I am a pretty simple guy, I do not need a lot to make me happy. I am an outgoing, fun-loving guy, who enjoys laughing and making others laugh. I am honest, loyal, hard working, a good listener. My Catholic faith and family are very important to me. I love the outdoors and enjoy camping, biking, fishing, hiking, skiing and most all sports. Love cheering on the Packers at home or by attending a game, now and then. I do like to go out to restaurants for dinner and a drink or two and occasionally go out dancing. Unwinding at home with a quiet dinner and a movie are enjoyable, too. I love to travel, both stateside and abroad, loved Italy, Mexico, etc. have helped at a mission in Gabon, Africa. Looking forward to more exciting travel, in the near future, hopefully with that someone special. I also enjoy volunteering for a couple different groups/charities and leading a young adult group through my church.

Hi, my name is James and I am a single father of four wonderful children. I have two girls and two boys (ages from 19-14)so sometimes it seems like I am on the go all of the time! But really we are a very close family and have always made time for US. I love being a family and I am very close with my family, we are always getting together and sharing laughs and good food. I am a HUGE Packer fan, love Badger football and hockey and the Brewers. I love to read, drink coffee and long distance biking). I love spending warm summer nights or cool fall evenings around a fire with a beer/glass of wine, laughing and enjoying life with my family and friends. I love spending time at a Madison's coffee shop on a cold winters morning/afternoon, solving all the worlds problems with my best buds. I am currently restoring my brick Victorian home to its "roots", allot of work, but work I have always enjoyed. Love collecting and restoring antiques. My kids and I really enjoys the outdoors, camping, hiking, biking, running (we are a huge Cross Country/track family) and swimming...you are never too old to play with your kids, or for that matter, being a KID at heart! I enjoy hunting with my younger brothers and my two son's. I am big into volunteering, helping at our local Catholic elementary school, at our county food pantry, at Saint Victor food pantry, and Apostolate to the Handicapped. All in all I LOVE, LOVE being a daddy! I LOVE our faith and would like to find someone to grow in that faith and to enjoy a fun and exciting family life. Faith and family, two of the GREATEST gifts Our Lord has given me!!

I come from a large family and have loved every single minute of it. I wouldn't have had it any other way, I'm still very close with every single one of my siblings. Next to my Faith, my family is everything. I love working with my hands. I did quite a bit of construction work when I was younger and took alot of pride in doing a job well and being able to see the finished project. I normally took the hardest part of the job to do as my own to challenge myself. Without challenges we can't grow, right? I love working around the house, gardening, hunting, fishing, hiking, bonfiring(it is a word), and anything else you can do outside. I'm more extrovert than introvert, I love talking to and meeting new people. I am pretty set in my career and my location, but you never know what God has planned. Absolutely love traveling and history. My Faith has always been a very important part of my life, and ultimately the reason that I am on this website. I want to be united with someone on a higher level than "Hey, I think you are pretty". I want this----"How beautiful, then, the marriage of two Christians, two who are one in home, one in desire, one in the way of life they follow, one in the religion they practice Nothing divides them either in flesh or in spirit They pray together, they worship together, they fast together; instructing one another, encouraging one another, strengthening one another. Side by side they visit Gods church and partake of Gods banquet; side by side they face difficulties and persecution, share their consolations. They have no secrets from one another; they never shun each others company; they never bring sorrow to each others hearts Seeing this, Christ rejoices. To such as these He gives His peace. Where there are two together, there also He is present." That isn't too much to ask for, right?

Have you ever read Calvin and Hobbes? I am Calvin, grown up, and I'm looking for my Susie Derkins. Okay, some details about myself: --The Catholic Faith is the most important thing in my life. Within that framework, I strive to have a closer relationship with Jesus and to conform myself more closely to Him. --I'm an intellectual (Ph.D. in classics). I'm working on writing a book. Don't worry, though; I do have a steady day job as a technical writer, and I work hard at it. --I grew up in a small town in Illinois. I'm Midwestern through and through. --I love music (especially Americana, folk, rock, and 80s), trivia competitions (I've auditioned for Jeopardy!), reading, going for walks, coffee shops, local history, and little adventures in the area. --If you know what the four temperaments are, count me down as a melancholic-choleric. --My sense of humor is very dry--Atacama Desert dry. I have a story or two (thousand) to tell, and I want to hear yours, too.

    41, Milwaukee, WI
At 41 I have had a lot of time to prepare for marriage and am ready to start a family. I prefer the Latin Mass and feel home schooling is the best for raising children in the faith. I like simple things like being outdoors and with family. I am a uncle and great uncle and my niece and her two kids currently live with me until my niece finishes her nursing degree or sooner if there is a change in one of our lives . That being said I have become the primary father figure for my 7 year old grand niece and 5 year old grand nephew over the past 3 years. I love these children as if they where my own and although they will always be a large part of my life it is time I put my fathering skill to work with my own family.

