33, Omaha, NEHi! It is hard to tell you about me in 2500 characters, but here goes...I am #6 of 9 children. My brothers and sisters are my best friends and I am so blessed live to close to almost all of my family, including 23 beautiful nieces and nephews. I am active in my church and attend the Traditional Latin Mass regularly. I am passionate about my faith and my family. Music has always been a part of my life as well and I love to sing often. I am blessed to have a great job but am looking forward to, God willing, become a full time wife and mother some day. In other news - I enjoy making crafts, floral arrangements and designing spaces in homes. I volunteer at my church and sing with a local choir. I appreciate a good glass of red wine and most enjoy the company of my family and good friends. I don't really do the bar scene, but more intimate get-togethers and good times.
53, Lincoln, NEI'm hardly the perfect guy, but I am kind and faithful. My friendships are close, and I like connecting on a deep level with people. I feel very strongly that friendship is not just about two people having fun together--its about being there for the other when life is hard. Making a gift of oneself should be a joy and not a burden. I'd love to be a dad, although at my age, I'm realistic about my chances. I'm good with kids, and my empathy and life experience enable me to sense when they are lonely or stressed. My nieces and nephews often do better in talking with me than they do with their own parents! I've worked a number of different jobs. I had my own law practice for eight years, with 1400+ clients. It was going well when I decided I had to shut it down and enter the seminary. More on that shortly. I've worked in political campaigns and as a professional staff member/counsel for an oversight committee with the U.S. House of Representatives. I had a one-year appointment as Counsel to the Inspector General of the IRS, taught catechism at a parish school and was the Administrator at a small Catholic boarding school for high-school boys. Currently, I am the business manager at a seminary. There was a time a several years ago when I thought I might be called to the priesthood. In three years at seminary, I forged lasting friendships and deepened my spiritual life and knowledge and understanding of the Faith. Closing my practice for this step has been professionally costly, but I am glad I did it. I've traveled a good bit, and I made the annual Pentecost pilgrimage from Paris to Chartres four times (73 mile hike in 2.5 days). I like to read about current events, economics, philosophy, history and theology. I like the outdoors--off-road biking, hiking, bird-watching, occasionally hunting, going to the beach, watching a good football game. I also enjoy movies. A good popcorn flick now and then is fun, but I especially enjoy movies that touch me or make me think. And I love good, soul-lifting music. Mom was a musician (french horn), so beautiful music was regularly enjoyed in our house.
38, Sidney, NEAbove all else I love God and His Church. Being Catholic is the greatest blessing we can receive on earth and I'm grateful that God called me to conversion. I've been Catholic since 2007. I recently moved back to Nebraska from Dallas. While in Dallas I attended the Latin Mass at an FSSP parish. I spent a lot of time there and enjoyed the classes, devotions and community. I miss it and hope to live in a city that has a Fraternity parish again soon. I'm also open to Institute of Christ the King or any TLM as long as they are in full communion with Rome I like to walk, read, pray, spend time with family and go on road trips. I am introverted, I laugh easily and I have a deep appreciation for the simple joys in life. Even when circumstances are tough, life is beautiful and there is always much to be thankful for. I have a nineteen year old son who is a great blessing from God. I did walk down an aisle many years ago but it was not in the Church. I had the "marriage" annulled shortly after I became Catholic. I've always believed I have a vocation to marriage but am at peace being single until God sends my spouse. His will be done.
34, Omaha, NEI am mostly comfortable with my life and circumstances right now, however, I would like to meet a gentleman who shares similar goals and values. I have a meaningful job, fulfilling relationships with my family, and cherished friendships, but it would be nice to have someone to share my life with. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time in the house I purchased a few years ago. At home, I like to cook, garden, read (always looking for new books--recommendations?), and watch TV and movies. On the weekends, my friends and I try to get together. I'm pretty easy going and just as comfortable at the opera as I am at a Husker's game! I understand that it's difficult to get to know someone based on just a few lines of information. If you want to get to know me better, please contact me; but if I'm not the person you're looking for, good luck with your search!
30, Omaha, NEHello, my name is Stephanie and I am here to hopefully find a person who shares the same Catholic faith and values. A little bit about myself: I love to help the under-served population through volunteer work, be involved with my parish, spend time with my family and friends, and see new places. I am also an amateur photographer who likes to capture the beauty of life through my lens.
