I enjoy spending time with my extended family and friends for the special events and just the normal everyday activities that help us bond together in lasting relationships. I am an engineer by profession and have traveled throughout the Northwest in performing my job. I enjoy cooking a meal from scratch (and wouldn't mind it if you could show me some of your dishes) as well as volunteering for fun and worthy causes that help others and improve their lot in life. I like spending time with my nieces doing the things they like to do. It always makes me feel younger. I am hopeful of finding someone who shares my likes and interests that would make a great compliment to my life and blend our mutual faith in a wonderful offering to God. I am hoping it could be one of you here on line. Drop me a note and we"ll see what happens. Thanks for stopping by.

I like to laugh and have fun with friends. I like to hike, golf, explore new places and have fun at times. Other times I am happy reading or watching TV with a fire. I love to BBQ. I love children. I am very happy with my life. I trust God so much that I am at peace with what ever happens. I am not sure if he intends for me to be married or not. As long as He is running my life, I will be happy. I am an honest, reliable, and passionate Catholic. I read theology as a hobby. I love people very much. I am Knight of Columbus. I sell roofing for a Vancouver Washington company. I think women are special and should be treated as such. I also think any relationship has to have good communication and honesty.

I want to explore friendships and the possibility of companionship with shared faith as a foundation As a convert to Catholicism, I have found my life enriched in countless ways that I could have scarcely imagined. I have been blessed with friendships and experiences that have opened my eyes and ears to moments of transcendent beauty expressed in the world through music, art and liturgy. Within the catholic faith, I have come to appreciate conversion as a continual process; we are provided with the assurance of the Sacraments to both mend and strengthen us as we journey through lifes challenges. Through a faith that emphasizes relationship with God and others, we are called to forgive and to aid others and in doing so, we often find ourselves lifted up and forgiven. I am reminded how brief and precious this earthly life will be, but take comfort in a faith that offers hope, meaning and purpose.

I just recently moved back to the Pacific Northwest which is home for me. I'm an engineer, so writing a personal profile is not the easiest thing, I would rather write a 40 page technical manual of any kind. But if it means a chance for us to meet then I'll give it an attempt just for you. I have an easy going personality but don't have much patience for immaturity. I feel that my vocation is marriage so I am dating with that goal in mind. I believe in finding out what we are good at and working hard towards a goal. I consider myself fortunate to have found a career that I am passionate about where I get to use the talents God gave me. But its not all about work! I dabble in several different hobbies and enjoy trying new microbrews on occasion (mostly IPAs). My top hobbies are Mtn. biking, swimming, hiking, disk golf, snowboarding and competitive long range shooting. Team sports arent really my thing so if I ever tell you I'm headed out to play softball with the guys you should know something is wrong. I read quite a bit and enjoy going to the theater or just going down town and people watching. Family is important to me because at the end of the day they are always there for you. I have spent the last 8 years building my career so that I will be able to support a family of my own. Our faith lets us believe that God will provide but when you have a large Catholic family, bring home a decent pay check also helps. My parents raised 7 kids with me somewhere in the middle and my mom was blessed to be able to stay at home. She taught us to love our faith and to pray the rosary daily. I enjoy trying new foods, traveling to new places and am always up for a new adventure. Life is a balance of getting out into the world and trying everything it has to offer but not becoming part of it and holding onto our good Catholic values. Are you up for a life filled with adventures? God made me to do something or to be something for which no one else was made. When I find it and do it, I can be supremely happy. God serves! He made me to serve! I can not be happy unless I do.

Those who know me state am patient and kind. I have a terrible sense road direction which sometimes lead me to discover new places unintentionally.Am open to learning new things, cultures, places and ideas. Each of my day is a gift and an opportunity to enjoy what God has blessed me with; my friends, family and just having a good time. I value people honesty and openness just to mention but a few. I looking to making friends first and then see where that will led us to.

I'm 19, a college student, and want to meet new people. I'm a fun guy and like to go out and be polarizing to everyone I meet. I don't believe in changing just to get someone to like you or agree with you, I believe in being 100% of your-self the whole time. I'm charismatic, I'm always trying to make people laugh.

I grew up in the country outside a town in the Willamette Valley. I was an alter boy and later an alter server. Went to youth group, youth retreats. I remember the priests, brothers, and sisters that did their tasks with love and devotion. They were good examples to follow in how to be a good person. During the Summer, my family would pick cherries to sell to the grower co-op. We grew up being lower middle class. My dad worked hard to support the eight of us. My parents are still alive and live in that house I grew up in. I was in middle school when I started liking school and did not become a dropout. I was able to explore things, have dreams, and had teachers who supported my curiosity and exploration. I can look back at my life and see where God surrounded me with good folks and models to follow. Even though sometimes my childhood was tough, He got me through and I am a much better person for it. After graduation from Oregon State, I moved from small town to big city, my work took me to the big city of Portland. I have been in the area ever since. I was involved with church from pastoral council, young adult group, Eucharistic minister, greeter. Share the gifts God given me. Lost my favorite older brother in 2007. He was there for me to talk about my life difficulties. I would go out and help him with chores at his farm during the Summers. Met my future wife in 2008, married in 2011, and lost her to a swimming accident in 2013. Because I am in the technical field (Information Technology), I have a geeky side. I look for technology that works for me and not the other way around. I try to rule technology instead of it ruling me. :) I try to keep a separation between my work and my private time. I think it is healthy and sane this way. I don't ever want to be consumed by work and miss the beautiful things God has put in my life. My biggest hobby is electronics, computers, and amateur radio. By no means I am a genius at this stuff. It is fun to put something together that works, even if barely. :) Always room for improvements. I also enjoy hiking and occasionally go camping with family. I enjoy traveling seeing new sites. I am a people watcher. Wide music taste. I attend Mass on Sundays and holy days of obligation. It gives me time to reflect about the good things in my life. But most importantly, how much He has helped me with my life and how I keep coming back to depend on him.
