I have been a widow for five years and would enjoy meeting a widower. Like most people I enjoy eating out but also like to cook. I like sporting events especially Mizzou football. I have a business background and enjoy talking about finances and investments. My Catholic faith is most important to me and of course a good sense of humor is a real plus.

Hello, I hope this time finds you doing well. I was sitting in church reading my bulletin when I turned it to the back page and noticed the ad for Catholicmatch, I put it back down thinking, well, look at that, we have a site also for people to connect. Maybe I will try this one since it's a catholic one. This would be a good place to start at least we are on the same faith page. So here I am. Trying my luck with the best of them. I do know, there will be, some praying on this matter also. I'm happy and I love to laugh. I find so much beauty in things all around me. I never judge a book by it's cover. Everyone should have a song in their heart, and a poem to say. Drama is something for the stage, but I have seen some in real life. Conversation should be two sided. Let's agree to disagree because we all matter, and it dose a heart good to just be still sometimes praise God. Patience is a virtue well earned. I am a proud mother of two. They are the love of my life. Thank God for them. Divorced years back, but raised my children with the help of God and good family members. I am retired now. I keep busy with life not board lots to do daily. Love music, and watching programs on television. I like to stay active so I go to the gym. You know I read this statement once and it stuck with me a long time. At first I laughed and said how hard can that be. Now that I'm running the race I understand the statement, " Getting Old Is Not For Wimps." I see the word getting old, and there lies the problem----- when or at what age are we old ??????? cause at any age, we look up the road 20 years and say now that's old, until we get there. So age is only a number that we work with. I love God the Father, and do believe He will send me a worthy mate. God comes first.Yesterday was a gift. Today is a present. Live each day to the fullest. Don't forget wisdom comes from God. Growing should not cause you pain, but make a better person out of you. Tell someone you love them each and every day. Hearts where made for love. God sent His only Son to die for us because He loved us. Why is it so hard for us to live for Him? Peace in Christ to you.

I have a very full life, but having someone to travel the road of life would only make it more complete. I enjoy being busy, be it attending events, traveling to both new and old places, an afternoon at a winery, watching football, and even my work (I'm one of those who is very happy in my job and find it very fulfilling and life-giving. I also enjoy a quiet afternoon by the pool, watching a movie,or just being. Friends and family are very important to me, they have always been there for both the tough times and the joyfilled ones. My Catholic faith is very important to me and has been my foundation throughout life. I can't imagine not being active in my faith and in the Church. I could go on and on, but I'd much rather tell you more about me and get to know you over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

My profile Hi, I am Ania. I'd like first to apologize for the typos. I might have.... I must confess I'm Polish ( I know... nobody's perfect). I've been in this beautiful country over 30 years; still Polish, still not perfect and still learning. I thought I would throw some keywords that would describe what I like to do. If you recognize yourself in some of them, I think it might be worth taking time to keep on reading my profile. If you don't keep reading, I swear I wont be upset with you. I will never know anyway :) . Travel, surprises, books, last minute plans, open mind, museum, craziness, spontaneity, going out (but also staying in), sharing, simplicity, respect, cooking, no backing, down to earth (however fantasy is also very important), people, creativity, casual, news, sense of humor about yourself, awareness. In addition, if you use following sentences "OK, let's give it a try" "To be honest, I don't know" "I respect that" "Take what you like and leave the rest" we could find commonality. And yet another short list of things that I'm not really fond of: excessive work out superficial people backing (mention before) cold (mainly weather) Of course, I speak with accent, but people are saying it makes me more interesting, different and ...Cute!!! I enjoy my life and I am looking forward to share it's many blessings with someone special including new adventures, travel, outdoor and indoor activity, family time and God's time !

I am the mother of 6 children. 4 girls and 2 boys. They are my anchor in bad times and my joy in good times. Music, any kind of music, makes me happy, it inspires me, makes me think, humbles me with its beauty and I enjoy singing some of it. My mother is my biggest influence. She has given me an example by her actions and deeds. I used to teach school and many teachers have influenced how I look at young people. Old people. I have been a caregiver for 7 years. I have met 2 extremely interesting people. Both self made. A man and a woman. One was an artist who has met many interesting people and passed her stories to me. The other a WW2 veteran who became a Oral Surgeon and farmer. In my leisure time, I like to read, I love to fish, bake, and sit on my front porch. (I have a big front porch on a little house.)