26, North Platte, NEHello, I am an outgoing fun loving and adventurous guy and ready to see whats waiting out there for me and excited to meet new people. not yet a subscriber
25, Cook, NEHey there, I'm a farmer and love it to the fullest. I went to UNL for mechanized systems management (basically Ag engineering) and am now back home full time farming with dad. I am trying to start a business for chemical application and seed sales. I feel like God has blessed with a good opportunity to start a business along side farming. In my free time I like to hang with friends, play cards, anything social. I'm a social person and like to be sarcastic. I also don't mind a nice night in watching TV either. I would say that one of my favorite things is the smell of fresh tilled dirt. Also the sunset behind a freshly baled hay field. If you have any questions fell free to ask. I'm at a point in my life I want someone strong in their faith to walk along with me and help me grow more. I also looking for someone that wants to farm or live on a farm or can handle someone that works lots of hours. I look forward to talking to Ya :)
33, Malcolm, NEI come from a large and very traditional family with traditional values. My Catholic faith is the biggest and most important thing in my life. I truly cant imagine my life without it! I was homeschooled K-12, which is something I certainly want to give to my own children someday. I loved being homeschooled and appreciate very much the sacrifice my parents made to give me that amazing gift! As I said, I loved it except for math that is, most of my school years, I hated that subject. :-/ But I believe God truly has a since of humor and when I grew up, I became the accountant for our family business :-) Now, before you think I am nuts! I actually became quite good at it and have even been complemented by accounting firms and bankers for my work. :-) But please, let me back up a bit. Our family company was started by my father, an amazing man of whom I am very proud. He invented, patented and started the business and most of my siblings work in it. It has provided all of us with very good jobs and great opportunities! With that said, I hope you will not think me ungrateful, but it is not what I want to do with my life. Someday I hope to be a stay at home wife and mother, the way my mother is. You know the kind, that makes a really good homemade meal and enjoys making people feel welcome, at home and comfortable. She has given me a beautiful example to follow along with so many wonderful saints who were also wives and mothers! I believe that the husband/father is to be the head of the home and the wife/mother, its heart. And, I hope and I pray, I will be a very good heart one day. In asking my family what positive traits they saw in me, and if you notice kind of a pink glow on this part of my profile, it is just the reflection of my embarrassed face, anyway they said the following, humorous or witty, some said sarcastic but I prefer wittysounds better ;-) gentile, pure, modest, kind, compassionate, understanding, not demanding, prayerful, sincere, good in a tight spot, sticks to a job well, sensitive (this is both a blessing and a curse because although Im sensitive to others feelings I tend to be a little too sensitive myself, it is a fault I am working on ) see the need in someone else and try to do what I can to fill that need. Wow! All that and I only had to do the dishes for about a week. Hey, I come from a large family and it takes a while to pay them all back! Just kidding ;-)
30, Omaha, NEI go to the traditional latin mass, I enjoy singing and cooking, I am also a bit of a movie buff. I ride motorcycles.. a lot. Anything else feel free to ask.
31, Malcolm, NEWhere to begin... First off, thanks for reading my profile, I'm trying to think up the best or most cleaver way to start this and its not automatically hitting me!!!... does this happen to anyone (or everyone) else?? Some of the things I enjoy most are: reading (I'm reading a book by Fr. Lawrence Lovasik right now, I've read a couple of his books and he is an incredible author his books always strike me that they could be read over and over and always get something out of it! I also really enjoy a good coffee shop (which by the way, goes incredibly good with books: ), I like making/ sewing things and have way to many projects going at the same time, and I love cooking and baking (my mom is a great cook I learned from the best : ). I also really like getting outdoors and going for a walk...

42, Omaha, NEI recently moved to an FSSP parish; I grew up with the Novus Ordo, but have learned to appreciate the...rigor...of the traditional Mass. I currently work for a credit card processing company, but have completed my MBA; we shall see what the next few months bring. I earned a license to be an amateur radio Technician last summer, I intend to find some time within the next few months to acquire the skill sets for General and Amateur Extra licenses. ...And I intend to acquire a Concealed Carry Permit this next spring. ...And learn Latin. I am also teaching myself to play guitar, however slowly, and own a (cheap) violin and a (not-so-cheap) e-keyboard. In time, I hope to learn to play all three. Sooner or later too, I also seek to learn Latin, and a few other languages. I never seem to find cause to quit learning things! Technically, I guess I'm "middle-aged" now, but I've got tons of life and spark left. Care to come along on this journey of mine?
