35, Seward, NEIm the oldest of 8 children and was fortunate enough to be homeschooled K-12. Im very close with my family and have always lived in the country. My family owns a small business building farm equipment, that I have worked in since I graduated from high school. I enjoy my job a lot and have been blessed to work with my Father, two sisters, three brothers, uncle and a great group of guys. Some things that I enjoy doing are going for walks, riding bikes, gardening(I like square foot gardening), working on some of my hobbies (woodworking, cooking, hiking and target shooting) watching movies that are good and clean and just sitting around visiting with friends and family. Im also very Pro Life, Pro Traditional Marriage, and politically conservative. I have also just become a third degree Knights of Columbus this year(2016) and hope to make forth degree this summer. I don't really watch any TV for the simple reason that there isn't anything decent on, and even if there were something good, the commercials aren't worth it. Some goals that I have are to get married, start a family, plant an orchard, become a master woodworker and build up a small hobby farm, and most importantly to make it to haven with my future wife, family and as many other people as I can.
53, Lincoln, NEI'm hardly the perfect guy, but I am kind and faithful. My friendships are close, and I like connecting on a deep level with people. I feel very strongly that friendship is not just about two people having fun together--its about being there for the other when life is hard. Making a gift of oneself should be a joy and not a burden. I'd love to be a dad, although at my age, I'm realistic about my chances. I'm good with kids, and my empathy and life experience enable me to sense when they are lonely or stressed. My nieces and nephews often do better in talking with me than they do with their own parents! I've worked a number of different jobs. I had my own law practice for eight years, with 1400+ clients. It was going well when I decided I had to shut it down and enter the seminary. More on that shortly. I've worked in political campaigns and as a professional staff member/counsel for an oversight committee with the U.S. House of Representatives. I had a one-year appointment as Counsel to the Inspector General of the IRS, taught catechism at a parish school and was the Administrator at a small Catholic boarding school for high-school boys. Currently, I am the business manager at a seminary. There was a time a several years ago when I thought I might be called to the priesthood. In three years at seminary, I forged lasting friendships and deepened my spiritual life and knowledge and understanding of the Faith. Closing my practice for this step has been professionally costly, but I am glad I did it. I've traveled a good bit, and I made the annual Pentecost pilgrimage from Paris to Chartres four times (73 mile hike in 2.5 days). I like to read about current events, economics, philosophy, history and theology. I like the outdoors--off-road biking, hiking, bird-watching, occasionally hunting, going to the beach, watching a good football game. I also enjoy movies. A good popcorn flick now and then is fun, but I especially enjoy movies that touch me or make me think. And I love good, soul-lifting music. Mom was a musician (french horn), so beautiful music was regularly enjoyed in our house.
64, Lincoln, NEMy friends would say I am spontaneous, honest, trustworthy, loyal, caring, passionate, and loving; one who likes to meet interesting and diverse people and discover interesting places. I am comfortable just staying at home, going to the beach, Broadway plays, weekends in Chicago, or riding in a convertible with my hair blowing in the wind. Like my own space and will give you yours. I am comfortable with who I am and where I am in my life. I am a somewhat quiet person who loves to laugh and tease, loves music and salsa dancing. I am looking for some one to enjoy life with, not that you can't do that by yourself, but it would be nice to have a companion. I am blessed with good health, wonderful kids, and grandkids. I am a positive person, not a game player, who thinks life has many good things to offer. I enjoy outdoor activities like walking, hiking, biking, traveling, yard work, watching Husker baseball and football, and when I come indoors to my kitchen, I like to try new recipes. I like to do volunteer work giving back to the community at home and away. My last volunteer experience was to Guatemala building homes; taking extra days to enjoy the country and roast marshmallows on a volcano. I feel it is important to give back to the community, no matter what or where it is. My interests include: Traveling, Latin/Ballroom dancing, quilting, walking, biking, hiking, Husker baseball, photography, listening to books on cd, love all kinds of music, taking care of my yard, and last but not least, spoiling my grandkids.

49, Lincoln, NEHi, I'm Anne. I'm a teacher, earning my "bucket list" Master's Degree, a proud mom of amazing kids, a practicing Catholic who loves God, and would like to find a good man in order to share life and memories in a Sacramental marriage, if that is God's will. I like to cook, have friends over, have inspiring conversations, help people, enjoy life, laugh, and learn. I was raised in a sports family so I like watching or going to sporting events - especially basketball as well as football or baseball and the sports my kids play in. I usually am a competitor in March Madness pool at work (as much as anyone is). I like debating politics and watching a few of the political shows. I have made peace with my divorce (eight years ago) and am thankful for the kids I have from that time in my life and what I have learned. I am proud of my family, blessed, and happy with my life. I'm feeling like it is time to reach out and share my life with another person.
35, Hastings, NEI am a male human being. I have two arms and two legs. I like music. I don't like pets or country music. I can do a thousand push ups in under a month but often don't.
36, Lincoln, NEI love fun but am not wild, and would appreciate a like-minded man. I love to read the newspaper and my Kindle (mostly Catholic books). I love to travel and exercise.
47, Lincoln, NEI can build or fix just about anything. I have a great love for music and have a larger music collection than most radio stations. I don't drink, but don't mind when other people do. I have a huge family that is all very close and gets together often. I work for a medium sized corporation. I like movies, trying new resturants, activities with my kids, just about anything. Anything can be fun if you make it. :) I am artistic and creative. I have a big heart and love to make people laugh. I love to hear my kids laugh and my house is the main hangout for them and their friends. I think they all like the fact that I never yell and I let them be themselves. I like intelligent conversations, comfortable silences, or being silly. I am the kind of person who opens the door for other people, says please and thank you, and respects the feelings of others. I teach my kids the same. The best teacher is by example. :) I like to keep my house clean, but don't care if my cars have dirt on them. I'm pretty easy going. Patience is the virtue of a person of faith. - Pope Francis
31, Malcolm, NEWhere to begin... First off, thanks for reading my profile, I'm trying to think up the best or most cleaver way to start this and its not automatically hitting me!!!... does this happen to anyone (or everyone) else?? Some of the things I enjoy most are: reading (I'm reading a book by Fr. Lawrence Lovasik right now, I've read a couple of his books and he is an incredible author his books always strike me that they could be read over and over and always get something out of it! I also really enjoy a good coffee shop (which by the way, goes incredibly good with books: ), I like making/ sewing things and have way to many projects going at the same time, and I love cooking and baking (my mom is a great cook I learned from the best : ). I also really like getting outdoors and going for a walk...
24, Lincoln, NEHello I'm Lauren! The most important things to me are family, friends, and my dogs- a lab named Floyd and a German shepherd named Blu. I'm a reader, enjoy drawing, listening to music, playing my oboe in the community band, and playing my guitar. I love to learn new things and work with my hands, such as sculpture, and household maintenance. I'll give anything a try at least once, and usually twice for good measure. I don't see the point in being pessimistic and enjoy the simple pleasure of a good, in depth conversation.
66, Lincoln, NEI am warm, affectionate and empathetic. I don't judge others, although my opinion or lifestyle may be different from theirs.. Family is extremely important to me. I recently moved to Lincoln to be closer to my kids and their families. I enjoy traveling, watching movies in theaters as well as at home. Unfortunately, there are many movies today that I don't enjoy I enjoy going to small, out-of-the-way places and seeing attractions our state has to offer, as well attractions in other states. Being alone is no fun. Although I am close to my family, I would like to find someone with whom to share time. Let me know if we may have some common ground
