I enjoy the challenges and joys of a relationship. Relationships have always been one of the most important things in my life. I am a "revert" to the Faith, born and raised Catholic then went off seeking God on my own. The Mercy of God reached out and pulled me back Alleluia. I am hard working, driven and I like to be helpful. I work full time at a Monastery for cloistered contemplative nuns, as the property manager ( St. Joseph's helper ) . I have felt called to marriage/family since.... well as long as I can rememeber. I love children ( I'm my nephews favorite "toy").For some reason I have not meet many single women at the Monastery :) and that is why I am on this site. I believe it was a Grace from God that I did not marry before returning to our Faith and I hope to receive the Grace to meet her/YOU? Now!

I am looking for a godly woman, who applies biblical principles in her life and is led by the Holy Spirit. One can already distinguish between a godly and an ungodly woman by just seeing how she dresses, no matter how much she professes Jesus. If her clothing is very sensual and a frame for her body, then God hates it. If it is a frame for her face then He is pleased. To have the 7 questions here answered with 7 Yes is already a good clue that she is led by the Holy Spirit, has denied herself, put up her cross and is following Jesus, precisely like He asked us to do in Luke 9:23 (Then he said to them all: Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me."). To live a chaste life according to the will of God as a single is actually only possible if the soul is being transformed by and filled with the Holy Spirit. Without the help of God this task will be impossible for a human over time. This is the precise reason why many here on this site don't have all the 7 questions answered with a Yes. They're still doing their own thing, not denying themselves and having God on their own terms, getting most out of life with all the sinful pleasures and simultaneously hoping for eternal salvation. The No-answers that are given coincide mostly in premarital sex and contraception, which the Church clearly condemns as grave sins. Premarital sex is not only condemned by the Catholic Church, but by all known major Protestant denominations as well. Why? Because Jesus Himself taught this, and He set the standard very high: Matthew 5:27,28 "You have heard that it was said, You shall not commit adultery. But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart." That includes premarital sex and is the very reason why a woman shouldn't dress very sensual, to avoid provoking the man to commit this sin. Jesus predicted that on Judgment Day there will be many who will be condemned due to their very own life-style of disobedience, while going to a Church building on every Sunday without any change of heart and mind: Matthew 7:21-23 "Not everyone who says to me, Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and... in your name perform many miracles? Then I will tell them plainly, I never knew you. Away from me you evildoers!'"

I am always reading something or another. I prefer to spend time with my family over going out, unless going out means camping or hiking. I love the outdoors. I spend a lot of time with my nieces, and my nephew (who is in the picture with me). Making and listening to music is a big part of my life. I am incapable of taking a good selfie. I am a very contemplative person. I'm heading to Morocco (God willing) right before Halloween (2016) to continue my studies in Arabic. I have a sort of obsession with the Greek language. A long time ago I got hit over the head by poetry, and I've never been very prosaic ever since.

I'm a teacher and PhD student who moved here from the Midwest two years ago. I teach both at the University of Washington at another school in Bellevue, where I work mostly with elementary, middle school, and high school students. I really love my work, whether it's introducing great books and ideas to college students or explaining to a five year old why it's not too chill to bite people. I've had a lot of formative experiences, including discernment in a college seminary as an undergrad. I am a convert so what I love about the Church is that I have always chosen it, although a faithful life has not always been easy. After a long period of doubt and wandering, a period which saw me leave the church for a while, I have recently recommitted my life to God. Because I enjoy my work so much, it's sometimes hard to distinguish my work from my leisure. I like to follow politics, even though our current system bothers me a lot. Earlier this year I started cultivating an interest in classical music so I try to visit the symphony.

My friends have said that I come across as polite and gentlemanlike, but I suppose that is what people see on the outside... Deep down, I think it is important to treat others with sincerity charity and give all you have to offer... I think it is important to share our talents with others, and to edify and uplift others. I may come across as just being kind as some of my friends have said, but really it is a desire of treating others well that motivates me, at least this is what I strive for, some days can be tougher than others for sure! :) Also, my mindset is a "pull yourself up by your own boot strings" type of person, at least for myself... I realize that things just don't happen by themselves! This particular outlook and work-ethic is so very present in my daily work and home life... I always to try to do the best I can in my work and tasks! I am very meticulous and detailed oriented by nature and have always believed that it is the details in life that make life enjoyable! :) In a relationship, would hope to treat my girl to a special evening, such as a good concert & a nice classy dinner, and maybe afterwards a special night walk, talking about life and dreams ahead. I am a very traditional-minded Catholic, who attends a Latin Mass. I love our Faith very much. It has a very strong presence in my daily life and outlook in all things in life.

I'm looking for a woman who has similar interests, looks, race, size, and age don't matter to me. I look for what's in the heart, not the outside. I don't like them to be cynical, I don't like attitude, sarcasm is okay. I'd like a woman to be honest and no games, I like fun loving, bubbly, goofy, silly at times, a good sense of humor. I'm not too picky, a woman who is serious, loving, caring, warm-hearted, understanding, loyal, and a patience someone I can spend the rest of my life with.
