, I would love to meet you.
23, Charlottesville, VAAfter 22 years, I still don't know enough about myself to know where to start! I just don't like talking about myself. I'd rather learn about others! But I do know and am proud of the fact that I am unashamedly kind, loving, respectful, creative, conservative, and Catholic! Self-employed economic researcher and published fantasy author who in enamored with history, philosophy, art, literature, music, and food! My leisure time usually involves reading a good book, playing the piano, or having lunch with some friends when we can get together! Looking for someone Catholic who is willing to share the good and bad and enjoy life as a whole. I'm part Spanish, Italian, and Cuban so food, wine, and family are the pearl in life's little oyster. Huge fan of classical music, film music, reading good books, swimming, playing tennis, and hammering out on the piano! I would love to call myself an "amateur" composer but I'm afraid I'm not even good enough to qualify as that. Nevertheless, I still love to write music! O and I also make killer homemade ice cream... just a passing thought... Otherwise, life is just an experience you're willing to live! Would love to hear from you!
49, Norfolk, VALiving in southern Italy for two years gave me a love of great food and good wine. I enjoy cooking, spending time outdoors in nature paddle boarding or walking my dog, Daisy.
