Hey yo! I love: to laugh, to make others laugh, humor, listening to music, being with friends, good food, to travel, duct tape, dancing, holidays (especially Christmas), reading, history, talking with friends, the Catholic Church, our way cool Pope, to write (including my attempts at poetry). I am fun and humorous in life's everyday experiences but very serious when need be especially in terms of religion and the love I hope to one day find. I'm loyal, honest, understanding, very loving, a good listener, sensitive (yes, I cry) and emotional. I want someone that I can open up to and who opens up to me. I'm a helpless, incurable romantic; old fashioned that way. Realizing I'm unlikely to meet the type of girl I want on the bar/club scene...I'm here. I realize that true life long love will not come quick and easy. I deeply believe in and value the sanctity of sacramental marriage. I'm looking for a girl who has God in her life, has strong values/morals, and believes in a strong family life to go to Church with, to share my life and good times with, and to be best friends with. Any questions...please ask me! Thank you for reading this whoever you are. God bless you...I wish you success on your search.

Sunday Mass, 1st Fri & Sat Mass & a daily rosary are an important part of my life. The family who prays together stays together. I have done international business development for the last 15 years out of my own home-office w/ international travel involved. I can sell anything I believe in. I hate walmart, malls & grocery stores. Almost everything can be purchased online or self grown/created for less money, time-loss...etc... I believe every American should own their own business @ least on the side of a regular job if not in entirety rather than allowing the monopolys and bosses of the world to depict every move they make. When a woman has a job, she is married to it. If you are in business together, you're a team. Family businesses are how America was built and lack thereof in a larger quantity is why it is not presently as secure as we would like. Our freedom is too important to ignore it. I've had medical issues that supposedly may not allow me to ever become pregnant but am interested in adopting children, not neccesarily babys, preferably a sibling set. I come from a small catholic family of 8 which was lonely but seemed large enough to ensure any child be raised w/out selfishness or being spoiled as despite my lack of perfection, I'd personally have grown up to be far worse if an only child or w/ only one sibling. I run an in-house bird refuge for parrots coming from abused/negligent circumstances & also have 2 dogs and a cat. I'm not getting rid of them for anyone. I want to save every lost soul or abused animal I come across & actually belive that I am fully capable. If ever married, i don't intend to add to the flock/pack but if he comes with his own as well, that's fine too & it would be hard to say no to a child or husband who wanted their own pet(s) if they took care of it. I love to read and have a large personal library of Catholic, Theological, Philosophical, Science Fiction, Mystery & Classics. I'll read anything but romance which unfortunately is what most present-day published novels include.

God said "It is not good for man to be alone..." I am looking for a soul mate, that together we can help each other love Jesus more each day. I know that I need someone beside me that can help and I want to also be able to help her. I'm a practicing Catholic who used to be very devote. Over the last few years, that has slipped a bit. I would like to get back to going to daily Mass. If you're looking for someone perfect, I'm not your man. I'm looking for someone who also isn't perfect. Over these past few years, I've had no shortage of attention from divorced ladies. That's always a delicate conversation, explaining to her that I can't date her because we could never have a valid sacramental marriage. If you're in my age range, undoubtedly you've had that same conversation. I'm not looking for a wife to be my savior. I'm looking for someone, that together, we can buffer each other from the temptations and distractions of this world and focus together on being a united testimonial to God.

I love life and try to live each day to the fullest and stay positive in every situation. While I have had my share of crosses to bear, they have made me the person I am today and I know I have been incredibly blessed! I am looking for someone who shares my faith and wants to raise a family according to Church teachings.

I lived in Lincoln for 10 years prior to moving to Norfolk to return to school. I was on Catholic Match for awhile, and took a break while dating a gal. Things didn't work out, so I figured I might use this as a way to meet new people in a new area. I'm sure I'll add to this as time goes on, but now you'll just have to reach out and ask if you want more.

  • Jared, 25 from Omaha, NE

Hello! My name is Jared and I was born and raised in Omaha. I attended Skutt Catholic high school, and did my undergrad at Hillsdale College in Michigan. I am currently back in Omaha just about to finish up my first year of Dental School at Creighton University. I come from a family 5, and have two brothers (I am a triplet). Family is one of the things I value most and am very close to, and I am looking for someone who feels the same way. I grew up attending private school throughout my entire education, and that has helped me become the person I am today, by allowing me to have a life centered around my Catholic faith. My parents raised me to be a gentleman and taught me how a woman DESERVES to be treated and respected. When I am not busy studying for school, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, working out, or just relaxing. Growing up my parents made sure we were always involved in sports, so I have done football, basketball, cross country, track, golf, swimming, and more just for fun. The sports I participated in high school were cross country and track, basketball for the first couple years, and then decided to try a new sport so I tried swimming, and loved every minute of it! I did run in college for a little bit, until injuries ended my collegiate running career. For exercise now I mostly do lifting, biking, and swimming, but would really like to get back into running because I have always wanted to do a triathlon! Some experiences that I have had the opportunity to experience was a 2 month internship in Australia with a professional rugby team and a 2 1/2 week mission trip to Tanzania where we worked in orphanages, hospitals, and had the opportunity to go on a real African safari!! Both experiences were amazing, and I am very grateful and humbled for the opportunity. This was just a quick overview, so if you want to know more or liked what you read, send me a message!

Sharing an appreciation of the arts, enjoyment of nature, love of life and intelligent conversations make up a part of my world. My career experiences have been quite varied but always with a focus on helping others. After 18 years in a dental setting i began to teach the arts to children in after school programs and summer musical theater workshops. I was also a 4-H leader and an ARBA adult advisor for about 10 years. Now retired, i share the arts to home schoolers and other children. I enjoy helping others and showing them the joys in life. Did I mention I am passionately Catholic?