I am passionate about a few things: 1. God: My faith is my center and my life. Every aspect of my life is informed by the faith. Everyday I push myself to learn something new and challenge my faith. 2. Family: I love my family so much. I only wish the best for them, and daily I pray that they return to being more than nominal Catholics. I would give everything to help them 3. Friends: So too I care greatly for my friends, seeking to help them out in every thing, giving them a hand up in their trials and seeking to reconcile them to God is His time and according to His will My Family is probably the most influencial part of my life. My father is a jack of all trades and works very hard for everything he gets. His work ethic and push for perfection is infectious, and has pushed me to want to be better everyday. My mother is patient, calm and has an open ear to listen, I appreciate these things and push myself to observe these daily. My Grandparents were devout and pius. Their love for the faith eventually drove me to learn and question my own beliefs. GK Chesterton was the first author that I read that made me see that there was something more than sentimentalism to the faith, and he did so in a jolly way... lol. Michael Voris pushed me to learn the faith daily, and not be content with panderings. Michael Davies was the first and truely the most influencial in pushing me to learn the traditions of the faith and to help others learn and defend them. There are many more influences but i will keep it at that for now. I love apologetics, liturgy, cars, art, trades, football, movies, radio, and some tv shows. Cooking is an odd hobby of mine and i love playing word games and developing riddles.

Well my name is Sam, I am a devout Catholic. I have a disability, it is called trifunctional protein deficiency it affects what eat( i have to eat foods with low fats, which is very difficult but not impossible) and my muscles, but not too seriously. I sometimes use a wheelchair to go far distances, but I can assure you that I'm quite normal despite the fact, so please don't dismiss me by the description I have above. Since I am excluded from physical activities for the most part. (although I do work out about four days a week) i do quite a bit of reading, right now I'm reading St. Augustine's confessions. Also I've read many authors such as Thomas Aquinas, Michael Davies, Hilaire Belloc , GK Chesterton, St. John of the Cross, Flannery O'Connor, Diane Mozcar, Fulton Sheen etc.. I enjoy movies. and music from Pandora. Although lately I have been cutting back from movies, because it interrupts my spiritual and my reading time. My favorite actors are Cary Grant, Gregory Peck, Jim caviezel, Bruce Willis, and Kevin James.

I consider myself a simple man. After all, it's the little things in life really brings true happiness. I have 3 loves in life, my son, my daughter, and spending time at my cottage. I'm not the type of person who likes to talk about myself. I stay humble in that regard. Successful, goal oriented, like to continue reaching my goals in life, and share them with someone who is genuinely kind, sweet, and supportive. I stay positive and enlighten the people around me. There's so much more...

If you're looking for the perfect guy well keep scrolling on till you find Jesus Christ, but if you are looking for a faithful man to help you grow closer to Him well then here I am. Certainly not the most impressive specimen by any stretch of the imagination but that just means I don't take myself too seriously. But enough about my imperfections lets talk about how I awesome I am. I have a fairly "jack of all trades" way of living. So if you have a balanced love for both physical and non-physical activities I am your guy (well a guy). I love sports and played three of them in high school (No I was not very good just [ I thought I should be honest about that]). I played Football, Basketball, and Lacrosse (American football[ I know that's terribly disappointing]). I still like to play all kinds of sports and physical activities. I also like to relax and hang out with my friends in much more chill ways as well. However, I'm not a big partier and prefer small groups of friends. These are my more generic qualities. I also have many more obscure interests that you may find for lack of a better word "Bizarre". I have a strange love for Latin, both the Latin Mass and the language. I'm not sure about the causation for it. I have a deep seeded love for Christ and His bride the Church (And everyone around me will know it after meeting me[so if you don't like talking about religion I might be the most annoying person in the world from your view point]). One of my favorite activities is HEMA (Historic European Martial Arts[ basically sword fighting]). I also do Judo though I don't compete anymore due to time constraints. I also play many video games (even some obscure ones). I love tabletop board games and RPGs as well (yes I'm a geek and a nerd[it's better you know now]). As a Catholic man my greatest formative people are Saint John Paul II, Pope Emeritus Benedict ,JRR Tolkien, CS Lewis, GK Chesterton, St. Thomas Aquinas, St. Anselm, etc. (I'm not trying to brag about everything I've read [well maybe a little { Actually that's kind of the entire point of writing this is to show off}]) On a more personal level( because I've never actually met the people mentioned above) my close friends are the ones that have shaped me most. I guess I'm getting close to the word cap so I guess I'll end this with a Catholic pick up line. "Are you a traditional catholic? Because your form is extraordinary."

Hello and welcome. I am a divorced man who is not afraid of being with a lady who is a mother already, looking for a woman who wants someone for a long term relationship. A supporter of various charities, including childrens hospital and the SPCA, I enjoy donating my time as well. I always have something new to learn in the Catholic community, just looking for the right lady to learn it with. Raised in various areas, from city to forest, I enjoy living not far from the city. Although I am dedicated to God and the Catholic Church, I am seeking a lady to be dedicated to as well. If she comes with children, that's fine. If she should want more we can plan that.
